After leaving the cafe and replenishing my energy, let's have dinner at "Kita to". Thinking about it, it's been a while since my dinner in Sapporo Station area wasn't soup curry or roux curry. It feels like I've been having curry for almost half a year! When I arrived a bit earlier than planned, there was no line and I was seated right away, but the restaurant was full so I had to wait for 10 minutes on the bench inside. Apparently, there can be a long line during peak hours, so waiting only 10 minutes was lucky. Inside the restaurant, there were numerous autographs of famous people! Especially prominent were the autographs of Fumiya Fujii and Ketsumeishi. I missed seeing them, but apparently there's also one from Gray. I ordered the "Miso Ramen (¥800)"! Can you believe it, the amount of green onions is huge! There are no extra toppings, and it's not even a large serving! I had seen it online beforehand, but seeing it in person was different, it was so impressive! With a miso order, you get a mountain of green onions and ground meat, while with shoyu or shio, you don't get green onions or ground meat but a large slice of chashu is used. It's amazing, it might have been too cheap to serve this much green onions for ¥800... I knew I should mix it before eating, but I'll eat it as it is at first! The green onions are crunchy, fresh, sweet, and refreshing, passing smoothly through the body. There is no unpleasant smell, and you can eat it without getting tired! If you eat this much, you might become healthier and want it on the table every day! The soup is refreshing. As the staff who brought the ramen explained, the bottom is richer as they said. Even without mixing, the mellow taste spreads later, but it's not good to have a salty taste left in the second half, so let's mix it all! You have to be careful not to avoid the mountain of green onions and bean sprouts while mixing slowly like oil noodles! When you slurp the soup that has been soaked in, the taste turns in a good direction. The richness of pork bone, the sweetness of miso, and the mild flavor due to the green onion effect combine to pass through the throat! Oh, it's delicious! It's leaning towards light, but it's rich and has a good taste because the vegetable's deliciousness also extends to the soup. The chunks of ground meat also enhance the eating experience, so it's really good even without chashu, right? The taste has been powered up from the old-fashioned ramen, and I love it! The chunks of ground meat also enhance the eating experience, so it's really good even without chashu, right? The taste has been powered up from the old-fashioned ramen, and I love it! The soaked green onions, which have become sweet, seem to have become even more delicious! Bean sprouts also don't go as far as the first green onions I ate, but they retain a slightly crunchy texture! The classic yellow medium-thick curly noodles also mix well with the soup, and with each slurp, the chewy texture and rich taste linger. After finishing it, my stomach was quite full, but I was very satisfied! The highlight is not just the impact of the green onions, but also the strong flavor, so I understand why it's popular! I saw the customer before me ordering miso with extra green onions and rice at the checkout, but I wish I could have seen the actual dish. Thank you for the meal.

When I arrived at the restaurant, there was no line and I waited inside for about 20 minutes due to slow turnover. I ordered miso ramen and was surprised by the amount of green onions, but disappointed that they lacked crunchiness and were watery. Also, the miso broth seemed to lack depth in flavor.

Miso Ramen (900 yen) was ordered. This shop always has a long line, but surprisingly there were only 4 people waiting outside when passing by. I thought it was a good opportunity and decided to line up, but ended up waiting for 30 minutes until entering the shop. The turnover rate was really slow, with Asian foreigners occupying the seats inside. I could understand why the turnover rate was slow. I ordered the miso ramen, and it looked delicious with lots of green onions. The taste was clearly indicative of its popularity. On the table, there were condiments like white pepper powder, black pepper powder, spicy seasoning, and red chili pepper. I tried adding the spicy seasoning to make it extra spicy, and it was delicious! The slow turnover rate means I probably won't visit again, but the taste was spot on. Thank you for the meal.

I went to a famous miso ramen shop in Sapporo. The ramen had a lot of green onions and a unique topping of ground meat. Even though I arrived 10 minutes before opening time, there was already a long line, and I had to wait for about 40 minutes before getting in. While there were other flavors available, everyone was ordering miso ramen.笑

One of the ramen dishes I always crave when I come to Sapporo is the miso ramen from Kiraito. I happened to be working near Tanukikoji, so I aimed for lunchtime... Luckily, I didn't have to wait long to eat. The generous amount of green onions is always a plus. I like the sweet miso soup. The firm noodles are also great. It was amazing.

