Located on the 3rd floor of the 3rd Hirokazu Building at 1-6-1 Minami 2 Nishi 1 in Chuo-ku, Sapporo City, and in a building at 1-chome Tanukikoji in Chuo-ku, Sapporo. Attended a sake tasting event at a popular restaurant near Sapporo Station North Exit. After the event, decided to go for a second round with some fellow attendees. When someone mentioned "truffle tuna," everyone got excited and started craving it. It was a lucky coincidence that the restaurant was not crowded on a weekday, so we quickly grabbed a taxi and headed there. Ordered a highball for a change, as a palate cleanser. The truffle tuna was a must-have, with its thick slices and perfect truffle oil seasoning that no other place can match. Also couldn't resist the egg sandwich, a simple yet delicious option. After some drinks, we were all in the mood for karaoke, so we headed to our usual karaoke spot.

Favorite restaurant visited after 4 years. Every dish, from elaborate appetizers to main courses, was delicious. I was reminded that this creative cuisine restaurant is the best in Sapporo (although I don't know many others, haha). In March 2023, after leaving the Chinese restaurant "Shun Ka", three beautiful women and one beast headed to a restaurant called "Hiroshi" located on the 3rd floor of a building near Tanuki Koji. I remember being a little lost, but I recall seeing a long line at the parfait shop on the 1st floor. The reason we requested this restaurant from the organizer was because I heard about the truffle tuna from a regular restaurant owner, which was featured on a TV show hosted by Matsuko. The restaurant was full and not very spacious, so it seemed like you needed a reservation to get in. - Appetizer (600 yen) Homemade tofu Fish paste soup Vegetable dish The homemade tofu was made with cream and tasted like pudding. The fish paste soup had a delicious broth. - Original Truffle Tuna (980 yen) This is the restaurant's signature dish, featuring bluefin tuna marinated in truffle oil. The thickness of the tuna slices and the amount of truffle oil were perfect. Whoever came up with this combination is a genius. - Lots of Salted Peppers (400 yen) I was surprised by how well salted peppers and peppers go together. I love trying creative dishes like this. - Grilled Asparagus (680 yen) I wondered where the asparagus came from in March, and it turns out it's from Furano. Vegetables are best when they're fresh and local. - Daikon Radish and Prosciutto Tempura (580 yen) This is another creative dish. There are so many other dishes on the menu that I want to try, like the Yam and Sea Bream Mapo Tofu, Shrimp and Mushroom Japanese-style risotto, Chive and Sake-steamed Clams Pasta, and the Truffle-scented Delicious Egg Sandwich. I'll have to come back here again to try them all. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Next up is this place! The choice of this restaurant was made by a seasoned reviewer who knows the restaurant inside out. The place is already packed, a truly popular spot. The first thing that came out was the appetizers, there were already three dishes and it seems like you could keep drinking endlessly with just these. ・Appetizers (600 yen) Homemade tofu, fish paste soup, vegetable dish. I'm already quite full, so I left the ordering to the staff, and what they ordered was: ・Original truffle tuna (980 yen) A fatty looking chu-toro, looks delicious just by looking at it. Lots of salted green peppers (400 yen). I was surprised by the charcoal-grilled asparagus! It's incredibly juicy when you bite into it, and super sweet. I was so impressed that I bought a bunch of thick asparagus at Daimaru on the way home and tried steaming them in the toaster oven at home, and it was delicious even when I made it myself. I'll stop boiling them. The restaurant is lively, with many delicious creative dishes. It's a place where I'd like to sit at the counter and enjoy a drink. Thank you so much, My Reviewer. It was the best night in Sapporo. On the way there, I saw a hugely popular night parfait shop with a long line!

After enjoying Chinese food at "Junka" with friends in Gifu, we said goodbye to the family who joined us and kidnapped our friends for a second round with just the four of us. We saw this building and checked the tenant list, but there was no mention of the restaurant name. We almost passed by, but then we saw the curtain hanging there - "there it is!" Such unexpected incidents add a fun spice to the experience. We made a reservation for four at 8 pm on a Wednesday and visited the restaurant. It was a weekday, but the place was almost full. We were seated at a table for four and started drinking - cheers with shochu! The appetizer cost 600 yen and consisted of homemade tofu, fish paste soup, and vegetable side dishes, each of which was elegant and delicious. The homemade tofu was so rich that I asked if it had cheese in it, but it turned out to be cream. It was more like pudding than tofu, and of course, it was delicious. The original truffle tuna for 980 yen was the highlight of the night. I love tuna, especially the red meat, and this one was shiny and melted in my mouth. The charcoal-grilled asparagus for 680 yen was made with thick asparagus from Furano, and the freshness of the ingredients made it even more delicious. The daikon radish wrapped in prosciutto tempura for 580 yen was a luxurious dish, with daikon being such a versatile ingredient. It can be used in salads, grated as a condiment, or even deep-fried as tempura. The combination of prosciutto and daikon was unique and delicious. The salted squid with plenty of green peppers for 400 yen had a mild and elegant flavor, with the diced green peppers adding color and reducing the fishy smell. The complexity of the taste and texture made it enjoyable. We spent about two hours there, and the total payment was around 3,500 yen per person. We had so much fun that everything flew by - did we get drunk? See you again!

