The vegetables were plentiful and flavorful. The rice was turmeric rice. It had been a while since I had authentic soup curry in Sapporo. Each restaurant has its own unique style, but I think the soup here is relatively standard. It was delicious. The standout feature here is the vegetables. This time, the seasonal vegetables weren't as abundant as last time, but they were still delicious. I imagine they would be even better in spring or summer. Adding maitake mushrooms resulted in a substantial portion. I needed to use a knife and fork to eat it. The spiciness level of 50 was just right for me, but it was at the upper limit of what I could handle without taking a break. I have a high tolerance for spiciness, but for others, a milder level might be more suitable. Apparently, you can go up to level 200. I regret not getting the large size of the soup because it was so tasty, I wanted more. I still love this place. It's a must-visit restaurant in Sapporo.

It's still a popular restaurant, but we were able to enter without waiting. I always end up ordering the same thing. The two shrimp are firm and have a fantastic texture, with the miso part of the shrimp being particularly memorable. You can eat the shrimp whole, including the shell, which adds a wild element to the dish. I ordered a spiciness level of 25, but it wasn't spicy at all, so I'd like to try 40 next time. The price is around 2000 yen, which is reasonable for what you get.

The soup, carefully simmered by Kanako Enomoto, had a rich umami flavor from the broth and matched perfectly with the fresh vegetables and turmeric rice. The spiciness level 30 was a bit mild for me, but the chicken was tender and the sautéed spinach complemented the flavorful soup very well. The female staff's service was also excellent.
