Popular bar located on the 7th floor of the Central S4 Building in Susukino. I visited after making a reservation as it was full last time. I arrived right after opening. During this time of long days, the view of Susukino from the counter was still bright. But as time passed, the vibrant atmosphere of the weekend night in the town could be felt. The view of the town from here is really nice. The recommended first drink at this bar is the "Magicoll Champagne Lanson Black Label Brut" (1,650 yen), chilled in a supercooled refrigerator. Served at around -10°C, it is a dry sparkling wine with a fresh citrusy acidity. The charm (770 yen) was mixed nuts. I also ordered the "Smoked Duck" (1,320 yen) for food, which was generously coated with black pepper on the outside. Pink pepper was also included, making it quite spicy. The second drink was the "Mojito" (1,540 yen) with crushed ice around the glass. It remained cold to enjoy the refreshing taste of rum-based Mojito with lime juice and mint. Next, I tried the "Lavender Rose" (1,430 yen), a cocktail inspired by roses. It also used rum and cranberry juice, creating a light and elegant cocktail. The staff were very friendly, and most importantly, it was great to relax while overlooking the town of Susukino!!

I still feel like I haven't had enough to drink, but I want to be in a calm place rather than a noisy one! Also, I feel like eating some chocolate! I stumbled upon Maduero-san while wandering around. Doesn't it look stylish? I decided to go in and it was a great decision! I was already full so I didn't order much food, but the drinks were all delicious. Especially for those who love fruits (unfortunately, I'm not one of them), the satisfaction level seems to be quite high. If you tell the staff your preferences, they will make cocktails or non-alcoholic drinks tailored to your taste. And they are all delicious. I had the recommended champagne and martini. When I arrived, it was already past 12 o'clock, but there were a lot of female customers. Perfect for girls' night out or a date. The atmosphere is really good, so you can have a relaxing time. The restroom is also very clean and stylish. I personally think restroom cleanliness is important. When you feel like getting another drink, the staff will understand everything and come to you with the menu asking if you would like to order something. Probably they have psychic powers. The prices are a bit high, but sometimes it's nice to enjoy a leisurely conversation in a stylish setting with delicious drinks and snacks. It was a wonderful night. Thank you for the meal. ✧

I stopped by after having a light drink at work. I visited on a Sunday, when many shops are closed, so I was grateful to find a place open. Since it's summer, I had a refreshing Mojito with crushed ice in a glass. For my second drink, I think I was recommended the Sherry Cask, but I ended up having a Blackadder on the rocks. The bar had a glass wall where you could overlook the lively Susukino district. It would have been nice if it were a bit higher up. The atmosphere was not too dark or too stiff, and it was a quiet and comfortable bar.

I had a great time when I visited Hokkaido before, so I decided to come back. I ordered XYZ, which suits the urban atmosphere well. Thanks to a certain manga, I discovered this cocktail. It's a classic cocktail made with white rum, with a refreshing citrus taste that I love. I also had a White Lady, Jack Rose, and finished with a Bourbon on the rocks.

I have been visiting this place for over 10 years now, and I hesitate to give it high praise because it might get too crowded... The taste and location are both excellent, but above all, the bartender's manner is exceptional. The master's efficient movements... I learn from watching. I always order a highball, and I believe the highballs here are the best in Japan. I didn't give it a perfect score because sometimes it's too crowded to get in (minus 0.2 points for that). At those times, I go to the affiliated restaurant, Wadyure (1F)... but lately, that place has been crowded too.

I entered the restaurant a little past the opening time at 7:30 pm. There was only one other group of customers at that time, but by 8 pm, it was almost full. The atmosphere was great, and the bartender was polite and provided excellent service, attracting well-mannered customers. It was not noisy, allowing us to enjoy our time. When it comes to cocktails, you can tell the bartender your preferences and they will make a recommendation for you. The service is welcoming and not intimidating, making first-timers feel at ease. I started with a Yamazaki highball, then had a Macallan highball. Highballs taste so much better when you have them at a bar. I ended the night with a gin and tonic!

As soon as you enter, you can see the counter and there are about 3 table seats in the back right. The counter seats are slightly close to the next seat, so it might be a cozy place to drink quietly when it's not too busy. It could be good for both colleagues and families. You can overlook the Susukino intersection.

