Today, we were able to make a same-day reservation, and a customer from Tokyo was also highly praising it (*^▽^*) The restaurant has a small and clean interior with only one table seat and a counter seat, but it leaves a good impression. It's charcoal-grilled, but the ventilation is also very good. Look at the price and compare it with the photo. An unbelievable price! It's matured beef, and although I didn't feel the aging aroma, the increase in amino acids and peptides due to aging is evident in the enhanced flavor. The price is so low for such a delicious Chateaubriand, I was impressed by the owner's determination to offer it at this price. The price is unbeatable for this class of restaurant! No cover charge! ◆ Oolong Tea (280 yen) - Cheap! ◆ Vinicola Lesta Salice Salentino Rosso (650 yen) - I might be criticized for praising a wine in this price range, but this full-bodied red wine is suitable for my taste. You can clearly feel the strong tannins extracted from the high-quality terroir where it was grown. I haven't opened a bottle at home in recent years, but I felt it was even more delicious this time. Maybe it's because of the fantastic pairing with the exquisite lean meat. Highly recommended for those who want to pair a full-bodied wine with lean meat. [Overall Evaluation] Aging beef is indeed delicious, but this time, the non-aged beef takes the lead. Next time, I want to compare it with a different cut. The basic specifications are high. There are many yakiniku restaurants in Sapporo, but this place offers the chance to taste beef from cows that have given birth, known as keisanshi. They also have a variety of cuts from Japanese Black cattle, as well as offal. My recommendation is their lean meat, which is not only high quality but also cut in a way that enhances the texture and flavor. The three unique sauces they offer add to the experience. The side dishes like salad are delicious and the cost performance is great. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant!

I happened to come across the best yakiniku restaurant. The menu is decided together with the manager to ensure a good balance and avoid overlapping choices. They confirm preferences such as liking or disliking fatty meat, making the experience enjoyable. The meat is delicious no matter which one you choose. The beer was also very tasty. I will definitely come back again!! Reservation is required.

It is difficult to score because when you go thinking it's a yakiniku restaurant, it feels somewhat unsatisfying. Yakiniku restaurants are supposed to be a bit junky, right? (laughs) I didn't feel any junky vibe here. There are no condiments on the table, and there are even chopstick holders. The meat is just delicious, and the recommended three types and the red soup were excellent. Even as someone who doesn't like liver, I recommend trying the liver here. The owner runs the place alone, so it may take time when it's busy, which could affect the ratings. It's a place to come when you want to eat delicious meat, but it might be different from a typical yakiniku restaurant. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Finally made it! Reservations are available every 30 minutes starting from 6:00 pm. Started with a regular salad! It was a lot of food, but the dressing wasn't too heavy, so I enjoyed lots of vegetables. It had leaf lettuce, cucumber, avocado, two types of bell peppers, garlic chips, and the balance was perfect. Started with thinly sliced beef tongue. The side dishes were also delicious! The sauce and wasabi were unlimited, haha. Had three types of lean meat: ① lean meat, ② geta, ③ ribloin core. All of them had a strong meat flavor, and the geta and ribloin had the best sweet fat taste. Also had harami, liver, and salt hormone. I was so full. I wanted to try the soup, but didn't get to it... Next time, I want to order less meat and try the soup.

