This is a place in Toyohira-ku, located at 8-cho 5-jyo, Higashi Tsukisamu, along the Tohoku Street. For more detailed directions, please check the map on Tabelog as usual. I visited this restaurant after a new soba shop opened along the Mizumoto Street in Shiroishi-ku, but couldn't find parking, so I decided to come here after a long time. I parked in the designated parking lot, went inside the restaurant, checked the menu at the ticket machine, ordered the Kitakata Ramen, and waited for a seat. After a few minutes, I sat at the counter and waited for my order. The ramen arrived beautifully presented. The soup, a pork bone base with a hint of seafood broth, was slightly salty to my taste. The noodles were straight, with a high water content, and mixed well with the soup. The toppings included well-prepared chashu, menma, naruto, and finely chopped green onions. From June, the restaurant's regular holidays will change to Tuesdays to Thursdays, so I need to remember that for my next visit.

-Ramen 900 yen -Chashu Don 350 yen The ramen here is always delicious, with a wide variety of menu options that are all tasty. It's strange how I can always get in without waiting too long. Maybe they have a fast turnover rate? This time, they had a limited menu featuring Kitakata ramen, so I chose the simple "ramen" from the regular menu. I really want to try the "Pacific saury" ramen that was previously offered as a limited item again!

After going to the dentist, I planned to eat Ma-La hot pot at Hanauta, but it was unexpectedly closed on a regular holiday (tears). So, I went to Kokoha. Last time I had the ginger soy sauce ramen, so this time I had the regular soy sauce ramen. It was described as "soy sauce with a strong flavor of dried sardines," but the dried sardines were not overpowering, and the soup was very well-balanced. The thin noodles also matched well with the soup! It was so delicious that I drank up all the soup! #HokkaidoGourmet #SapporoGourmet #Ramen #Kokoha #Toyohira-ku, Sapporo #DriedSardineRamen #SoySauceRamen #Can't stop because the soup is delicious.

2023♡♡75th cup 8/28 As soon as the store opened! Kitakata ramen with extra meat (*´艸`) Finally, finally! I've passed by the front of the store many times, but the parking lot was always full. I had practiced parking in advance, so I went straight to the parking lot. There was already one person waiting in line when I arrived. It was hot, so I got out of my car about 2 minutes before opening and headed towards the store. Just as I arrived, the store opened! Since there was already one person waiting in line, I was the third person to enter. I had already decided to have Kitakata ramen, but I noticed the person in front of me ordered extra meat, so I followed suit (laughs). And voilà! So much meat! The Kitakata ramen was delicious. The soup was milder compared to the one I had in Tokyo. I drank all the soup, it was that good. It was nice that they also served rice. It's difficult to choose from a ticket vending machine because you can't take your time deciding (laughs). The soup was mild and light, so I thought maybe it's low in calories (laughs). The meat was so tender and seemed never-ending. The noodles were thick and wavy, so tasty! The deliciousness might not come across in my description, but if I lived nearby, I would want to eat it every day. There are also other menu items I want to try! It's hard to find the right timing after a night shift, and sometimes they don't have Kitakata ramen when I leave. I've been wanting to come for a year, and finally, I got to eat it. It was so delicious and satisfying. I will definitely go back. I wonder what I should try next time? I'm saying this, but I'll probably end up having Kitakata ramen again (laughs). Thank you for the meal. Ah♪

I tried the salt ginger ramen this time after having soy sauce ramen last time. I ordered the large size with rice. The taste was not bad, but it didn't impress me as much as the ginger soy sauce ramen did. However, it was not bad at all, and I think the base of the ramen is solid in any variety they offer. I remember the restaurant was full when I visited.

I was near the company, but I had been ignoring this shop that caught my attention because it didn't have a strong visual impact. I chose the most popular ginger soy sauce ramen, which looked simple but tasted... not so simple! It had an old-fashioned soy sauce soup base with a sweet soy sauce flavor, rich oil for added depth, and a lingering ginger taste. As a ginger lover, I wish the ginger flavor was more pronounced! I might try asking for extra ginger next time. The ramen was carefully made and I'm curious about trying other ramen options on the menu.

A refreshing yet flavorful soy sauce ramen with a kick of ginger! Ginger lovers will definitely enjoy it. The restaurant operates with a ticket vending machine system, and you can choose between thick or thin noodles for your ramen. I recommend the soy sauce ramen with thick noodles. The chewy noodles soak up the soup deliciously. I'm curious about the limited-time thin noodles and the ginger salt flavor too. I will definitely be going back.

