On a regular day off. Without hesitation, heading here ^ - ^ When I arrived at 1:00, it was already over - seriously!? I got there right at opening time. I was the first one there! (°▽°) I ordered the Fresh Sushi Set for 1050 yen. It's a bit more expensive now. But still within a reasonable range. Such a luxurious red vinegar sushi. The tuna was amazing, everything was great (o^^o) A moment of happiness. The sushi pieces were quite big. They are supporting the everyday working people. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal (╹◡╹)

"Fresh sushi set meal. 1050 yen. I lined up before the 11:30 opening. Managed to get a seat on the first round. Sushi with large rice portions, very filling. The ingredients were fresh and I am very satisfied. There was a notice that the lunch price will increase from August 1st. The sushi set meal will be 1200 yen. It's understandable that prices are going up, but it's tough for salarymen."

Today's lunch destination for office workers is "Washo Sasagi"! Arrived at 11:25, lined up behind 4 groups of 8 people, entered at 11:30, with a total of 12 customers including a couple and a female staff member. The order was the "Nama Chirashi" for 1,100 yen. It arrived in 7-8 minutes. The sushi rice was seasoned with red vinegar, which I really liked. The fresh and generous toppings were quite thick. Great cost performance and consistently delicious! Enjoyed it very much. Thank you for the meal - will definitely come back!

I finally got to visit this restaurant as they only open for lunch on weekdays! I arrived around 11:10 and there was no one in front of the shop, so I went to the restroom. When I came back, there was one person in line. The shop opened at 11:30 and I was the second to be seated. The raw chirashi seems to be popular, but I chose the raw sushi set for 1,050 yen due to the sushi boom. I'm not sure if the selection of fish varies each time, but luckily there was no squid which I don't like! The sushi rice was on the larger side, and the fish pieces were big with thick cuts of scallops and tuna giving a satisfying bite. The side dishes were also delicious, so I understand why it's popular. When I left, there were 6-7 people waiting in line. I would like to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal.

Sapporo nights are all about seafood. The size of the hokke fish was impressive. I was able to enjoy the seasonal seafood of Hokkaido. According to local friends, the seafood bowl during the day is also delicious. The corn and zucchini tempura are unique to Hokkaido. They have a selection of Hokkaido sake for drinks. As a wine lover, I tried a natural wine from France.

I went there again. I arrived around 11:35 AM and it was already full. The place has overwhelming support. I was thinking of getting the raw fish chirashi set again, but when I looked at the board, they had a daily special of 3 kinds of marinated fish bowl with golden eye snapper, wild yellowtail, and red sea bream! I didn't want to miss out on trying it, so I ordered the daily special. I got my bowl as soon as I sat down at around 50 minutes. The master's skills are unbelievable, constantly making sushi, grilling fish, and frying tempura all by himself in a packed restaurant. And he's fast! The 3 kinds of marinated fish bowl was delicious! But I think I would have preferred it with red vinegar rice instead of white rice. Next time, I'll go for the raw fish chirashi again!

Before lunchtime starts, there is often a line, and sometimes they sell out by 12 o'clock. They have sushi set meals, grilled fish set meals, and tempura set meals, but my favorite is the fresh chirashi set meal. The vinegar rice used is delicious, and the variety of fresh toppings is great. No matter how many times I eat it, it's always delicious! However, the wasabi is quite strong!

I suddenly felt a craving for Japanese food. After finishing my business near Sapporo Station in just over an hour, I felt a sense of relief, and then a voice from within me said, "I want Japanese food." I quickly searched on Tabelog and found this place. I immediately headed there. It was around 11:45. There were chairs lined up in front of the restaurant, all already occupied. However, I was seated inside in about 20 minutes. The restaurant had around 6-7 counter seats and a few tables on a raised platform. It had a sushi restaurant-like atmosphere. The lunch menu included sushi, sashimi, tempura set, and daily special set meals, ranging from 1100 yen to 1650 yen (tax included). Without researching, I ordered sushi. The vinegared rice had a slight sweetness from some kind of sugar (maybe white...) and the tanginess of rice vinegar. It was perfectly balanced. I received a total of 9 pieces. Although all the toppings were carefully prepared and delicious, there was something missing, a lack of depth perhaps. I was also served miso soup, with yellowtail on that day. It had a pleasant hint of complexity, adding richness to the flavor. It was delicious. Next time, I'll try the sashimi set.

The lunch of office workers is limited, and today's choice is "Wasabi Sasaki"! Today's order was the daily special for 1,500 yen, featuring fresh tuna sashimi with green onions and seared tuna. The seared tuna had four large pieces of medium fatty tuna, with a perfect balance of sweetness and a hint of acidity, and a great texture and melt-in-your-mouth quality. The high-quality green onion and tuna were undeniably delicious! The shredded tuna simmered in a sweet and savory sauce provided a chewy accent and added variety to the flavor, making it very enjoyable. Even though I devoured it eagerly, the portion was larger than a regular chirashi sushi, and considering the quality and quantity, the cost-performance ratio of 1,500 yen was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you for the meal - I will definitely come back!