"I want to eat meat." With just that one phrase, I decided to share the secret of a delicious restaurant with my meat-loving colleagues, including Harumi. The restaurant is located on Minami 2-jo Street, with a small sign that may be easy to miss if you're not paying attention. Inside, there are 4 tables for 4 people each and a counter with 6 seats, all managed by the owner alone. We started with some beer and then selected our meat dishes. The must-try is the beef tongue, a platter of 3 different cuts, black wagyu steak (from Kagoshima), and a salad. The salad is quite generous in portion, perfect for sharing among 4 people. The beef tongue, served with lemon salt, is incredibly juicy and tender. The platter of 3 cuts, accompanied by large king oyster mushrooms, was cooked with the guidance of the owner. The meat, aged to perfection, was incredibly tender and flavorful. The mushrooms, patiently cooked until they released their juices, were soft and packed with flavor. The black wagyu steak was cooked by the owner himself, perfectly seared on the outside while remaining pink and juicy on the inside. The flavor was rich and intense, a result of careful aging and preparation. Every meat dish we tried was truly delicious, showcasing the restaurant's meticulous approach to handling and preparing meat. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive, answering all our questions with sincerity. Despite indulging in plenty of meat and wine, the bill was surprisingly reasonable. We left the restaurant feeling completely satisfied after enjoying the delicious meat. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I was introduced to this place by an acquaintance, Sumika-san. Among my acquaintances, this place is known as the number one for yakiniku, and it truly lived up to its reputation. The meat was incredibly delicious, with every cut being flavorful. I even got to try the rare Glen's (beef pancreas) that day. It's also known as the foie gras of beef, but it has a unique taste that's hard to describe. It's fatty but with a distinctive flavor that you can only experience with Glen's. They offer not only wagyu beef but also locally sourced beef, and you can enjoy it at a reasonable price. This is a place to savor the meat rather than just drink alcohol. It was truly delicious. Well, Harumi came with the usual members at night! Finally, I made it~! There were three of us at a table. Due to the influence of the coronavirus, there were only two groups - us and another. As usual, there was a late arrival notification, so I started drinking alone. Personally, I prefer regular tongue over upper tongue! ★ Spicy soup: Consistently delicious! A flavorful soup packed with the umami of the meat. This time, with three people, we all enjoyed drinking it up. ★ Harami: A tender and juicy harami. It's juicier than red meat, but not too fatty and easy to eat! But I still prefer red meat! ★ Lamb: Tender and full of lamb flavor, it was really delicious. I didn't eat it, but one of the members who loves liver ate it and was delighted. Everyone was satisfied with the delicious dinner. Last time we ordered too many juicy meats at night, so this time we went for lighter options and were very satisfied! It was delicious. Well, it's been two weeks since I last ate out. I slowly started to have coffee, meat, and fried food again. It's been a while since I saw Harumi-san. I went right when the restaurant opened and was seated immediately! There were only two servings of roast beef bowl left. I usually ask for less rice, but I've been eating lightly lately so I thought I wouldn't need much, and I asked for no rice. I was asked multiple times, "Huh? No rice? Are you sure?" ... It's okay... I'm sorry. The soup was rich and flavorful. The salad dressing was so delicious. It's been a while since I've had something so tasty. And today's cut was none other than filet!!! It was the first time they had it. I was surprised. They said it was really popular when they had it a while back, so they occasionally bring it back. It had zero greasiness, just the way I like it. It was so tender and delicious! I was so happy to have the roast beef bowl again after not having it since last June. Next time, I'll come at night with my usual group and make a reservation. I was surprised, but it turned out to be a wonderful restaurant. The manager runs the place alone, so the menu is limited, but each dish is well-prepared. The grilled giblets in particular were amazing. And above all, the cost performance is excellent. The portion size for one serving is so generous that you might wonder if it's really just for one person. I want to try various dishes, but it's hard to finish everything alone. There was a raw egg yolk in the middle of the rice, which paired really well with the meat. The flavor was not too strong, but rather gentle, highlighting the natural taste of the ingredients. The steak arrived promptly on a hot plate, accompanied by potatoes, corn salad, rice, and miso soup made with meat scraps. The steak was cooked medium-rare, and as you eat, it gradually becomes medium. The meat was cut into generous portions and had a good quality. It felt like there was about 200g of meat, giving it a satisfying portion. The yuzu ponzu sauce was refreshing and delicious. After finishing the morning meeting, it was just the right time for lunch. I checked my map app and found a restaurant nearby. I walked there and arrived at 12:30. It was quite full but there was a table for four available, so I decided to sit there alone. Before entering, I had to take a ticket at the entrance and hand it to the master, which seemed to be the rule. The menu usually offers Hokkaido rib roast steak set, Wagyu roast beef bowl set, and Wagyu cheek and beef tongue beef stew set, but today they only had steak. I chose the onion sauce. After a 10-minute wait, the master, who was working alone, served me the dish on a tray from the counter. It was a heavy iron pot. The lettuce was piled up high. It was so high that it kept falling off the plate with a fork. It was easier to eat with chopsticks. The meat portion was huge. Time to taste it! Hmm, it was very meaty. And there were more tendons than I expected. The soup looked like miso soup at first, but it had a western flavor with onions and meat. I couldn't finish all the meat. I look forward to trying the beef stew next time, but it seems they don't always have all three options available. The beef stew apparently only appears when it gets colder, so it might be a while before I can try it.
