Although it was a while ago, I bought a lot of croissants at "Boul'Ange" and held a solo croissant festival. "Croissant Corone Pistachio" is a croissant that is crispy and shaped like a corone, filled with rich pistachio cream. If the cream was a bit firmer, it would be easier to eat. "Carrot Cake" is a moist carrot cake that is falling apart due to being too moist, with a quite sweet frosting and a hint of spices, as well as raisins and nuts. "Chocolate Roll" is a croissant rolled with chocolate and cocoa powder, topped with almonds, and filled with chocolate cream inside. It's bitter, so it's not too sweet, and the coarsely crushed almonds add a nice texture. "Baguette Tradition Petit" is the only meal bread I bought, a small, single-serving baguette. The crust is not too crispy, but the crumb is soft and easy to eat even for those with weak teeth. When reheated, the croissants are crispy on the outside and moist inside with a sweet buttery aroma. "Croissant O Zaman" is a crispy croissant with almond cream on top and inside, with a hint of rum aroma. It has a generous topping of thick almond slices and is delicious. "Pain Au Chocolat" has a crispy surface and a moist inside with delicious chocolate, but it can be quite biased in terms of chocolate distribution. "Marble Croissant Chocolate" has chocolate inside, which is bitter and delicious. "Flaky Chocolate" is a fluffy and moist bitter chocolate Danish with chocolate cream inside. Looking at it this way, it seems like there's a lot of chocolate, I guess I'm a consistent person.========== "Boul'Ange" Daido Seimei Sapporo Building Store 3-1, Kita 3 Jonishi, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Daido Seimei Building B1F 011-522-5078 8:00-20:00 (Sun/Holidays 10:00-20:00) Closed irregularly

First visit☆ I had been curious about this place for a while, but I couldn't buy anything because I was worried about the dust in the aisle haha. The donuts were average, but the croissant was delicious♪ Croissant ¥200, Pistachio Donut ¥360, Unwhipped Cream Donut ¥310 (excluding tax). I would definitely come back for the croissant!

- Donut Chocolate Cream 335 yen (tax included) Purchased the freshly made donut that was also featured on TV. The donut was light and fluffy, with chocolate cream and fresh cream inside. The balance of the savory dough with the sweetness of the chocolate and cream was perfect, creating a harmonious blend of flavors.

I was drawn to the cute angel logo and there were many cute croissants and delicious-looking pastries. I ended up buying a regular croissant, and the outside was crispy while the inside was beautifully layered. It ranked pretty high among all the croissants I've had so far.

I was curious and decided to go in. There are many croissant-based pastries. I wonder if the matcha and pistachio breads are limited-time items. I thought the prices were a bit high, around 300-400 yen per piece. There are only 4 seats available inside. Every pastry I bought was delicious, no disappointments. The café latte is not too sweet. As someone who is quite picky about croissants, I have found my favorite here. I will definitely buy again.

Now, I love Gizmo and the Sapporo Ekimae-dori Odori building, Miredo. This area is mainly known for being in front of the station, with the imposing red brick of the prefectural government building serving as a power spot that I love ❤️ Red Brick Terrace Miredo City Japan Life Building is a building area where delicious shops are gathered! This time, I visited the bakery Boulanjue, which is directly connected to the underground walkway of Miredo. This shop is popular for its photogenic croissants. Recently, I was feeling a bit lonely after my favorite shop, Antique, disappeared, so I visited here ✋ It's a famous shop from Tokyo, isn't it? When it first opened, the people of Sapporo, who love new things, lined up. The price range is a bit high, though. Actually, I always just looked at the shop and never bought anything. The designs of the bread are all beautiful and look delicious. The bread is made by craftsmen with pride, and it's definitely good quality. However, Sapporo is a place where Don Guri is overwhelmingly popular. Soft and sweet bread at an affordable price seems to be the favorite. But! I like fluffy bread, but I also like the crispy, salty taste and the scent of high-quality butter in this bread. It's a treat for myself ❤️ Today is my father-in-law's birthday, so I bought donuts, scones, and jam. Especially, the fig jam that the very enthusiastic staff recommended to me!! 75g for 517 yen. The jam has a chunky texture with a sweetness and a slight bitterness that reminds me of a sophisticated beautiful lady. Strawberry jam is like a young, cute idol, and marmalade is like a popular model-turned-talent that appeals to both men and women, right?! Good job on that expression! The importance of customer service!! I hope they continue to do well at this store! The donuts I bought as a gift for my father-in-law were very well received!! It was a great takeout experience. Thank you for the delicious meal. I will definitely come back ❤️

I used a service ticket from Poroco and went to Boulangerie for a Black Sesame Donut, Pon de Chou, Croissant Russe Francois, and milk. The eat-in space was available until 8 pm, so I decided to wait and enjoy it on Saturday morning. The portions were generous for two people. The Black Sesame Donut had a crispy texture and a delicious cream with haskap berries. The Croissant Russe Francois had beautiful, transparent layers like candy, truly living up to the popularity of the shop.

