I deliberately chose the regular soy sauce ramen for 900 yen, not the salt or black chicken ramen. The soup had a unique flavor that I personally liked. The lean chashu was tender and good. The noodles were a bit too soft, but overall it was a delicious ramen that didn't get boring. The gyoza for 500 yen was big, juicy, and excellent! Thank you for the meal.

I ordered the Salt Ramen with Black Silkie Chicken and the regular Salt Ramen (half size). The regular Salt Ramen has a simple, traditional taste. The Salt Ramen with Black Silkie Chicken has an incredibly delicious soup. It's no wonder it's popular. The salt flavor is a bit strong, but the deep and satisfying taste of the soup is impressive. I definitely want to go back to eat there again!

This is "Saijo" at Asahikawa Ramen Village. I have visited the main store several times, but this is my first visit to the Ramen Village store. The Ramen Village is always crowded, but there was only one customer before me and one after me, so the evening is much calmer than during the day. When it comes to Saijo, it's all about the "salt" ramen. I'm torn between the regular salt and the black-bone chicken salt, but I choose the black-bone chicken. I order the "Black-bone Chicken Ramen (Salt)" (900 yen) and a "Mini Fried Rice" (200 yen). The dishes are served in about 6-7 minutes. The Black-bone Chicken Ramen (Salt) has a nostalgic look with a "naruto" fish cake in the middle. Grated ginger is placed on top to be dissolved in the soup. The soup has a mild flavor and a smooth texture, with a nice touch of ginger. The noodles are Suto Seimen's low-water content medium-thin noodles, which mix well with the soup. The chashu pork is belly cut, and the menma bamboo shoots are lightly seasoned. It's a stable and tasty salt ramen. As for the Mini Fried Rice, I often order side dishes at ramen shops, wondering how they will be. The portion size is usually larger than expected, but this one is reasonably priced and just the right size. It also has plenty of chopped chashu pork. I wonder how the regular salt ramen tastes like? I feel like I haven't had it in a while. There were two more customers after me, both ordering the black-bone chicken salt ramen, so maybe that's more popular now.

Mr. Saito from Ramen Village. The main store is a long-established shop in Asahikawa that I have visited several times. Actually, I must confess that I didn't come here for this shop. But I'll be honest. The inside of the shop was empty as it was at a certain time. I wonder if customers are flocking to the famous shops in this area. While thinking about that, I saw Hormen on the menu, which I occasionally hear about in town. I thought that ramen with horumon needs a strong flavor like that of Himawari's Morumen, and I ordered it with a side of rice. As I waited, the phone rang, probably an inquiry about the closing time. Maybe I was eating at a different time than everyone else. The food was served while I was thinking about that. Oh, it smells so good. When I tasted the soup, it was a slightly thick Chinese-style soup. The taste was excellent. It's a flavor that everyone loves. With horumon, this is the ultimate collaboration. I ate the horumon without hesitation. The noodles had a great texture with a slight sweetness of wheat. This is a dish with a high level of perfection that won't disappoint anyone. A bowl of ramen that I want to share with my friends. A new addition to my dining rotation. Satisfied.

I had the "Salt Ramen" for 800 yen. It's from Saito, known as the "legendary salt" ramen. It's been a while since I had ramen alone, so I sat at the counter with a divider. I had planned to add vegetables to make it salted vegetables, but they were out of vegetables, so I just had the regular salt ramen. I like sitting at the counter where I can watch them prepare the food. The ramen was quickly made with familiar hands. The toppings included noodles, naruto, seasoned bamboo shoots, one slice of chashu, and green onions - simple but delicious. The soup was a bit cloudy. I wondered if this was the legendary salt flavor. The noodles and soup were consistently delicious. Next time, I'll try the "Salt Ramen with Black Bone Chicken".

Visited around 11:30 am on a regular day. There were a few groups of customers already there. They were running a promotion with all ramen dishes being 100 yen off, which was a good deal. They mainly recommend the salt ramen, which is rare in Asahikawa. I was torn but ended up ordering the special menu item, "Asahi Shomen," for 900 yen. This turned out to be a soy sauce ramen. The noodles made with whole wheat had a natural sweetness and were delicious. The rich soup and wheat gluten were tasty as well. Overall, there wasn't anything particularly outstanding, but it was a satisfying meal. Thank you for the meal!

