Due to a virus-related computer malfunction, the migration process to a new desktop computer has been completed. This is my first time using Windows 10 and due to health reasons, the migration took longer than expected. I am now back to liking and commenting. Thank you for your understanding. [January 2019] "Kakuki Wednesday Maruyama Store" is a specialty granola shop with an eat-in area. The main store is located in the Sumikawa area of the city. I visited for the first time with my usual companion. The shop is located near Toko Store Maruyama in the Maruyama area of Sapporo. For more details on the shop's location, please check on Tabelog. The road in front of the shop is covered in snow, typical of winter in Hokkaido. We parked our car in the unique winter parking lot. The shop has a simple interior design with various granola products and gift items available. The most popular item in the shop is the "Strawberry and White Chocolate" granola. I bought that along with the "Kinako and Matcha Chocolate" granola. The "Strawberry and White Chocolate" granola, the shop's bestseller, contains ingredients such as oats, honey, sunflower seeds, white chocolate, whole wheat flour, dried strawberries, macadamia nuts, walnuts, and more. It has a slightly sweet and substantial flavor that pairs well with unsweetened yogurt. Price: Small size 60g for 230 yen (tax included). The "Kinako and Matcha Chocolate" granola contains ingredients like oats, matcha chocolate, processed brown sugar, white chocolate, whole wheat flour, sunflower seeds, dried blueberries, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, kinako (roasted soybean flour), walnuts, and more. It also has a slightly sweet and substantial flavor with black sugar and kinako adding a unique touch. It pairs well with unsweetened yogurt. Price: Small size 60g for 260 yen (tax included). Unlike commercially available granola, these granolas have a substantial flavor and a satisfying crunch. They go well with unsweetened yogurt. The expiration date is two months, so I plan to buy small amounts regularly. I wonder which granola I should try next. Thank you for the delicious meal.