New Year's party! I went to Hiroshi for the first time in January! It's a very popular restaurant where reservations are a must. Every dish I tried was delicious, and they serve half servings of sake so you can enjoy a variety of drinks. The staff here are great at recommending sake at the perfect timing. The appetizer costs 600 yen, but you get 3 items, so it's very satisfying! All 3 dishes were delicious. I especially recommend the truffle maguro, it's a must-try. I usually don't eat tuna, but this one is different. I consider it a specialty here. The shumai with lotus root has an amazing texture, and the deep-fried shrimp and scallop with seaweed are also delicious. The pickled wakasagi is also tasty! The dishes are made by one person, so it may take some time for them to be served. It's best to visit when you have plenty of time. The first 4 dishes I ordered seemed like they would take a while, so the staff recommended a quick dish, the yuzu daikon, which was a great appetizer! The staff here provide excellent customer service, and I admire their approach. Hiroshi has become one of my favorite restaurants for snacks! I will definitely visit again! Thank you for the meal! ♥

Located in Tanukikoji 1-chome, this mixed-use building is a place I have visited many times over the years for lunch, alterations, and browsing at a second-hand record store. However, I had never been to the restaurant on the 3rd floor until a few days ago when a friend recommended it for its amazing truffle tuna. Excited, I climbed the stairs to the 3rd floor and entered a unique and quirky world. I started with a beer and enjoyed the four appetizers that were brought to the table. The sashimi platter and the tuna katsu were delicious, while the truffle tuna was a standout dish. I also tried some gyoza, which was decent. The service was excellent, and the staff recommended a dish of sea urchin soba, which unfortunately did not meet expectations. Overall, the combination of the skilled chef and the attentive staff made for a great dining experience.

I have been wanting to visit the famous food establishment, Hiroshi's Diner, for a while now. I must say, I was completely captivated. I was blown away. Every dish from the appetizers to the main courses exceeded my expectations in terms of deliciousness. The masterful cooking and seasoning skills of the chef were outstanding. The waiter who served our food and drinks was also very attentive and considerate. Everything, from the food to the drinks, was delicious. Even after leaving the restaurant, I found myself lingering in the pleasant aftertaste of the experience. It was truly a soulful dining experience. The warmth and kindness of everyone at the restaurant was palpable, making it a truly exceptional dining establishment. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I made a reservation and visited on a weekday. Since it's a popular restaurant, I had to book a different day as my desired date was fully booked a week in advance. The appetizers that came out first made it clear that this is a popular restaurant with difficulty getting reservations. We were served three types of gentle appetizers. All the dishes we had were delicious. They also adjusted the number of dishes according to our group size, showing great flexibility and consideration. I would love to visit again soon.

My favorite dish is the truffle maguro, a dish of marinated tuna with a truffle flavor. Everything on the menu is delicious, and the cost performance is great. They have a cool system where a bottle of sake appears silently when you start running out. It seems like a place you can easily go alone, but it can get quite crowded so making a reservation might be necessary.

Finally made it to this hidden gem of creative Japanese cuisine in April 2021. Ordered a bottle of Yuki no Kayabuki Junmai Ginjo Atago no Matsu and a bottle of Suisei Junmai Daiginjo both served chilled. Enjoyed dishes like maguro truffle and dashimaki tamago. Heard great things about this place for a long time but it was always too crowded to get in until now. The sake was delicious! The former is a representative brand from Akita with an ema and gold leaf for good luck. The latter is a symbol of gratitude and bonds, made with rice from Hokkaido to produce sake in Miyagi as part of the Tohoku earthquake recovery effort. The Suisei Junmai Daiginjo truly lives up to its reputation as the ultimate sake for pairing with food. The famous maguro truffle melted in the mouth with a perfect texture, complemented by the sake. The cozy atmosphere of the restaurant and the attention to detail in the dishes made the experience even more enjoyable. I can't wait to visit again as soon as the situation with COVID-19 improves. Thank you for a wonderful meal. Thank you very much!