It has been a while since I served as the Asahikawa Ramen Village Ambassador, but I'm not sure what kind of work I should be doing. I hope the world will soon be able to hold events. Asahikawa Ramen Village is still popular despite the decrease in tourists, with the parking lot full and bustling with people. This time, I visited Saijo for the first time in a while. Saijo is known for its shio ramen, but I remember their shoyu ramen being delicious. However, I have yet to try their signature kurokashiwa ramen. It seems quite impressive when a ramen dish costs over 1000 yen. The menu includes options like shrimp and scallop, and Genghis Khan, which tourists would enjoy. Locals might be more drawn to the set ramen deals, which include gyoza only or gyoza with rice for 250 yen and 300 yen respectively. I decided to try the kurokashiwa (shio) ramen for 900 yen, with an additional 300 yen for the set. The total cost wasn't clear until I paid, but it seemed reasonable for a tourist spot like Asahikawa. The ramen had thin, white noodles that were slightly soft and coated with the unique kurokashiwa oil, which left a lingering salty taste. The gyoza was larger than usual, with a soft skin that melted in the mouth. The ramen was flavorful and rich, making it a satisfying meal.

Just at lunchtime, Ramen Village was packed. We walked around the entire village but couldn't find a place for three people to sit together. Finally, we found an empty spot and decided to go in. - Salt Ramen ¥800 Although it had a simple appearance, the steam rising from the bowl carried a distinctive aroma. It was light at first, but had a buttery taste that spread in the mouth. As we kept slurping the noodles, the taste naturally grew on us, almost like a mysterious effect. The generous amount of chopped green onions may have had an influence as well. The richly flavored chashu, menma, and other colorful toppings also made a strong impression. A bowl of ramen full of originality. Thank you for the meal.

Salt ramen mode... If possible, a clear one that is as transparent as possible... It doesn't seem to be wandering around... The best in Ramen Village is...? Unvisited? Was it? Lol I remember that the main store's black bone chicken soup was not clear but delicious and beautiful... [Black bone chicken vegetable: salt] 1050 yen Vegetables... It won't get cloudy if you don't stir-fry them ♬ Excited Arrival appearance... A bit cloudy... (´._.`).。oஇ And slightly warm... The aroma is... Hmm... The noodles look... a bit soft... Slurping the noodles... Ah... the noodles are wasted... ( ;´꒳`;) Maybe black bone chicken is better with a simple flavor? Or maybe... I should have chosen Asahikawa shoyu...? The scent, taste, and appearance of the soup seem a bit different from what I expected... Why do the cut vegetables have that color...? The staff at the restaurant were nice, but... what a shame. Thank you for the meal (^-^;

After enjoying Asahiyama Zoo, we headed straight to Asahikawa Ramen Village to savor Asahikawa ramen once more. Arriving around 4 pm, some shops were closed for preparation or on regular holidays. After a quick emergency meeting with my girlfriend, we decided to visit Saito-san here. With only one other customer present, we were seated at a table right away. Intrigued by the ramen made with silky fowl broth on the menu, I ordered the silky fowl salt ramen (900 yen), while my girlfriend chose the silky fowl soy sauce ramen (950 yen). This place, established in 1971, is known for its legendary salt ramen. In less than 10 minutes, our silky fowl ramen arrived. It looked quite oily, so I wondered if it would be rich. Upon tasting the soup, I found the salt flavor to be gentle, with a clear silky fowl broth. It was easy to eat with no strong aftertaste. The noodles were the typical light-colored thin noodles of Asahikawa ramen, with just the right amount of firmness. Grated ginger on top added an elegant flavor when mixed into the soup, making it even lighter and I couldn't help but finish every last drop. My girlfriend's silky fowl soy sauce ramen had a smooth soy sauce taste, very mellow with a distinctive rich aroma. She mentioned she should have added rice because it was so easy to eat and packed with flavor that it made her want to enjoy it with rice. It was a ramen that made you want to savor every bit. Thank you for the meal!