Croissants and baguettes are delicious. I usually come to buy croissants for breakfast or baguettes for dipping in sake, but today I was drawn to cherry blossom bread and mistakenly thought it was sakuramochi anpan. The bread is soft, is there cream cheese inside? I was too hungry and ate it all at once, so I'm not sure if there was anko inside. Simply put, the bread is delicious. Looking forward to croissants for breakfast tomorrow.

I bought Juwat Croissant, Croissant Coronne, Pistachio Butter, and Butter Chicken Curry Bread ~! Juwat Croissant had a salty flavor that was more pronounced than usual, and the more you chewed, the more you could feel a juicy sensation. I had been curious about Croissant Coronne for a while, so I bought it for the first time this time! The pistachio cream was pleasantly sweet, and the surrounding dough was crispy and to my liking. The Butter Chicken Curry Bread had a fluffy and chewy texture and was delicious. The curry flavor was not too spicy or strong in spices, so even children could enjoy it. Thank you for the meal! All the bread I bought this time is worth repeating!

There is an eat-in space available, and the store is open from 8:00 to 21:00. Please be aware of any changes in operating hours due to COVID-19. I visited this shop when it first opened and had a negative impression because the pastries were displayed without being individually wrapped on a pathway where people walk. However, I ended up buying some pastries. During my recent visit, I noticed that more products were now packaged in bags or cases. I purchased two items: Croissant (for in-store consumption at 200 yen + tax) and Viennoiseries Milk Cream Croissant (takeout for 238 yen). The Croissant, the most popular item, was large and very crispy, with a distinctive dough. The butter used was decent and standard for a specialty store. The Viennoiseries Milk Cream Croissant, the second most popular item, had a slightly firm texture and a flavor reminiscent of French bread, but the wheat and cream flavors did not come through strongly. I also had a set coffee (250 yen) with my pastries, which was slightly acidic and bitter, and very hot. The paper handle was loose, but once I secured it, everything was fine. Despite these minor issues, the friendly and cute staff provided excellent customer service, which made the overall experience a positive one. This was my second visit, and although the shop's appearance and products remained the same, the pastries were still tastier than typical factory-made ones. I look forward to more distinctive flavors and features in the future. Thank you for the meal!

The bakery, which is known for its B1 Chikaho direct connection croissant, used to have long lines when it first opened. However, as trends come and go, now you can leisurely choose from a variety of options. The croissant for 300 yen is popular for its crispy texture and the aroma and saltiness of butter. The plain croffin for 350 yen has a strong and chewy wheat croissant dough that is unexpectedly delicious. The spiral croissant for 350 yen, with a long sausage-like shape and cheese saltiness, is a great snack to pair with drinks. Although it's not cheap, it's a treat worth indulging in for your daily reward. Thank you for the delicious bread!

I haven't prepared tomorrow's breakfast yet, so I decided to buy it in the underground shopping area due to heavy snow. I found red bean butter, so I decided to buy it! Haha~ I bought one red bean butter and one croissant. Looking forward to enjoying the taste.

It was my first visit to the bakery located in the Daiichi Seimei Building. The shop had a wide variety of breads available, and there seemed to be a space for eating in across the street. I tried a croissant, melon bread, and a sausage-filled bread made with croissant dough.

Recently, I had a croissant festival all by myself and ended up with a pimple on my forehead. This time, I tried the "Boul'Ange" croissants - "Donut Pistachio Cream" and "Donut Chocolate Cream". The pistachio one had pistachio cream and whipped cream inside, with a strong pistachio flavor but the cream was quite sweet. The chocolate one had chocolate cream and whipped cream inside, with a slightly firm texture resembling a chocolate ganache. The croissants were not too fluffy nor dry, with a slightly firm texture. The croissants were delicious with a buttery aroma, and the sizes were quite large. From left to right, I tried the "Plain Croffin", "Raspberry Croffin", and "Chocolate Marble Croffin". The Raspberry one had custard cream, the Plain one had custard cream, and the Chocolate Marble had chocolate cream inside. The croissants were delicious, with the chocolate cream being rich and tasty. The "Croissant au Amande" had almond cream sandwiched inside, with a hint of rum and a crispy almond topping. The "Croissant Coronne La France" had a crispy croissant with La France and caramel cream inside, topped with almond cream and almond slices. The "Chocolate Chunk Scone" had a crispy surface and a moist inside with chunks of bitter chocolate. Overall, the pastries were delicious and indulgent. ========== Location: Boul'Ange, Daido Seimei Building, North 3 West 3, Chuo-ku, Sapporo Phone: 011-522-5078 Hours: Mon-Sat 8:00-20:00, Sun/Holidays 10:00-20:00 Closed: Irregularly

