Founded in 1999, this restaurant is a must-visit spot in Sapporo. With only counter seats available, they serve an exquisite ramen dish made with a rich Chinese-style soup base. The soup is carefully prepared with three types of miso, simmered with ingredients like pork knuckles, pork back fat, locally sourced chicken from Niigata, and various vegetables. The soup is flavorful and the perfect match for the miso and vegetables. The noodles are thick and curly, with a chewy texture that complements the soup perfectly. The attention to detail in the ramen, noodles, and soup is evident in every bite. This restaurant is a place where you can truly experience a unique and satisfying dining experience. Visit and taste it for yourself.

I ordered miso ramen. First of all, it looked amazing. There were cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, wood ear mushrooms on top of the soup, and white leeks on top, visually appetizing. The miso soup with pork bone base had the umami of shiitake mushrooms, vegetables, and garlic seeping out, making it so delicious that you could drink it all up. The garlic had a subtle fragrance without being too overpowering, just right in the background of the soup. The yellow curly noodles had a good firmness and matched well with the soup, it was undeniably delicious. The aroma of oil wafting from the kitchen was savory, making me even more hungry~ I should have ordered a large serving...

I ordered miso ramen without paying much attention. They made 5 servings together, which was unusual. The staff was different from the usual one. The miso ramen was quite bland, with soft noodles. Overall, it was disappointing.

Sapporo Municipal Subway Susukino Station is a 2-minute walk away.
Visit: Weekdays at 5:30 PM
Queue: One group, 3 minutes
Genre: Miso Ramen
During the awkward time before evening business hours, surprisingly, the restaurant was open from 4-6 PM. It was not crowded, which was good.
The long-standing miso ramen shop "Keyaki" operates on a pre-purchased ticket system. You must buy a food ticket before lining up.
I chose the default miso ramen for 1,000 yen. It arrived in about 5 minutes. The bowl was filled with a mountain of vegetables like leeks and carrots, as well as meatballs soaked in the deep miso soup, creating an indescribable deliciousness.
The medium-thick noodles were perfectly curled and intertwined with the soup. This ramen had the authentic taste of miso ramen, perfect for someone like me who is not from this area.
The price of 1,000 yen may seem high, but the quality of the ramen justifies it. This is a restaurant that makes you want to come back again after finishing your meal. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

After finishing drinks in Susukino, I decided to have ramen at Keyaki, a popular late-night spot. Despite the long line, I waited for 20 minutes to get in. I ordered the Classic ramen for ¥500 and the Miso ramen for ¥1000. The Miso ramen was rich but not too heavy, making it a great choice after getting a little tipsy.

I waited in line for about an hour around 2130, but unfortunately, the food at Donbiki was not as good as I had hoped. There were about 70 people waiting for Yukikaze at that time, but the dish was just average. The grilled vegetables on top were not tasty, and the soup was too light for my liking.

The other day when I visited Hokkaido, I finally stopped by a miso ramen shop that I had been curious about for a long time! This place is one of the most famous in Hokkaido and there was a long line... I waited for over an hour! But it was incredibly delicious! I will definitely visit again!

I visited around 2:00 pm on September 10th. There were about 15 people in line and I was able to get into the restaurant in 45 minutes. I ordered miso ramen and corn butter ramen. I don't usually eat miso ramen much, but I think the miso ramen here is the most delicious I've ever had. The miso ramen was slightly spicy and the corn butter ramen was deliciously mild.

I arrived around 2:00 AM and there was still a line (lol). It's true that it's miso ramen, but the curly noodles had a nice firm texture and there were plenty of vegetables. The flavor and presentation were both well done. Despite the lively atmosphere with many drunk customers, it was a well-balanced dish that could easily be a main course rather than just a way to finish off the night.

When it comes to miso ramen, Sapporo ramen is the best. The curly egg noodles and the soup with plenty of vegetables make it quite light and easy to eat. Of course, the hot soup with lard is delicious. There were a lot of young customers, probably because there was an event on the weekend. Even though we lined up at 11 p.m., we had to wait for an hour. It's amazing how busy they are until midnight. While enjoying the popular restaurant, I realized once again that Sapporo ramen in Tokyo is also of high quality. Thank you for the meal!

