We had a welcome party at work! It was a welcome party, so we had the Ebisu course with lots of food such as edamame, shrimp chips, special fried chicken, original skewered cutlets, fresh sashimi platter, handmade beef tendon skewers, a choice between Hakata-style motsunabe or Hokkaido jingisukan, dessert of the day. It was a lively and enjoyable time! (*^^*)

We entered the restaurant with 3 people at 8:30 PM. Even though it was a weekday, there were quite a few customers inside. The all-you-can-drink for 444 yen per hour is a great deal, especially for me as an Asao resident! We wanted to stay for 2 hours, but last order was at 10 PM so we had to give up this time. We couldn't try the delicious-sounding mentaiko tamagoyaki due to a shortage of eggs, but we'll definitely come back for it next time! We mainly enjoyed various types of kushiage. They were all delicious, but it would have been better if they had introduced each item so we knew what we were eating. I personally love octopus, so I made sure to order octopus kushiage as well. It was very satisfying! As a dessert, we had taiyaki kushiage. It was mostly taiyaki, but the fried exterior made it crispy and very delicious! I will definitely come back for this. Asao has many kushiage restaurants, but this one has such great kushiage that I want to visit again!

The tempura set lunch at Emisu Shoten was good, but the cabbage was a bit tough and hard to eat. The staff were working hard. The tempura itself was delicious. This place seems to be popular for all-you-can-drink orders from lunchtime onwards. It's also a good option for a set meal.

I went on a day trip to Asao and had a lunch drink before meeting up with others. It was before 4 pm and there were a few customers already. I had a total of three Ebisu highballs and enjoyed some edamame and cucumber pickles as snacks. The restaurant is conveniently located near the station, with a bright interior and quick service.

Welcome.---------- January 2021 ----------When you come out of exit 2 of Asao subway station and walk to the left, you will find a certain chain store on your left hand side. This building has 3 floors, with the counter on the 1st floor, raised seating on the 2nd floor, and the 3rd floor currently not in use. They seem to use a luggage elevator to move food and other items up and down. During lunchtime, there are many regulars, mostly older gentlemen, while the lunch set consists of rice and miso soup with free refills. They are open all day, so you can enjoy day drinking here. If the environment allows, they will wholeheartedly serve you drinks. I ordered the "Ebisu" set meal. It seems like a festival dedicated to Ebisu. The main dishes were tempura consisting of shishito pepper, shrimp, squid, and pumpkin, all crispy. Served with tempura dipping sauce, ginger, and grated daikon. The sashimi was thick and fresh, including octopus, tuna, and salmon. The complimentary dishes included tofu, bean sprouts, and scrambled eggs miso soup, and a side dish of kimchi and pickles, providing a satisfying meal. Personally, I enjoy having a drink with my lunch set. There was a young lady serving who was very polite - perhaps she is the manager? It seems like the culture of day drinking is gradually spreading in the Asao area.

I visited Ebisu Shoten Asou store for the first time! It's a suburban type Ebisu Shoten store, and it's my first time drinking here. I came here by subway this day. I haven't had ramen or soba for lunch, so I'll eat while drinking. There are already 4-5 groups of customers having a good time. I'll join them. First, let's have a beer. It's a Premium Malt. Cheers! Now, what should I have for snacks? I'll have dashimaki tamago, gyoza, pickled Chinese cabbage, and tempura with octopus, shiitake mushrooms, and squid. The pickled Chinese cabbage tastes the same no matter which store you eat it at, but it's cheap and appreciated. The dashimaki tamago is nicely cooked and has a good flavor. The tempura doesn't have a special feeling, but you can still enjoy it. I'll finish with the gyoza. It looks like fried gyoza, but it's actually grilled. It has a nice simplicity to it. The staff today is very attentive and friendly. They are easy to order from and have a great vibe. I had another beer and a lemon sour, and I had a very pleasant drinking experience. The total bill was 1,850 yen. Excellent, excellent. Thank you for the meal.