On a day off, I went to pick up my family who were out running errands in the city center. I remembered this place and decided to stop by to buy some lunch on the way back. The place had caught my attention since it opened, but I hadn't visited in over two years. As I approached the shop, the wonderful smell of bread filled the air. There were various delicious-looking bread displayed, making it hard to choose. Being a croissant lover, I finally settled on a classic croissant. I also couldn't resist getting a butter chicken curry bread and a viennoiserie milk cream. The croissant was large and had a crispy exterior with a moist and buttery interior. It had a hint of sweetness and was absolutely delicious. The butter chicken curry bread was a boule bread filled with special butter chicken curry. The bread itself was big, and the chicken inside was substantial. The curry was mildly spicy and flavorful, complemented well by the melted cheese on top. The viennoiserie milk cream was soft and fluffy with a generous amount of milk cream filling. The bread was soft yet had a crispy texture on the outside, adding to the overall experience. The cream was not too sweet, making it a light and enjoyable treat. The bread I tried was delicious, and I would love to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal!

In search of a light breakfast after an early morning walk in Sapporo, I stumbled upon a charming bakery in the underground passage. The aroma of freshly baked goods drew me in, and I couldn't resist the allure. Among all the tempting options, I chose the croissant for 180 yen. With its crispy outer layer and buttery scent, it was the best croissant I've ever had. Each bite was pure satisfaction. Will I come back for more? Absolutely. Another delightful meal, thanks!

I stopped by the bakery at the Daimyo Seimei Sapporo Building store "miredo" and tried their bread. It's hard to pronounce "miredo", is it "Miredo" or "Sitatte" or "Bisse"? I can't really tell the difference. Lately, commercial facilities in Sapporo have strange names. There's a place called "BOUL'ANGE". It seems to be read as "Bourange" in Japanese. I bought some thick-sliced bread, a half loaf (2 slices) for 270 yen, which is quite expensive. I also bought a bread called Altamura, at my wife's request. I had it for breakfast the next day. It was very soft and fluffy, with a soft crust. Is this bread in the luxury bread category? The Altamura bread that my wife got was quite hard, with a strong chewy texture. It felt like my jaw was getting a workout. The BOUL'ANGE store, I tried buying from, was not really to my taste. Thank you for the meal!

The sign outside the shop said it's the 5th anniversary already. Time really flies, huh? The exterior still looks modern and fresh, while inside, there are freshly baked croissants and danishes lining the shelves. Whenever I come here, I always end up ordering a croissant. I also got a vanilla scone, mini white chocolate pain au chocolat, kouign-amann, and melon bread. The mini-sized bread options are convenient for someone like me who likes to try different flavors without wasting food. The croissant still has that perfect crispy and fluffy texture. The melon bread has a unique sugary crunch and a delicious sweet taste. This time, I tried the vanilla scone, mini white chocolate pain au chocolat, and kouign-amann for the first time. Despite their small size, they were full of flavor and had a subtle sweetness and aroma. The white chocolate in the pain au chocolat was a nice touch and perfect for someone like me who loves white chocolate. I'll definitely be back for the croissant next time! Thank you for the delicious treats.

Miredo seems to be a popular bakery in the Tokyo area. There are many unique and exciting breads that you don't often see in Sapporo. It was fun just looking at all the different kinds of bread. I visited in the evening, so it seemed like they had sold out of many items. I'd like to come back during the day to take my time looking around. Since it was my first time, I decided to try the second most popular milk cream-filled Viennois and the third most popular croissant amandine. The prices were a bit high, but the quality seemed worth it. I'm looking forward to trying their seasonal limited edition breads. They also have an eat-in area, which seems convenient. I'd like to come back next time and try various limited edition breads. It would be nice to buy one seasonal new item and enjoy it in the eat-in area.