I arrived before 10 PM on a regular day and waited for about 40 minutes. I thought I read in other reviews that they operate on a rotation system, but on this day, it was more of a first-come, first-served basis. I tried the basic miso ramen for 1,000 yen, and it was surprisingly light and easy to finish! They are open until late at night, so it was convenient for me during my Hokkaido sightseeing trip to have seafood and Genghis Khan for lunch and dinner, and also indulge in ramen! It was not incredibly delicious, but more like something that makes you want to eat it again.

I arrived at 11 o'clock, but there was already a line formed due to the limited 10 seats available. I waited for about 45 minutes, but the rich miso flavor and the perfect match with the curly noodles made the miso ramen irresistible for miso ramen lovers. The ramen was piping hot until I finished it, and I couldn't stop sweating, but I was glad I could eat it!

I lined up for about 30 minutes after drinking at night. I went alone so I was seated fairly quickly, but if there are 4 or more people, you might have to wait a bit considering the seating arrangement. The miso and garlic flavors were very strong, and the minced meat was well-seasoned, making it very delicious! I think it's the most delicious ramen in Sapporo.

After drinking, I casually visited "Keyaki" which also offers cup ramen. It is a very famous restaurant. I ordered the standard miso ramen here! The ramen arrived in about 10 minutes. The soup was hot and had a light texture. It was easy to drink and really soaked into my body. The ramen was topped with plenty of vegetables like cabbage, bean sprouts, and green onions. It was a wonderful topping that didn't make me feel guilty. A classic Sapporo miso ramen. It was a bowl of ramen that soaked into my body and soul.

◆Preface
After a long time, I had to go to Sapporo for some errands. I only stayed in Sapporo for just under 3 hours. Without hesitation, my choice of where to go was here: my personal favorite Sapporo miso ramen at Keyaki.
◆Today's Order
I plan to have miso ramen for 1000 yen, without getting the large size as I might have a drink later.
◆Taste Impressions
- Noodles: The yellow curly noodles of Sapporo miso ramen make me feel excited. It's not exceptionally delicious, but the fact that I can fully experience "Sapporo miso ramen" is what makes me happy.
- Soup: In the summer, there is no risk of burning from the lard oil film. The sweetness of the vegetables and the right amount of miso flavor are what I like about Keyaki.
- Ingredients: The variety of vegetables enhances the richness and sweetness of the soup, combined with the umami from the minced meat, creating a harmonious and flavorful experience.
◆Feelings towards Sapporo Miso Ramen
Although there may be new genres emerging for locals, as someone from outside the region, the unchanged style of this Sapporo miso ramen is comforting, much like the stability of "Shiroi Koibito". I had a Sapporo Classic beer and headed back home. Thank you for the meal.

I arrived 20 minutes before the store opened and was the 7th person in line. I was able to order as part of the first group. I ordered a basic miso ramen for 1,000 yen. The Sapporo-style ramen had yellow medium curly noodles that matched well with the spicy miso soup. It had green onions on top, as well as leeks and minced meat, giving it a satisfying taste. Delicious.

During a business trip, I happened to reserve a hotel near my favorite ramen shop, so I visited with my colleagues. They also loved it, so we went two days in a row. We arrived at 3pm both days, and on the first day, we were seated quickly because there weren't many customers. However, on the second day, we had to wait for 30 minutes. It's worth the wait for the delicious miso ramen that we all wanted to eat.

I visited the restaurant in the early afternoon on a weekday. It was a style where you buy a food ticket and then line up. There were about 5 people in line. There were no chairs, but the waiting area was shaded, which was nice. I usually only go to Tadokoro Shoten for miso ramen, but since I was in Sapporo, I decided to try the authentic miso ramen here. I had the Chashu Ramen, which came with three thick slices of chashu and was very filling. The soup, noodles, and chashu were all delicious, and I can see why this place is so popular.

Miso ramen with yellow noodles that have a strong wheat aroma! Delicious! The lard keeps the soup hot and enhances the depth of flavor! The noodles are perfectly coated with the soup and taste great! The green onions are amazing! The chashu and vegetables are also delicious! The lard keeps the ramen hot for a long time with a clever touch from the northern region, making it the best!

When Mr. Keyaki visited Hokkaido on a business trip, it had been 15 years since his last visit. It was a long-awaited return, and he was impressed by the unchanged delicious miso-flavored ramen. He topped it with green onions, butter, chashu, and corn. It was incredibly tasty!
