After work, I stopped by Lasora on a whim. I looked it up on Tabelog and it seemed like there was a cafe inside, so I decided to check it out... and I was surprised when I got there. It was a cafe attached to a bouldering space, with bouldering areas spread out all around. It seems like it's a cafe operated by Niseko Adventure Centre, or NAC, at the Lasora location. It's spacious and has a nice open feel to it. I was able to relax for a bit in the cafe area, which was nice. I didn't plan on bouldering originally due to time constraints, but I ordered a long black (Americano) coffee and a JoJo's cookie.
- Long Black (Americano): The coffee was delicious without any special points to note. It had a prominent bitterness to it.
- JoJo's Cookie: This cookie contains almonds, oats, and double chocolate. I took it home to enjoy slowly. The texture is a bit rough due to the oats. It's not too sweet, allowing the sweetness of the chocolate to stand out.
In addition to coffee, they also have various menu items like protein that seem good for post-workout. Next time I come, I'd like to be prepared and try bouldering when I have more time.

After enjoying my first experience at Kura Sushi, I moved over to this cafe attached to NAC where you can try bouldering. There was a couple challenging themselves to climb while I watched and silently cheered them on. The view was amazing! The girl managed to reach the top after a second try, which was really impressive. I ordered a "Straight Tea" (300 yen), which was a blend of Darjeeling, and it was refreshing and delicious. My companion had a "Flat White" (370 yen), which was milky and easy to drink, a tasty latte. There is also a bouldering area for kids, so it seems like a fun place for families to spend the day. Even though I'm afraid of heights, I had a great time just watching. I'll definitely come back to relax here again. Thank you, "Jojo"!

I came to "RASORA" in Higashi Sapporo for a leisurely stroll in the city on my day off. An hour after opening, I arrived at "NAC Sapporo," a climbing and bouldering facility. It is said to be the largest dedicated facility in Hokkaido, with walls that protrude up to 10 meters high. As a middle-aged man who lacks physical fitness, I had no intention of attempting such a challenge. Instead, I headed straight to "JoJo Cafe Sapporo," located on the premises. The menu offers coffee, lattes, green tea, and even protein drinks for those engaging in sports activities. I ordered a Long Black coffee, which was brewed using an original blend in an automatic machine. I sat at a table with a view of the bouldering area and enjoyed the coffee. Despite underestimating the quality due to it not being their main focus, I was pleasantly surprised by the authentic taste and richness of the coffee. Personally, I prefer a slightly more pronounced acidity, but overall, it was a satisfying cup of coffee. After relaxing for about 30 minutes, I left the cafe. The location has a decent atmosphere, but drinking coffee while watching people exercise may not be the most relaxing experience. Thank you for the meal.

This is La Sora Sapporo near Higashi-Sapporo Station. There is a place where you can enjoy indoor rock climbing, which is one of the largest in Japan. There is a cafe attached to the facility. You can enjoy coffee while watching children rock climbing. The iced coffee is a bit light with a hint of acidity. It's pretty normal as iced coffee goes. But it's more amazing to watch them climbing vertically! There are plenty of bouldering and top rope options, looks like a lot of fun. With heights of over 10m, it's a bit scary though. After drinking the iced coffee, I might give it a try myself. But I might end up climbing to the sky before that! Thank you for the meal!

I visited the NAC Sapporo, a large climbing facility in the commercial complex La Sola Sapporo in the Higashi Ward of Sapporo. I tried bouldering for the first time, starting with a beginner's course where I learned how to climb different colored holds on a 3.5m wall. The experience was like solving a puzzle using my body and mind, and it was a lot of fun. After climbing various beginner routes, I felt a sense of accomplishment, although my muscles were quite sore afterwards. I bought a Shark energy drink to help recover my energy. The drink was sweet with a unique herbal aftertaste, possibly from the guarana ingredient. The climbing experience was enjoyable, and I managed to clear routes up to a certain difficulty level before feeling the muscle strain. Overall, it was a fun and challenging experience that I would recommend trying out.

On September 25, 2014, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure didn't seem to matter at all (^^)ゞ Suddenly felt like having coffee, so I looked at the directory at a large commercial facility (Iias) and chose a cafe based on its name, Uryyyyyyy(^w^)! It's a cafe integrated with an indoor climbing facility. They offer espresso-based drinks. The machine is La Marzocco, and the grinder is Mazza Mini, which is top-notch. I ordered the following two items: Flat White (Latte) (around 380 yen) Flat White and Latte are supposed to be different things, but taste-wise, it was just okay. When dining in, I prefer drinking from a ceramic cup rather than a paper cup. There's no paper smell, and you can also enjoy latte art. Pound Cake (250 yen) It was a bit dry, but it didn't bother me much when paired with a drink. Not too sweet. Overall, despite being very quiet, the service was slow and the lack of friendliness from the staff was a bit concerning (^^;

On Sunday afternoon, there were lots of kids here for rock climbing! I wonder if the parents are sitting here watching. There are plenty of seats available, so I chose a four-person seat with a good view of the rock climbing area, even though I'm alone. Today's lunch menu was the "Spicy Beef Burger" with a ginger ale drink for 980 yen. It took quite a long time to come out, over 20 minutes maybe. The burger was difficult to eat, with a fried egg, beef, lettuce, and sides of potatoes and pickles. I had to dismantle it with a knife and eat it with a fork. The bun was fluffy and delicious, and the egg was runny, but I couldn't taste the spiciness in the beef. I wish the beef was in a patty form, as it was hard to eat when it crumbled. I added some mustard to the meat and ate it that way.

