Wandering new curry mania / rookie ramen mania, a solo middle-aged man. This is a memo-like review by the old man. If you are looking for concise information about the restaurant and food, please move on to other people's reviews around here. In early November last year, when I visited for the first time, I was impressed by the deliciousness of the "chanpon" and was about to leave when I realized I didn't have the key to my bike. I was struggling, but the people from this restaurant came out and searched the surrounding roads to find it for me. And they found it! It was past peak hours, but they went to such lengths to help me. "I've had a similar experience and had a hard time, so I wanted to help," they said. It's easy to talk about it, but actually doing it is quite difficult. It's a virtue typical of Japanese people. The old man also needs to work harder. The unexpected added value to the deliciousness of the "chanpon" was an event that made me grateful. Then winter came, and with bike activities off-season, I didn't have many opportunities to revisit... From early spring, I started exploring "fried rice" as well. Now, quite a bit of time has passed since the day of gratitude, but I had to take a day off for administrative procedures. It was a sunny day from the morning, and it was a pleasant day, so I thought it was a good time for a "thank you visit." It was getting hot towards noon. It's hot! I bought some sweets on the way, thinking it might be considerate. I started by selecting the menu at the ticket machine on the left after entering the store. There were about three middle-aged men as the previous customers. There was also a pair of two colleagues (a man and a woman). The male colleague said, "Oh, 'chanpon' in Sapporo?" The female colleague seemed to know the reputation of the restaurant. When they started eating, the male colleague was surprised by the deliciousness. It was something that was not typical of Sapporo, which surprised them even more. This time, it was a "special serving" challenge as a thank-you visit and as mentioned in the previous review. Honestly, it's not cheap (laughs). Well, it's the era of rising prices... Today's menu is "chanpon special serving with egg," tax-inclusive at 1,450 yen. I also gave a small thank-you to the floor staff along with the food ticket. I sat at the counter seat where there was space. Then, even though the store manager was busy, he came over immediately and greeted me. I was sorry (^^;) I expressed my gratitude and thanks for the previous help. The store manager said, "You posted on SNS, right?" According to the store manager, the store had a little buzz, which increased the number of customers and caught the attention of the higher-ups, who praised them for doing well. Phew (^^;) Oh, so that's how it was. It's a bit embarrassing (the review). But even such a small thing (which was a big help for the old man) is taken up and properly praised, it's a company culture to be envied. Now, back to the food. It took about 7 minutes from ordering to serving. Wow, the bowl is big! It's truly a "special serving." There are plenty of vegetables piled up. Can I finish it? The taste is basically the same as last time. But, if I dare to mention the details... Since it's a "special serving," there are more stir-fried vegetables. So, the rich, creamy umami and richness of the soup, which is somehow refreshing, seemed slightly diluted. Have I gotten used to the "amazement" since it's the second time? Still, it's delicious! The thick and round "chanpon noodles" are chewy and chewy.
