The hamburgers are made with local Koshienuma beef, available in 100g and 150g sizes, with a choice of tomato or teriyaki sauce. I tried both sizes with tomato sauce. The meat was delicious, tender, juicy, and well-seasoned. The sauce was refreshing with a hint of sour cream. The price of 600 yen for a tourist spot is reasonable. The teriyaki sauce version was also tasty, with a well-balanced sweet and savory flavor. It also had slices of tomato, adding a nice touch without being overwhelming. The pumpkin soup made with local Kabocha squash was excellent. It's worth buying. The fried potato set with teriyaki sauce, soup, and drink costs 900 yen. The food had a light and crispy texture, not deep-fried. The restaurant may be closed in winter, but I look forward to trying their new menu in the early spring after the 8th wave. I hope they will also offer game meat.