Central S4 Building, 7th floor, 2-14-2 Minami 4 Jonishi, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido. Located in Susukino, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, next to Kanino building along Route 36. Move from Waduro on the 1st floor to the 7th floor. A stylish space with a spacious counter where you can admire bottles and glasses, and a window with a view of the Susukino night view. The red chairs add a touch of style. There are two male customers at a table in the back and a solo male and a couple at the counter. The atmosphere is suddenly tainted by someone smoking.
- Watermelon Moscow Mule: Made with Hokkaido Raiden watermelon. Served in a thin glass with red watermelon juice and vodka, accompanied by roasted rock salt, salt, and kombu foam. The watermelon adds sweetness and a summer vibe.
- China Blue: A blue cocktail with a beautiful color gradient.
- Summer Cocktail: Made with half a sweet summer orange, gin, and soda. Refreshing with a citrus aroma. It would be perfect if it were non-smoking, but the prices are a bit high.

The Strawberry and Rose cocktail was delicious, with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity from the strawberries and a lovely aroma from the rose foam. The Peach puree Bellini was also tasty, with a direct peach flavor and a sophisticated taste.

I visited a bar during the pandemic and tried some fruit cocktails made with Hokkaido fruits like pear, Kyoho grapes, and Shine Muscat. The atmosphere was nice, with a counter overlooking Susukino, and the young bartender was hospitable. I had a pleasant time drinking there.

In mid-October 2020, I asked Mr. Igarashi from "Shimo Tomenu Emi" for a bar that is as obsessively dedicated to cocktails as he is to cooking, and he recommended a bar. The counter table was filled with an abundance of seasonal fruits, so I left it up to the owner bartender, Mr. Shirano, to make me fresh fruit cocktails. Just as Mr. Igarashi said, "He's a friend, but his cocktail skills are top-notch!" The cocktails were delicately and carefully crafted, each one like a piece of art. The view of downtown Sapporo from the high-rise floor was great, the staff's hospitality was excellent, and the cocktails were amazing. There's nothing more to say, it's just perfect! (laughs)

It's been a while since I came here! It's a great atmosphere and delicious food every time. ① Shine Muscat (for snacking) and whiskey ② Mojito ③ Grape cocktail ④ Shine Muscat cocktail ⑤ Watermelon cocktail ⑥ Mango cocktail Well, if you order all of these, it will easily exceed 10,000 yen... I love it, but it's expensive. Let's deduct one (lol).

I had a relaxing and adult time at the bar. It was nice to spend some leisurely moments in a cozy atmosphere. Although I wanted to sit at the counter, it was full so I was seated at a sofa. I started with a cold sparkling drink, which was delicious and the staff explained why it was so cold, but I didn't remember much. The charm was nuts and dried fruits. While chatting and enjoying my drink, it was a luxurious and enjoyable time. For my second drink, I tried a cocktail with fruits that I was curious about. The bartender had a variety of fruits lined up, so I had a hard time deciding. With the help of the staff, I ended up choosing a watermelon cocktail and a kiwi cocktail. The watermelon had three different ways to drink it, and the kiwi was served with frozen kiwi topped with champagne. It was a refreshing and delicious cocktail. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great and I had a very pleasant time. It's nice to visit such places occasionally and I would love to come back again. Thank you for the wonderful experience! ❤️

I visited a bar in Susukino because a friend wanted to drink cocktails with fresh fruits. It was around 10:30 pm on a Saturday and the place was quite crowded. The counter seats were full, but luckily there was one table available. I started with a gimlet, which was served already in a glass instead of being shaken in a shaker. Then I tried a cocktail with iyokan citrus, recommended for the season. The table charge included nuts and three types of dried fruits, which were also delicious. It was definitely a popular spot, especially on busy days and times. I realized that it might be better to visit on a Sunday late at night if you want to relax and enjoy cocktails at a more leisurely pace.