Truffle tuna. The piece is quite large. I preferred eating half the amount. It has the aroma of truffle, but it's not good to have high expectations. The appetizer soup is elegant and delicious, but I would prefer to have it as a finale. Having soup right away is a bit unexpected. The salty spicy peppers are surprisingly delicious! The unusual combination surprisingly works! It seems like a place to nibble and drink rather than to have a meal. It's difficult for me to use.

Hiroshi-san's truffle tuna was so delicious that I was surprised. I thought it would just be a little tasty with truffle soy sauce, but the tuna itself was incredibly delicious. When you eat it with plenty of wasabi on top of the truffle aroma and the richness of the tuna, it's an amazing experience. The combination is amazing! Everything was delicious and impressive, but what really shocked me was the "Fig and Pork Ham Salad". The frozen fig was just right, and the crispy fried garlic or onion matched the salad perfectly. Even though the portion was large, it was so delicious that I finished it in no time! Also, the waiter who served us was very attentive and knowledgeable, making us feel very comfortable. The quality of everything, the atmosphere of the restaurant, and the prices were all great, without any pretense. I was so impressed! Also, the variety of fruit liqueurs was amazing. I want to go there every day. I want to live near Hiroshi-san's restaurant!

I am worried about the situation of COVID-19 in Sapporo. I hope it gets better soon. I visited a restaurant in Susukino when I was there last time. I wonder how they are doing now... It's a restaurant located on the upper floor of a building in Tanukikoji, with an entrance that is hard to find. I ordered the sashimi platter of the day, featuring Hokkaido specialties. I also tried their specialty menu item, Truffle Tuna with soy sauce. The taste of truffle was not very noticeable, but the texture of the fatty tuna was delicious. Hokkaido's seafood is always great. By the way, I may have had a bit too much to drink...

From Tanuki Koji, I continued onto a smaller alleyway. Climbing the stairs of a Showa retro-style row house, a standing sign appeared with a cute display of "Japanese Sake available." As I raised my gaze, a long white noren curtain came into view. This must be it. The hidden gem vibe increased my excitement. I arrived slightly late. Apologies for keeping you waiting. However, seeing familiar faces after a long time made me happy. Let's cheers☆ The organizer had made a reservation for 7:00 pm. The popular restaurant was fully booked, but the table arrangements were thoughtful and the spacing at the counter seats looked good. The warm lighting in the wooden interior created a cozy and gentle atmosphere. We waited for the staff to take our food orders. Additional orders were to be made after finishing our meal... a reassuringly normal procedure. ◇ Appetizers - vibrant shrimp with tsukudani and edamame. The gentle Japanese-style broth was delicious. Agedashi tofu in a sake cup. The white dashi was really flavorful. ■ Truffle Tuna - this seemed to be the target dish for the organizer. The large, fatty red tuna slices were visually impressive. The subtle truffle aroma combined with the sweet soy flavor was excellent. It had a satisfying texture. ■ Oyster Ponzu - a recommended delicacy. The oysters were fresh with a chewy texture. The slightly sweet ponzu sauce with a squeeze of lemon made it refreshing. ■ Prosciutto and Myoga Tempura - crispy tempura. The myoga's texture and the tempura coating harmonized well. The ham's saltiness added a cohesive flavor. ■ Conger Eel and Cheese Chawanmushi - this was delicious. A hot and steaming chawanmushi with a dashi aroma, hiding chunks of tender white fish and smoked cheese. Mix it well and savor it. I want more... ■ Sakura Princess Chicken with Kyoto Shichimi - a staff-recommended dish. The crispy, fragrant skin was delicious. Enjoy the meat's resilience, and the umami will flow out. Add lemon and shichimi for a Sudaichi sour refill. ■ Grilled Salmon Collar - it's a good season. A moment where I'm grateful to be from Hokkaido. Topped with grated daikon and squeezed lemon, the fatty richness allows you to enjoy the umami. ■ Mimiga Ponzu - easy to eat with a chewy texture. The various performances made me feel like I would definitely want to visit again. The attentive yet unobtrusive service, the selection of dishes, the choice of Japanese sake to pair with the food, and the casual words added at the end all connected to provide a subtle sense of reassurance... they made it delicious. Thank you for the feast.