This is a story about New Year's (〃▽〃) The Kurofune Mori at Emis is 590 yen and it's the best♪ It includes Kazunoko, Salmon, Hamachi, Shime Saba, Tako, Maguro, Botan Ebi, and others. If you go to another restaurant, it would definitely cost over 1,000 yen (sweat). The Kazunoko is pressed? The rest is normal (laugh). Even though it's called normal, I think the variety is amazing! For those who are gourmet snobs, they might not even pick up their chopsticks, but the Salmon and Hamachi are delicious (^^) With this, Totoro is satisfied enough (^^)v The Special Nigiri for 1,250 yen includes Uni 200, Ikura 200, Kazunoko 150, Aka Ebi 200, Chutoro 200, Hamachi 100, Salmon 100, and Hotate 100. Uni and Ikura are decent, Hamachi is Toro Hamachi, Salmon is Ma Toro Salmon, and Chutoro is Otoro. Considering these three pieces, is it about 150 yen cheaper? Super positive＼(^o^)／ The Assorted Kushiage for 550 yen includes Beef 120, Pork 100, Ebi 200, Kisu 150, and Onion 100. Emisu Shoten Asou Store for a daytime drink. It's a new store that opened in April. Let's cheers with a beer! Oh, it's Premium Malt this time. It's rare because all the Emisu stores I've visited before served Ichiban Shibori. I ordered a few skewers, potato fries, and my favorite onion slices for snacks. After a few beers, we ordered Highball Lemon 1L, Seseri Ponzu, and Grilled Squid with Salt. Highball for two people surprisingly has a good amount of alcohol. Isn't it a good deal for 1200 yen? The grilled squid with salt may not look appealing, but it's just right with a refreshing saltiness that goes well with alcohol. The Seseri Ponzu is just your typical Seseri Ponzu. It's nice to have a daytime drinking izakaya finally opened in Asou. It was a great meal!

Three highball cocktails, Kurofune platter, assorted skewers (550), red snapper sashimi (120), and leek omelette for a total of 2786 yen. No appetizers. The first dish (sashimi) was not ordered yet, and the second dish (skewers) took 15 minutes to arrive. The staff consisted only of young women, so it seemed like they mainly hired part-time workers. They might be cutting costs on labor, but considering the affordable and delicious food, it's worth praising.

Due to a computer malfunction caused by a virus, the migration process to a new desktop computer has been completed. Thank you for your understanding. [April 2019] "Emisu Shoten" is a local izakaya in Sapporo with around 10 branches in the city. The Asou branch opened on April 6, 2019. I visited for lunch on a holiday with my usual companion. This restaurant is located near Asou Station in Sapporo's Kita Ward. For more details on the location, please check on Tabelog. The restaurant opens at 11:30 am. When we arrived a bit past 11:30, there were already quite a few customers. We were seated at a table for two and found the menu to offer a variety of set meals, rice bowls, soba noodles, sushi, and more. I ordered the "Lunch Emisu Gohan" and my companion ordered the same. After an 11-minute wait, our two "Lunch Emisu Gohan" dishes arrived. The set meal included freshly fried tempura with shrimp, squid, shishito peppers, pumpkin, grated daikon radish, and tempura dipping sauce. The sashimi consisted of bream, flounder, octopus, salmon, each with 2 pieces and were fresh. The small side dish was a stewed dish with carrots, shiitake mushrooms, konjac, bamboo shoots, and finely chopped chicken. The miso soup had generous ingredients like cabbage, onions, and tofu, and was available for unlimited refills. The pickles were pickled radish. The rice was warm and also available for unlimited refills. The price for the "Lunch Emisu Gohan" was 734 yen (tax included). The "Lunch Emisu Gohan" is a good value lunch menu at 734 yen. The tempura was freshly fried, and the sashimi was of good quality. Moreover, the rice and miso soup were available for unlimited refills. It's a satisfying and reasonably priced set meal. I would like to visit "Lunch Emisu Gohan" again. It's great that they offer lunch menus even on holidays. It's a set meal that goes well with a daytime drink on a holiday. I happened to be in the Asou area of Kita Ward for some errands. It's uncertain when I'll visit again. It was a delicious meal.
