☆LP☆This is actually my second visit. I parked my car at a nearby parking lot and came here for some delicious Sanuki specialty bone-in chicken after having unexpectedly eaten unagi rice as a finishing touch. I mean, there wasn't enough unagi rice (laughs). I've been a fan since my last visit. After all, being able to eat bone-in chicken from Shikoku in Sapporo is amazing. The interior is still new, very bright and clean. There are only counter seats surrounding the kitchen, and the menu consists of bone-in chicken and some simple appetizers, making it easy to understand. When it comes to bone-in chicken, you can choose between oyadori and hinadori, but we prefer the tender and juicy hinadori. So we ordered two hinadori. Oyadori has a strong elasticity and a firm texture, with a good bite, but it's a matter of preference. It seems like the owner is managing the place alone, busy in the kitchen. He checks the oven frequently, and the wonderful aroma of chicken fat wafts into the dining area each time, making you want to eat rice just from that (laughs). For some reason, the bone-in chicken always comes with this silver shaker on top. Under the meat, there is a pool of chicken fat, which is really delicious. You can eat it with onigiri, with the accompanying cabbage, or as the owner suggested, adding chicken fat to the white soup with chicken dumplings makes the soup amazingly delicious. The tender hinadori can be easily eaten even by women. It's still relatively unknown in Sapporo, but you can enjoy authentic bone-in chicken without having to go all the way to Shikoku, so I highly recommend it to those who haven't tried it yet. I'll be back again, thank you for the meal (^3^)

I visited "Kotsukitori Ogon Tori Aso Store" on March 23rd for the first time. I stopped by casually around 9:30 PM while taking a walk, with only about 30 minutes left until closing time. As the name suggests, it seems to be a restaurant focused on chicken as the main item. There was no curtain hanging at the entrance. Upon entering, I found one other customer and the owner inside. The interior was very clean, with white walls and wooden counter seats. I ordered the following: - Kotsukitori Hina (990 yen) - Premium Malt's beer medium bottle (630 yen) I wasn't familiar with Kagawa's kotsukitori, but it seems to be quite famous. This time, I ordered "Hina," but according to the owner, "Oya" is recommended. I thought "Oya" might have tougher meat, but it apparently has more flavor and is delicious. I'll have to try it next time. The owner offered to cut the chicken for easier eating, which I accepted. I started with the Premium Malt's beer. I often drink from a glass, but it's also nice to enjoy it from a bottle at times. After about 20 minutes, the Kotsukitori Hina was served. It seemed like grilled chicken with hot chicken oil poured over it. It was accompanied by cabbage, which looked delicious. I think the deliciousness of chicken lies in the skin. It was quite tasty. According to the sign at the entrance, dipping onigiri in the chicken oil is also delicious. I'll try that next time. Looking at the restaurant's Instagram, I noticed a photo of the oven's first anniversary with the face of the other customer. It seems they are regulars. I had a chat with them, and it seems they work in the food and beverage industry and travel around Hokkaido more than I do, being from Hokkaido myself. We talked about delivery systems with the owner. I apologize for staying past closing time. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal.

Lunch has started and I saw a sign so I decided to go in. The interior of the restaurant is simple with white and light wood tones, with a counter seating for 5, one table, and a kitchen that seems to be twice the size of the dining area. I ordered the parent and child bowl, which came with chicken white broth soup and pickles for 950 yen. The rice portion was around 200g. You could choose to have a large portion for an extra 50 yen or a smaller portion for 30 yen less. The food took a while to arrive. The bowl had shiny eggs on top, which looked beautiful. It was very delicious and had a lot of liquid, almost like a soup. The meat was tender and easy to eat, even for seniors. The pickles were tasty and not too salty. The chicken white broth was rich and had chicken meatballs in it, full of collagen. They said they only serve the parent and child bowl for lunch, but the customer next to me ordered grilled chicken wings, which made me wonder why. I was happy with my parent and child bowl though. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

2022/4 Ate (*´ω`)o∪ Asao's bustling district
NEW OPEN on March 18, 2022☆ A shop specializing in Kagawa's specialty "Bone-in Chicken"
You can eat inside the shop, but this time I used takeout.
Please call in advance to place an order. It takes about 20 minutes to bake.
There are two types of bone-in chicken: tender young chicken and chewy adult chicken.
The taste is an original spice.
I ordered the "adult chicken" for 1058 yen.
It smelled strongly of garlic powder.
The taste is too strong and monotonous for me, I prefer just salt and pepper.
For dinner, I had "Kashiwa Rice" for 518 yen.
The rice was chewy, and strangely, only the chicken seemed a bit dried out.
It had a sweet flavor which I liked.
The set also came with chicken dumpling soup, rich in collagen.
Thank you for the meal (^ω^)

A new restaurant called "Kotsu Dori Ougon Tori" has opened. The only downside is that their business hours are from 3:00 PM, so it was difficult for me to visit. If they offered lunch, I would have gone sooner! So, I visited two weeks late and ordered takeout. I bought the "Kotsu Dori Hina" for 972 yen and the "Kashiwa Meshi" (with soup) for 518 yen. What's this black leg? It's a garlic-spiced leg, haha! The Kashiwa Meshi is delicious. The quail is a bit tough though. The soup is like miso soup with chicken meatballs inside, which was rich and tasty.