- Ginger salt ramen for 900 yen - Tartar chashu rice bowl for 350 yen It had been a while since my last visit, and this time I was curious about the limited "cold Kitakata ramen," but ended up choosing the ginger salt ramen because I was in the mood for hot ramen. I also tried the new menu item, the tartar chashu rice bowl, which was absolutely delicious!

It's been a while since I last visited Shinsetsu. I wanted to try the limited Asahikawa ramen, but it was sold out, so I ordered the regular ramen instead. Even though it was past lunchtime peak hours, the place was almost full. The aroma of the simmered bonito was strong and the balance of the broth and sauce was excellent - not too strong, not too light, just right. The thin noodles were packed and delicious. There were two types of chashu, and the one with a strong aroma was particularly tasty. As expected of a popular representative shop in Sapporo. With a parking lot for 6 cars, it's easy to visit. I'll definitely go back. Thank you for the meal! (-人-)

In short, it's all good. Spinach, boiled egg, seaweed, and chashu. The chashu comes in two types: belly and loin. The loin is especially delicious. The noodles are medium-thin straight noodles with a firm texture. The rich ginger soy soup is also very good. I want to take some chashu home... Thank you for the meal.

Dipping noodles with 1.5 servings for 950 yen. First, I slurped up the soup, it's delicious with a strong flavor of dried fish. The noodles are medium thick and straight, firm and smooth after being rinsed in cold water, they go well with the soup. The shop's curtain has the name "Sudo Seimen" from Asahikawa City. The toppings include 6 pieces of tender chashu pork and soft, well-seasoned bamboo shoots. It was so delicious that I finished 1.5 servings in no time. Lastly, I added some soup to savor the flavor of dried fish, it felt like enjoying soba-yu (soup of soba noodles). Thank you for the meal, next time I might try Kitakata ramen. Goodbye!

"Visited 'Ramen Shinwa' for the first time in about 7 years. The parking lot is located across the road behind Sekoma and can fit about 6 cars. It's not a problem even if the location is a bit far, especially on a nice day. I arrived just in time for the opening time and was the first in line with no wait! I carefully studied the ticket machine and decided what to eat. I chose the 'Kitakata Ramen @880 yen,' a limited menu of 15 servings per day. No extra noodles, but extra meat is allowed! The soup has a good balance of pork bone and seafood flavors. It looks light, but it's rich and tasty. The handmade medium-thick noodles are smooth and chewy, balancing well with the soup. The pork chashu is tender and delicious. I also ordered the 'Chashu Don @350 yen,' which had plenty of lightly seared sliced chashu and was very satisfying. I enjoyed the ramen and chashu don in a good balance and left feeling full. I've tried various Kitakata-style ramen before, but this one here is of a high level. Next time, I might try adding extra meat and rice. Thank you for the delicious meal!"

Shirako Chuka soba (950 yen). Please forgive me for being swayed by the limited edition, despite vowing to try the miso next time. The clear and light yet rich soy sauce soup pairs well with the smooth flat noodles. The balance of ingredients is also wonderful. It was delicious. Next time, I'll try the miso! Thank you for the meal.

- Shirakawa Chinese Ramen (Limited Edition) 950 yen - Rice 100 yen I always decide to eat either ginger soy sauce or ginger salt when I go, but when I see the limited menu, I end up pressing the button. Everything here is delicious, so the appeal of the limited menu is overwhelming! This time it was the Shirakawa Chinese Ramen, with medium-thick noodles and a flavorful soup. It was very delicious! Next time, I plan to add ginger.

I will have lunch at "Kokotsunagi" today! This area is a fierce battleground for ramen, with shops like "Haruta" and "Kou" (originally one character in kanji so there is no way to hide it), I haven't been to many of the shops yet, so I'm spoiled for choice! If you come by car, make sure not to park in front of the store or park sideways! The shop regularly posts information on Twitter and limited menu items seem to appear frequently. I had Kitakata ramen and ginger oil black ramen. Even 10 minutes before opening, there were no customers waiting, but as soon as I bought my ticket and turned around, there were people waiting! It's really popular, so it was a good idea to line up early. I purchased a ticket for "Kitakata Ramen (¥880)" from the ticket machine! I really wanted to order this item, I wanted to experience the excitement of Kitakata Ramen I had on my trip to Tohoku two years ago again! The ramen I ordered was revealed in about 3 minutes! The clear brown soup is beautiful... there is no oily feeling at all, it seems gentle on the body! When I took a sip of the soup, I felt that the flavor of pork bones and dried fish was not assertive, but rather restrained. It has a light taste with umami that gradually comes through, and you can feel the richness. The clean atmosphere is proportional to the fact that it does not cause indigestion and has a gentle taste that permeates the body! The Kitakata ramen I had two years ago was a thick type with plenty of back fat, which enhanced the sweetness of the fat without interfering with the soup, but this one that removes the strong taste and heaviness is also good. The noodles are thick, flat, curly noodles, which are the best for Kitakata Ramen! With a high water content, they are firm and chewy, with a chewy elasticity and firmness that is irresistible, and you can even enjoy the taste of wheat in the noodles! The fishy umami unique to seafood is included in the soup, so the noodles are well coated! The chashu is the modern type of ramen that is often seen, which melts in your mouth as soon as you bite into it, revealing the sweet flavor of the fat and the smooth texture! If you want to be fully satisfied, it is a must to add extra meat for 350 yen! The menma was a dark brown color, but it wasn't too salty, so maybe it was meant to be eaten with the soup. This may divide opinions as it has a crunchy texture. Next time, I might try the miso, salt, or oil ramen, I guess I'll have to check SNS for limited ramen. Thank you for the meal.