Hello everyone, I hope you are all well. Having dinner with new friends and enjoying Japanese cuisine sounds good, right? Let's go to "Hiroshi" that you've been curious about. On a Friday night, the place is packed from the counter to the tables. It's definitely a popular spot. While sitting at a reserved table in the back since we are a group of three, we start with a beer. The thin glass for beer is light and delicate, making me a bit nervous that I might crush it if I get too tipsy. Silly me! The appetizer is great, with boiled shrimp, simmered tsukudani, and edamame in a slightly strong broth with thick tofu and green onions adding a nice touch. You can tell right away that it's delicious. We order the most popular truffle tuna for 580 yen, which is a must-have! Also, the ham and myoga tempura for 580 yen, cherry princess chicken with shichimi spice for 780 yen, mimi gar ponzu for 480 yen, eel and cheese chawanmushi for 300 yen, salmon collar grill, and oyster vinegar dish. Look at the menu! The pricing of the dishes is quite reasonable for this type of restaurant. The truffle tuna has a nice aroma, but the large slices make it a bit difficult to eat. The myoga tempura with ham has a nice salty flavor that I really like. The chicken is juicy and well-cooked. Surprisingly, the eel and cheese chawanmushi is a steal at 300 yen! But, we were so engrossed in conversation that we forgot to take a photo of the inside. We ordered quite a lot of drinks - beer, sake, highball, sour - and the small glasses added up. The total bill for the three of us was around 18,000 yen. I will definitely come back here to enjoy the food again. Thank you for the delicious meal!

On this day, I was unusually nervous from the morning. I, who usually enjoys drinking alone, was hosting a drinking party. And the chosen venue was "Hanashokuya Hiroshi," a Japanese cuisine restaurant that I had been wanting to visit. I made a reservation immediately because I thought my friends would like it. We arrived at the restaurant a bit early for our reservation at 7 pm on the weekend, and it was already fully booked. I'm glad I made the reservation early! The three of us started with a toast with beer. The beer in a thin glass had a smooth mouthfeel and creamy foam. Two appetizers were served. The appetizers were delicious, so I had high expectations for the dishes to come! Here are the dishes we ate: - Original truffle tuna: A must-try dish with the perfect match of truffle oil, soy sauce, and tuna. - Mimigapon vinegar: A favorite of one of my friends, with a crunchy texture and refreshing taste. - Oyster ponzu: Recommended by the staff, the oysters were small but firm and plump. - Steamed egg custard with conger eel and cheese: A surprising combination of conger eel and smoked cheese inside, all for just 300 yen! - Grilled Kyoto seven-spice cherry princess chicken: The skin was crispy and fragrant, the meat tender, and the Kyoto seven-spice added a nice aroma. The conversation flowed, and we enjoyed the food and drinks. From the first beer to the sour, then to sake for the finish. I was nervous at first, but once I started drinking, I felt relaxed (laughs). The restaurant offers reasonably priced creative dishes that are satisfying, making me want to try other dishes as well. Since the seating is limited, I'll have to make another reservation to visit again. The atmosphere is suitable for enjoying a meal and drinks leisurely with a small group. Thank you for the meal!

Introduced by food enthusiasts, I visited the restaurant Hitoji, run by Hiroshi. Here are some of the dishes I tried and my thoughts on them: - Fish surimi somen with shichimi pepper: The shichimi pepper added a subtle elegance to the dish without being overpowering. - Original truffle tuna: A luxurious dish that made me appreciate the presence of truffles. It felt like they were whispering to me, saying "I'm here." - Water eggplant and seaweed vinegar: A delicious dish that paired perfectly with Natsuzake. I really enjoyed it. - Grilled white eel: Light and refreshing with high-quality fat. The crispy skin and tender flesh balanced perfectly. - Fudo (Comet) sake made with Hokkaido rice: A fresh and mellow sake that complemented the dishes well. - Sea urchin tofu: Rich and flavorful with a delightful combination of smooth tofu and sweet sea urchin. - Abe (Niigata) sake: A sharp and excellent sake that enhanced the flavors of the dishes. The restaurant, with its owner's dedication to quality ingredients and hospitality, is truly deserving of the title "Hitoji." I had a great time, but I'll have to be careful not to drink too much next time. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

- This is a creative Japanese restaurant located on the 3rd floor of a building slightly off Tanuki Koji Street, making it a hidden gem. The food is delicious, making it a great spot for solo diners at the counter or for groups of 2-4 people. The appetizer costs 400 yen. - Truffle tuna, 580 yen: This was recommended and it did not disappoint! The thick-cut tuna has a strong truffle flavor, followed by the sweetness of the tuna itself. Even with a generous amount of wasabi, it tastes delicious! - Morning squid with mountain wasabi, 680 yen: Another recommended dish that was spot on! The morning squid is sweet and has a nice chewy texture. The mountain wasabi complements the sweetness perfectly, creating an exquisite combination. - Prosciutto and myoga tempura, 680 yen: The saltiness of the prosciutto eliminates the need for additional salt. The saltiness of the prosciutto, the fragrance of myoga, and the spicy kick all come together perfectly. It's delicious! Thank you for the meal!