After visiting popular croquettes and tebaya, the third stop was a bit tough on the stomach, so we tried to go to karaoke but everywhere was crowded with a one-hour wait due to the year-end rush. With no hope in sight, we headed to a bar we knew. The popular counter seats were full, but we were guided to a sofa seat by the window where we could see the night view. We started by ordering refreshing cocktails: Fresh Pomegranate Jack Rose, Apple and Green Tea Cocktail, Dry Manhattan, and Gin and Tonic. We enjoyed the fresh and invigorating cocktails made with seasonal ingredients, and for the second round, we relaxed with a Dry Manhattan. We had a lovely time enjoying the night view of Susukino from the sofa seat by the window. The bartender's attentive service was also great. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Heading towards Susukino with the delicious aftertaste of "Jozan," I take a taxi to a bar recommended by the owner, Mr. Takahashi, called "Bar Maduro." Unfortunately, the legendary bartender I visited in Sapporo was closed, so I left it up to Mr. Takahashi. After passing through the hustle and bustle of Susukino, I arrived at a location a little south of the area. It was on the 7th floor of the Central Building, offering a splendid view of Sapporo's night skyline. I had a great time chatting with a reviewer I met at "Jozan" about our favorite restaurants from different places. First, we toasted with a champagne recommended by the bartender, "TAITTINGER Brut Reserve." I was amazed at how well this young individual knew about charming restaurants in Tokyo and Kyoto. Next, I requested a Hokkaido whisky, "Yoichi," but unfortunately, it was out of stock. I settled for my usual "Yamazaki" highball. Ah, another enjoyable night in Sapporo, where I always end up drinking too much. Cheers!

It's probably past 8 p.m. at night. I visited the bar relatively early for bar hours. I started with a citrus cocktail. The details of this citrus cocktail are a favorite of mine, but I don't really want to tell anyone about it. It's quite strong in alcohol content, so I ended up getting drunk. After that, I ordered a rare Macallan whisky. I also ordered the classic Macallan 12 year. If you want to indulge, go for a highball. If you want to be serious, go for straight or on the rocks. I like to drink highballs. It was a relaxing bar where you could overlook the bustling streets of Sapporo. Thank you for the meal.

We visited the restaurant around 9:30 PM on Saturday with just 2 seats left at the counter with a view of the night skyline. We were lucky to grab those seats! We started with the recommended drink, a white wine served from a magical -10 degree cooler called Majicool. For the second drink, we tried a cocktail with strawberry and rose flavors. The cover charge was 700 yen and it came with a charm of dried fruits (kiwi, mango, strawberry) and nuts. The white wine didn't feel as cold as expected, but it was fun to see it fizzing. The cocktail with strawberry and rose had a rose-flavored mousse-like foam on top and a smooth, sweet-sour strawberry drink at the bottom. It tasted like a dessert, but as a stylish and fragrant cocktail. We also tried other fruit cocktails, where you can choose your favorite fruits for a customized drink. All of them were delicious! The Maduro cocktail was also great, with a spicy cocoa flavor. The cheese platter was beautifully presented with a variety of cheeses, bread, and pink peppercorns. The bartenders were attentive and made our experience enjoyable. The atmosphere was stylish yet relaxed, which we really liked. We'll definitely come back to support the young bartender who doesn't look a day over 20. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I always wanted to visit this bar in Susukino. The interior is very stylish and chic. This time, we visited with only people of the same sex, but looking around, there were mostly couples. We were already drunk when we arrived, so I forgot the name of the cocktail we ordered, but as you can see in the photo, the cocktails were stylish. You can see the hustle and bustle of Susukino below the window. Next time I visit here, I want to come sober.

The bar is located on the 7th floor of a beautiful building near Susukino Station. There are counter seats and table seats. The place is surprisingly spacious. I went there around midnight on a Sunday and there was one group at a table and one regular customer at the counter. However, the two groups left soon after, leaving me alone in the place. The back bar is located by the window, offering a nice view behind the bottles. I started with a gimlet for my first drink. Since there were various fruits displayed at the counter seats, I decided to go for a fresh fruit cocktail next. I had a few drinks, but the passion fruit cocktail was particularly delicious. The bartender initially seemed formal, but opened up once we started chatting. Since I was the only customer there, I was able to have a great time talking about cocktails and Susukino with the bartender. This is the place to go for fruit cocktails in Susukino.