I think everyone has something they love that others may not understand. For me, I love green onions, especially when they are piled high in miso soup. That's my favorite combination. For me, Kikitaro's miso ramen is ideal. I waited in line with 4 other people outside the shop on a Sunday afternoon, but it didn't take long to get inside. There were a few more people waiting inside, so it took about 15 minutes to get seated, which was expected. Once seated, it took about 10 minutes for the miso ramen to arrive. Finally, the moment of truth. As expected, the green onions were piled high and I was excited. First, I tried the soup and noticed that the miso flavor was a bit weak. I was worried that the strong taste of the green onions would overpower everything else. When I tasted it, the ramen seemed to be dominated by the flavor of the green onions. The noodles were the typical medium-thick curly noodles found in Sapporo ramen, with a noticeable noodle flavor. The toppings included bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, onions, and ground meat, all with a mild saltiness. Because the miso flavor was weak and the toppings were not too salty, the green onion flavor ended up being too strong. This is just my personal preference, but I think they could bring out the miso flavor more.

I went to Sheraton and ordered miso ramen and rice. I have a vague memory of coming here a few times in the past, but I don't remember the miso ramen being loaded with so much green onions, bean sprouts, and onions! It was a welcome sight for someone like me who lacks vegetables (^ ^) Overall, the ramen was delicious! The staff, both the women and the owner, were friendly and provided great service. I would love to go back again! Thank you for the meal!

During lunchtime, there is always a long line of customers waiting, so this time I arrived early before the opening and was finally able to enter. I ordered the miso ramen. I was surprised to see a tower of green onions in the ramen. I've seen ramen with lots of bean sprouts before, but it seems like the tower of green onions is their specialty! The way the green onions were chopped was also something I had never seen before. As for the taste, it was somewhat light. The Tanukikoji 6-chome area where the restaurant is located used to be a fierce battleground for ramen shops a few years ago, but it seems like the number of shops has decreased somehow. This restaurant has managed to survive in that environment. There were many signed autographs displayed inside the restaurant.

Arrived around 11:50 on Saturday. About 10 people waiting in front of me. Oh, the turnover is so slow. Finally got in around 12:45. Should have read reviews beforehand. Seems like a one-man operation. Around 1:00, the Negi Bomb Ramen arrived. I poured soup over the negi, sprinkled some pepper, then started on the noodles. The soup was a bit lighter than yesterday's Snow Wind Ramen. The noodles were chewy and delicious. There was no chashu though. Thanks for the meal.

I visited around 3:30 pm on a regular day. There is usually a long line, but I was able to get a seat smoothly at this time. I ordered the miso ramen for 900 yen. Unfortunately, it wasn't to my liking. It tasted light, almost bland. The hostess's service was lovely! She gave me two candies at the check-out.

I finally visited the long-awaited Kira-san for the first time. I had tried a few times before, but there was always a long line, so I had given up. This time, when I passed by the shop at 11:20, there was only one person in line, so I decided to wait. I entered the shop at 11:30. The photo is of the miso ramen for ¥900. From what I can imagine, it is a traditional Sapporo ramen where bean sprouts, onions, and ground meat are stir-fried, then soup is added and miso is dissolved. The soup was light at first, so I thought it might be lacking, but after finishing the bowl, it was just the right balance.

The restaurant I was planning to go to was closed on Mondays. I turned back and wandered around... Oh! There wasn't much of a line today, so I decided to go to Kiitou. I waited outside for about 7 minutes and was seated within 10 minutes. I ordered the miso ramen (large) with rice. The food arrived in about 5 minutes! The taste was quite mild, with a mountain of green onions on top. The soup was mild, so I added some spicy seasoning to give it a kick. The noodles and green onions made it a bit challenging to reach the bottom of the bowl. The portion of rice was huge! I was quite full after finishing the ramen and rice. The price was reasonable considering the generous portions. I enjoyed the light miso ramen. I woke up at 5 am this morning, so I'm going back to sleep now. It's the middle of a three-day weekend, but I worked for two days. I'm feeling a mix of love and sadness, and I found comfort in ramen. I'm quite tired. I have to wake up at 5 am again tomorrow. I need to hang in there! Have a nice day.

A unique ramen shop with a mountain of crispy green onions and a bit of crunchy bean sprouts in miso ramen. The soup is lightly flavored miso. Dip the green onions into the miso and enjoy the crispy texture of the miso-flavored noodles.

Whenever you go, there is always a line extending outside this shop. I visited for the first time in a while during lunchtime on Monday, right after the rush, so there was hardly any wait. The visual impact is as strong as ever, haha. The miso ramen is still light and refreshing, which might be a love it or hate it kind of taste. I personally think it could use a bit more flavor even though there is a mountain of green onions. However, the soup and noodles go well together and are delicious. Would I wait in line to eat here? It's hard to say, but if I have the chance, I'd like to try flavors other than miso next time.