I finally made it for lunchtime outside work, arriving 20 minutes before opening, but there were already two people lined up. By the time they opened, the place was almost full! The seafood chirashi had thick and fresh cuts, and the red vinegar rice was warm and delicious. The shrimp soup was also full of flavor, making it a luxurious lunch. For 1,100 yen, this might be the best value in Sapporo. I hope this place remains a hidden gem known only to locals, without being overrun by tourists.

It had been a while since my last visit. I arrived at 12:30 and found that all the popular menu items were already sold out, except for the "Grilled Salted Buri Kama Set Meal (950 yen)". The Buri Kama was firm and well-cooked, very delicious. The side dishes included sashimi and tofu. The miso soup was made with shrimp broth. I had originally planned to visit earlier and order the daily special, but I was lucky to enjoy this delicious Buri Kama instead. It's true that good things come to those who wait. Once again, I left satisfied with the consistently popular and delicious lunch. I'm already thinking about what to try next time, as everything on the menu is so tasty. I might have to come back for dinner too.

The surprising cheapness of the 生寿司定食 (Fresh Sushi Set) for 1,050 yen... As shown in the photo, there is no compromise in the nigiri sushi, with high-quality freshness provided. I visited a restaurant for lunch on 11/30 last year. It was a highly rated place near my previous workplace, so I had been looking forward to the opportunity to go. I finished my morning work relatively early that day and had some time to spare, so I went for lunch earlier than usual, around 11:30. I wanted to order the "mackerel dried overnight set meal," but they said the mackerel was delayed in delivery. Since I was in the mood for grilled fish, I asked if they had anything else, and they mentioned they had soft-fleshed half-cut herring. I decided to go with that, which was also priced at ¥900 including tax. It took about 15 minutes for the dish to be ready, probably because it needed time to cook. By that time, the restaurant was already full. The herring dish arrived with two half-cut pieces, equivalent to one fish. The herring was tender and had a nice fattiness, making it delicious from the first bite. The rice was also exceptionally tasty. The side dishes of warm boiled egg and cold tofu added to the satisfying meal. Looking back, I wish I had gone back to try the raw fish bowl. Hopefully, I'll have the chance to go again someday.

Fourth time's the charm. This place tends to sell out pretty early, and this time we got in before noon. The restaurant is always packed. The food comes out quickly, it's impressive. I ordered the raw chirashi sushi, which cost 1,100 yen. At a market, it would be over three times that price. The cost performance is one of the reasons for its popularity. There seem to be a lot of regular customers. The owner is always busy, but still manages to greet familiar faces. The female staff members supporting him are all efficient. I just love the atmosphere. The taste is also top-notch. Enjoy a delicious lunch here. Definitely recommended!

When the waiter came to take my order, I ordered the fresh chirashi set meal (1,100 yen) with less rice. The smell of grilling fish from the restaurant was enticing. After about 15 minutes, I was called in and seated at the counter, where my meal was promptly served. The set included ingredients such as egg, salmon, sweet shrimp, mackerel, tuna (red meat), scallop, squid, bonito, yellowtail, sea bream, and fluke fin. These fresh toppings went well with the red vinegar sushi rice. The set also came with miso soup, a small side dish, and pickles. The miso soup was made with salmon head broth, with plenty of salmon meat in it. The broth was rich and delicious. The clientele consisted mainly of office workers, and there was always a line outside. Today, the popular fresh chirashi set meal sold out in just 40 minutes after opening. Considering the taste, portion size, and price of the lunch, I believe this restaurant ranks among the top in Sapporo in terms of satisfaction. I would definitely like to come back for dinner. I go for lunch here often. According to everyone's posts, the grilled fish seems to be delicious, but I always end up ordering chirashi and nigiri. The red vinegar rice is also delicious. The grilled salmon and sashimi set that the person next to me was eating looked delicious too. I'm always on business trips alone, so it's hard to make a reservation for dinner (at the counter), I wish I had someone to go with me.

In my opinion, the trendy Nishi 11-chome Station. Today, I had a drink at this shop... Actually, I visited the day before, but there was a sign saying "Fully booked by reservation" posted in front of the shop, so I had to give up. I recognized it as a popular restaurant that requires a reservation, but today, even though I had other places nearby to go, I decided to try my luck and stopped by. To my surprise, there were empty seats available! I was guided to a sunken kotatsu seating area. The selection of Japanese sake was good, and there were plenty of menu items that seemed like they would go well with sake. - Assorted sashimi starting with fresh bluefin tuna was a good start. The rare baby mantis shrimp was also delicious. I immediately felt like having some sake. - Thick oysters from Akkeshi, no complaints! Delicious. - Zangi, a type of deep-fried dish, was cooked well. It was neither outstanding nor disappointing, but tasty. - Asari sake-steamed with shiitake mushrooms. The aroma of shiitake mushrooms was stronger than the clam broth. For those who like shiitake mushrooms, this dish would be okay. - Bluefin tuna with umeshu jelly. Mixing bluefin tuna with umeshu jelly seems to be a trend (laughs). And it's nice that there's plenty of seaweed included. It turns out that bluefin tuna goes well with umeshu jelly. - Corn tempura with crispy corn kernels. A beer snack that I should have ordered earlier. The sake was poured generously. It's a delight to see them pour it all the way to the brim of the masu cup with surface tension.