Ordered soy sauce horumon ramen. Forgot to ask for the noodles to be firm. In less than 5 minutes, the bowl arrived. The soup is very light and clear. The ingredients include horumon, Chinese cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, watercress, wood ear mushrooms, onions, and naruto & menma. The medium-thick curly noodles are still soft. The horumon is very tender and cooked in a sweet seasoning. It feels like it's been simmered in a meat and vegetable broth. The variety of vegetables is delicious and easy to eat along with the noodles.

I ordered salt ramen with a coupon. The soup was oily and piping hot. The saltiness was mild, but I could taste some other flavors that I couldn't quite pinpoint due to my unrefined palate. The bamboo shoots were lightly seasoned. The chashu was slightly large, well-seasoned, but had a slight lingering smell. The noodles were the type commonly found in Asahikawa ramen - thin, medium-firm, and low in water content. The flavor was mild, and the pairing with the noodles was not the best.

I visited the restaurant on Saturday, September 14th, before 2 pm. There were a few customers already there. I was a bit tired of soy sauce ramen, so I decided to try the salt-based ramen at this place. I noticed they use a broth made from black-bone chicken. I ordered a half-sized salt ramen. The taste was delicious, although I couldn't really distinguish the black-bone chicken flavor. Maybe the ginger was the key? However, compared to the salt ramen I've had in the past few days, this one felt a bit more ordinary. The noodles were slightly whiter than the yellowish Hokkaido noodles, but they were still very tasty.

I visited Asahikawa during my trip to Hokkaido. Asahikawa is known for its ramen, so I wasn't sure which place to go to. I decided to check out Ramen Village. I chose a shop that was ranked first in the Asahikawa Ramen Salt category. I ordered the Chicken Bone Vegetable Salt and Chicken Bone Vegetable Soy sauce ramen. The soup had a strong chicken bone flavor! However, between the salt and soy sauce versions, the chicken bone flavor was dominant in both. Personally, I didn't mind the taste, but I felt like there wasn't much difference between the two. Grated ginger on top added a refreshing touch when mixed into the soup. They also offered a half portion, so it might have been interesting to try both.

When it comes to ramen in Asahikawa, personally I love the Shunkasaiwai Four Seasons Szechuan Miso Ramen at Sanrok after a night of drinking, but this time, on a family trip, we didn't have the chance to visit there at night. The next day, after visiting Asahiyama Zoo, my wife's brother wanted to take us to "Tohnya," but it was crowded with a one-hour wait. We ended up going to Saijo at Ramen Village, which happened to be the least busy. While their salt ramen is famous, I decided to try the Hormone Ramen, and it was a hit for me. I would love to go back again if I have the chance.

Welcome.---------- October 2018 ----------Among the 6 ramen shops in Asahikawa Ramen Village, there is one called "Hormen" |o| °д°)ノ Gara-ra-ra. It has a nostalgic Showa-era atmosphere with a counter and about 4 tables. The place is run by a skilled chef and staff members, creating a traditional vibe. Asahikawa is known for its soy sauce ramen, but they also have "Hormen" on the menu, which is quite tempting. The Asahikawa soy sauce Hormen comes in a bowl, with soy sauce ramen being the main flavor. It offers a new texture with tender hormone, and the key flavors are Japanese collagen and Asahikawa soy sauce. I couldn't resist ordering the Hormen, of course, in soy sauce flavor. The broth has a rich umami taste combined with the depth of soy sauce and the aroma of hormone. The oil film is light, with a hint of hormone fat. The noodles are soft and lacking in firmness, so I'll ask for them to be cooked firmer next time. The bean sprouts and crispy cabbage add a light touch to the soup, but personally, I prefer a richer broth. The mini fried rice is surprisingly delicious, with a fluffy texture similar to "Shingen" in Sapporo. The Ukokkei chicken salt ramen has a strong chicken flavor, but the saltiness is mild and gentle. The noodles are again soft, which may have slightly affected the overall taste. Overall, it was a satisfying meal. Thank you for the delicious food.

It is located in Asahikawa Ramen Village. There are about 8 ramen shops in total, including both well-known and lesser-known ones. This time, I chose a shop that I haven't heard much about. They use black-bone chicken for their ramen, but if you're expecting something like Aoba, Santoka, or the classic Asahikawa ramen, you might find it a bit lacking.
