In Kibetsu, there is a face-to-face bird cuisine specialty store... located across from the local station (๑•̀ •́)و✧ On this day, I had a hamburger made with Makari beef and a cutlet sandwich made with Rusutsu Yotei pork. "Then I have to eat chicken in Kibetsu too (≧∇≦)" I planned to conquer beef, pork, and chicken in the Sorachi district with a 3-course meal!! When I looked up the information online, it said that the restaurant had changed from an izakaya and was closed (´・_・`) Maybe it changed its business type? I'm not sure, but (laughs) I also ordered the half-fried chicken 10 minutes in advance aiming for freshly fried chicken. When it arrived, the half-fried chicken that had been prepared in advance came out, even though I had requested freshly fried chicken ( ´•д•` ;) ●Half-fried chicken 900 yen Mm, even though I called in advance wanting to eat freshly fried chicken, maybe it's my fault for not saying "I want it freshly fried"? But the owner also said, "I'll prepare it for you..." "Am I stressed out lately? My complaints are starting to show..." After receiving it, I ate it promptly, but it didn't feel like it had been fried after the phone call... I'm confident in the field of fried foods, so I understand, showing a little vulnerability... "Is this how men's ○ki gets exposed to women?" We got totally off topic, but I understand women's feelings again w Well, of course, not the owner (≧∇≦) It had been a while, but the half-fried chicken was delicious!! The seasoning was good, and since there are probably no other places in Kibetsu that serve half-fried chicken due to its location, I think this place is valuable in that sense. I feel like I've eaten meat (laughs) It was delicious, thank you for the meal~♪ ※Um, the population of Kibetsu Town is over 2,000 people, showing the difference from a "village" with a population of 2,040 people (*•̀ᴗ•́*)و ̑̑【Tabelog】 ☆-【Tanuki Rating (Day)】 ★Overall... 34 points ★Atmosphere... 6 points ★Food... 7 points ★Signboard menu... 8 points ★Cost performance... 7 points ★Likelihood to revisit... 6 points

I discovered a new restaurant along the national highway in Kimobetsu-cho, and eagerly searched for it. There was only one review available, and the menu in front of the store listed items such as "grilled chicken skewers," "deep-fried half chicken," and "kimchi pickles" for takeout orders only. It was recommended to call ahead before visiting, as the food is prepared after ordering. The prices for the skewers were listed as "chicken breast @130, chicken thigh @150, pork belly @180, tsukune (chicken meatballs) @220," which seemed a bit on the expensive side. The store had a door that looked like a regular residential house, and upon entering, a man in his 30s to 40s greeted me and gently asked what I would like to order. When I inquired about the deep-fried half chicken, he said it would take about 10 minutes. I was then politely asked to come back later, so I passed the time at the nearby "Satoyama Station Hot Kimobetsu." Upon returning 10 minutes later, I received the deep-fried half chicken in a partially closed plastic pack with a rubber band around it, handed to me in a plastic bag. The smell of fried food filled my car, and I realized it would have been unbearable if I had been hungry. I enjoyed the crispy and well-seasoned half chicken, which was a perfect accompaniment to beer, but it didn't have a special feel to it and felt a bit pricey. I thought that having a pick-up window at a takeout-only store would make it more convenient for customers. I look forward to trying their grilled chicken next time. Thank you for the meal.

I can always tell when Toto is angry~ This shop is also full of nonsense, with the registered shops having fake business types and operating hours. It's really annoying, right? Now, on the way back from Lake Toya, I stopped by here, which I had been curious about for a while. It's a takeout specialty shop for grilled chicken skewers and half-fried chicken, located across from Kimobetsu Station. It's recommended to make a reservation by phone as they cook your order after receiving it! They use "Mochibuta pork" from Kimobetsu and "Nakasatsunai Jidori chicken" from Nakasatsunai! Mochibuta pork "loin" (1 piece for 200 yen including tax), "thigh" (1 piece for 170 yen including tax) Nakasatsunai Jidori chicken "chicken thigh" (1 piece for 150 yen including tax), "chicken breast" (1 piece for 130 yen including tax) A special blend of Mochibuta pork and local chicken "special tsukune" (1 piece for 220 yen including tax) Overall, the saltiness is mild and the meat is a bit tough for being freshly grilled, lacking juiciness. The portion of meat is small, but the skewers are long, so the overall amount of meat is normal. If I have the chance to buy again, I would like to try the half-fried chicken next time. Thank you, "T Garden"!