This is a shop located on the 1st floor of EAS in Higashi Sapporo, Shiroishi-ku, right by the entrance on the Minamisato-dori side. They have rock climbing and the high ceiling creates a spacious and relaxing atmosphere for dining. I went for lunch and they offer a daily lunch special until 2:00 PM which includes free drinks and dessert, making it quite a good deal. The seating is spacious and they provide magazines for a leisurely time. I'm always curious about their hamburgers, so I plan to go back to try them.

I heard that you can eat burgers at "NAC" in Niseko? Hirafu? so I came to check it out. The place looks like a cafe, but the food portions are huge. The burger I ordered, "Original Deluxe", was massive with pickles and skin-on fries on the side. The fried egg on top made a big impression and was cooked perfectly. The burger was stacked with ingredients like 100% beef patty, bacon, fried egg, lettuce, onion, cabbage, and tomato. It was so big that it reminded me of an iPhone in size! It was heavy to hold, but the whole wheat bun was crispy on the outside and moist and chewy on the inside. The flavor was just right, with a good balance of savory, sweet, and tangy. The fried egg was runny and rich, adding to the overall deliciousness. The thick bacon provided a salty kick that kept me going. I didn't even need ketchup or mustard because the burger was so flavorful. The potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, sometimes tasting like charred charcoal, which I surprisingly enjoyed. The pickles had a refreshing tanginess that complemented the meal well. Overall, I was satisfied with the burger and would consider coming back to try other options like the "Mushroom" burger with mashed potatoes and mozzarella. The staff, although some looked intimidating, were friendly and added to the pleasant dining experience. Eating the burger left me feeling refreshed and satisfied.

I went to "JoJo's" at ELMES Sapporo, where you can see people climbing up close. The interior has table seating and a counter in the back, both offering a view of the climbing area. I chose to sit at the counter for the best view. The climbers on the other side kept looking over at us, as they seemed to be taking a break below the counter. It felt a bit intimidating, but I stayed at the counter. I ordered a "Caramel Milk Tea" for a sweet treat, which was delicious but took a while to be served. Despite only two other customers in the shop, it seemed like they were all regular climbers. The atmosphere was interesting, but not very comfortable. It felt like a quick stop rather than a place to relax.

I went to "JOJO'S Cafe" in Hakuishi-ku. I went shopping at AEON Sapporo and had lunch there. The cafe is located at 1-1, Higashi Sapporo 3-jo, 1-chome, AEON Sapporo A-Town 1F. It is the Sapporo branch of JOJO'S Cafe & Bar located inside NAC Niseko Adventure Center. The interior of the cafe is casual and open, with a view of the adjacent climbing wall. Since it was lunchtime, I ordered the pasta set for 980 yen, which comes with salad, dessert, and a drink. The salad included potato salad. The Carbonara pasta I ordered had thin noodles with a lot of cream and topped with egg yolk. It was not heavy and had a refreshing taste, although I personally felt that the onions did not match well with the cream. The Seafood Cream pasta my family member ordered was also creamy. For dessert, we had cafe latte. The hamburger being eaten next to us looked delicious and filling. The potatoes served as a side dish looked tasty as well. The beef patty is made to order and seems to be a juicy specialty, making the hamburger menu seem popular at this restaurant. I would like to try it next time.

Cafe located on the 1st floor of EASE Sapporo. It is a corner of an outdoor shop with a climbing wall that has been turned into a cafe, allowing you to enjoy your meal while watching them. The recommended option is the one-coin (\500) menu. It varies each day, offering options like cake, sandwich, parfait, and a drink for just one coin. I ordered the cake set, and although I was skeptical due to the low price, the cake was moist and delicious, and the portion size was just right. It could be a nice spot for a little break when you're tired from shopping.

~Third visit~ It seems that the chef has changed a few times. The direction seems to have changed even more. My friend who visited with me agrees. The presentation and taste were better at the beginning, in my opinion...
~Another visit~ I actually visited a few times. The burger for lunch. The initial enthusiasm seems to be lacking. The French fries... seem to have been pre-made, shriveled, and burnt. The hamburger patty... overcooked and burnt. I wonder if the chef has changed... It's sad... But for 980 yen with a drink, it might be acceptable... But maybe Mos Burger is tastier, cheaper, and recommended...
~Opening period~ Honestly, a 1200 yen burger, really? That was my initial thought, but I have changed my mind. Instead of rice, having bread as the carbohydrate makes it a proper dinner!! Thickly sliced bacon with just the right amount of saltiness. Fresh and thick sliced tomatoes with onions. Juicy patty. Sunny-side up egg. The buns are not overly sweet and complement the meat well. (Sugar is often used to help with fermentation, but I don't prefer it.) The side dish is crispy French fries. The Aussie favorite, cooked and flavored just the way I like it, is served generously. I took my time and finished it all. I also tried the shake. Everything was fresh and delicious. The portions are generous. The avocado and shrimp burger also had plenty of shrimp and was satisfying, and the pasta dishes were tasty too. I also didn't miss the Guinness black beer on tap. Guinness black with a freshly cooked burger... I want to bring this to a picnic on a holiday.