Taste 3.5/5 Atmosphere 4/5 Cost performance 4 I felt like eating ramen and decided to visit this place that I had been curious about for a while. I had to wait in line for about an hour, probably because it was lunchtime. By the time I left, there was still a long line, so it seems to be pretty crowded all the time. Inside the restaurant, there were lots of autographs of famous people. The menu is simple, with three types of ramen to choose from: miso, salt, and soy sauce. This time, I chose the miso ramen that had received many reviews. Looking at the photos of other reviews, it seems to have a light miso color, almost like salt ramen. When I actually tried it, the faint aroma of miso and the well-balanced other flavors made it delicious even for someone like me who doesn't usually eat miso ramen. However, the portion was quite large, haha. Towards the end of the noodles, it got a little tough. The green onions were prepared so well that even people who don't like them could eat them without any strong taste. The best part was when the landlady checked us out at the end, she had a big smile on her face and said "Thank you, here's a candy for you." It made me realize that this kind of service is what makes me most satisfied. I think I would come back just to see the landlady again! The reason why I rated the taste as 3.5 is because if I give a 4 or 5 for ramen alone, it would mess up the rating criteria for French cuisine or other types of food. But rest assured, the taste is delicious!

After about a year, I visited again. Sapporo has countless great restaurants, but I highly recommend Kita Kitsune-san! The noodles, soup, green onions, and minced meat are a perfect match! It's quite a large portion, but I finish it in no time. I always want to eat it again soon. The female owner of the restaurant is very hospitable and has a good vibe. I always intend to try soy sauce or salt next time, but end up choosing miso. I'll try a different flavor next time for sure!

I went to Shime's Ramen after 8pm, but they ran out of soup right after serving us. First of all, the amount of green onions was huge, and the portion of noodles was generous. The noodles were thick and firm, and the soup was rich but light and delicious.

The noodles, soup, and service time were all terrible. The ramen was a thin miso soup with cheap egg noodles from the supermarket, topped with a huge pile of green onions. The restaurant was run by an elderly man and a young woman, and the place was a mess. Even when there were empty seats, they couldn't clean up, so we ended up waiting for 30 minutes without being seated. The taste was awful. I will never go back again.

Every time I visit Sapporo on business, I stop by this place, but this might be the first time I'm posting on Tabelog. They open at 11:40, so when I arrived 10 minutes early, there were already nearly 10 people lined up. Luckily, I managed to get a seat on the first round and ordered the miso ramen. Here it comes, the usual! Lots of green onions, slightly light soup, chewy noodles. But above all, the service from the owner is top-notch. I dip the green onions in the soup, eat the noodles and soup first, then enjoy the softened green onions and remaining noodles together, creating a harmony of aroma and texture. From another table, someone ordered "miso ramen, large serving, no green onions," which is an order that shouldn't be made at Kira Toh, right? It's like going to a beef bowl restaurant and ordering a large serving without meat! Go to a different restaurant... While silently screaming in my mind, I finished my meal. Thank you for the meal!

Honestly, hmm, it was okay. I like ramen with lots of green onions, and I was really looking forward to trying miso ramen in Sapporo, the home of miso ramen, for the first time in my 50 years of life. However, the soup was lukewarm and the miso flavor was a bit dull, so I was like, "Hmm." I'm sorry, maybe it was because the green onions and toppings weren't warm enough.

☆LP☆ I had been curious about this restaurant for a long time. I heard that it was so good that KG left a lasting impression, so I was eager to try it out. However, every time I tried to visit, the soup was sold out or the opening hours didn't match, making it difficult to find the right timing. On this day, I parked my car at a nearby parking lot just to come here. During lunchtime, there were two groups ahead of us, but we were seated at the counter in about 15 minutes. The walls were lined with autographs of celebrities, and the menu was simple with only miso, shoyu, and rice options - no side dishes. We ordered miso and shoyu ramen. Based on the autographs, it seemed like miso was their specialty. We waited patiently for about 25 minutes. It's rare to wait this long at a ramen shop. Perhaps the reason for the long line is due to the slow service. We even had to remind them to bring us water as our throats were dry. Both the miso and shoyu ramen were topped with plenty of green onions. The shoyu ramen had a large slice of chashu, while the miso ramen had ground meat. The flavors were very subtle, and it was only towards the end that we could taste the saltiness. It wasn't extraordinary in terms of taste or presentation. At 900 yen, it felt a bit overpriced. I couldn't help but wonder why there was always a line. Personally, I think it might be just because of the slow service. The atmosphere of the customers after being served also felt a bit off. If you like light and simple flavors and have patience, give it a try.