Located around the middle of Tsukikan and Minamigo 7-chome, this shop stood out among the several ramen shops on the street. I visited Shinetsun-san this time. The soup had a stronger ginger flavor than I expected, and the chewy noodles paired perfectly with it. I would like to try other flavors besides soy sauce next time.

Title as it is, it's a shop that I hit while looking for a place to eat Kitakata Ramen in Sapporo. Oh? This is a shop that I've seen a lot on various people's SNS. I saved it to try next time and happened to pass by it about 20 minutes before opening, so I decided to wait in the parking lot while watching the WBC final game. I entered the shop as soon as it opened and ordered the "Kitakata Ramen" with extra meat that I was looking for. The visual was wonderful. Choosing extra meat was the right decision. And then I took a sip of the soup - Wow, it's delicious! It's gentle yet flavorful! This is so tasty. And the flat noodles, which are a feature of Kitakata Ramen, were also delicious. They were chewy and tasty on their own. I will definitely come back to try other varieties as this shop has a wide selection. It was such a great place. I will visit again. Thank you for the meal!

◾️Ramen (thin noodles) 890 yen ◾️Chashu rice bowl 350 yen This is my favorite restaurant that I have visited multiple times. They have a wide variety of ramen and I have tried almost all of them, and they are all delicious. Even the seemingly unpopular "miso" ramen at the end of the ticket machine was of high quality and tasty! I always intend to order the ginger salt ramen, but they have a weekly special limited edition ramen that always tempts me to try it. Every time they have a different limited edition ramen, and they are all delicious with no disappointments. I think the owner of this place is a genius.

Ramen Kokoshige-san. It's been a while since my last visit. I chose the ginger soy sauce with thin noodles this time, as I usually go for thick noodles. Thin noodles are also good! The ginger soy sauce flavor is delicious as always! I'm curious about the other limited-time options too. I enjoyed my meal very much. I will definitely be back again.

Ramen (890 yen) always tends to be either ginger soy sauce or the limited Kitakata. Today, let's review all the menu items again and have ramen. The light bonito flavor is the best balance. The sauce, oil, and thin noodles are perfect. Green onions, bamboo shoots, naruto, spinach, and two types of chashu. It's just perfect! I feel surprised to find myself finishing all the soup without realizing it. It's like the Hokkaido dialect saying "I drank it all." Even though it's crowded on weekends, the service from taking the ticket to seating, cooking, and serving is so smooth that you hardly feel like you're waiting. They are really skilled. It's a restaurant with good taste in every aspect, not just the flavor. Next time, I'll try the miso ramen. Thank you for the meal.

I'm not familiar with this area, but there are many ramen shops, especially in a fierce ramen battleground. On a Sunday around 11:00, I was looking for a parking spot after finishing my errands, and the ramen shop I intended to go to was full. Luckily, I spotted a ramen flag at the back left of a convenience store just 30 seconds away. I had already checked the reviews, so I recognized this place as the one. There was one parking spot available, and there were empty seats inside the shop as well. I had already studied the menu on the strong appeal of the ticket machine (couldn't take a photo), so I ordered the Ginger Shoyu Ramen for 890 yen with thin noodles and an additional flavored egg for 100 yen. The soup was dark but not too heavy, easy to drink, with a lingering taste of ginger. The thin noodles had a good texture that complemented the soup well. The two types of chashu, menma, negi, and spinach were fresh and generously sized, and the flavored egg was creamy. The balance of ingredients was good, and I enjoyed it until the last bite. The menu here is extensive, with customers ordering different items like Kitakata Ramen and mazesoba. It's clear that everything is delicious. By the time I finished eating at 11:45, there were about 5 groups of customers waiting outside, showing that this place is popular in the morning. It may be difficult to find parking, but I recommend doing some research before visiting. Next time, I'll try the Kitakata Ramen.
