It was a sudden hospitalization, but I was discharged unexpectedly a week ago. This hospitalization was supposed to last about a month, but I was discharged after about 20 days. However, even after discharge, I have to visit the hospital on weekdays. It has been a week since my discharge, and I have finally completed replying to comments on reviews. I am gradually able to resume responding to comments from everyone. Thank you for the many likes on the reviews I posted during my hospitalization. Your support was a great encouragement for my recovery. I have another hospitalization planned before the end of the year, but the timing is uncertain due to the COVID-19 situation. Thank you for your continued support. [February 2021] After returning home from the hospital, I immediately headed to department stores like Mitsukoshi Sapporo. I was quite busy in the hospital bed. (laughs) But I was so tired that I had to lie down for a while after returning home. When I finally turned on my computer after three weeks, I found a mountain of emails. From Tabelog, I received notifications about deleting registered reviews and winning the Reviewer Award 2021 Bronze. I also won the Bronze award in 2020, but I had given up hope for this year as I was completely absent from Tabelog for two months due to hospitalization. Winning two years in a row was a pleasant surprise. I am grateful for everyone's support. "Okonomi no Tsubo" is a stylish butcher shop that opened in September 2020. It is different from traditional butcher shops and has a modern feel to it. While I was absent from Tabelog for two months last fall due to hospitalization, they opened their new shop. After my discharge in January, I received a flyer from the newspaper. It advertised a sale from January 28th to 31st, with discounted meat and bento boxes each day. Finally, I visited the shop with my usual companion. The shop is located on the first floor of a building near Nishi 28-jo Station in the Chuo Ward of Sapporo. Please check Tabelog for the exact location. We visited around 11 AM on a weekday. The shop used to be the space for "Hotto Motto Nishi 28-jo Store." My companion doesn't like fatty meat. The day before our visit, I had reserved two "Kitajima Barley Pork Rare Fillet Tonkatsu Bento for 540 yen each" from the sale flyer. When I told the staff my name, they gave me a number tag. After a while, my number was called, and I paid for the items and received the bento and receipt. I had it for lunch when I got home. The "Kitajima Barley Pork Rare Fillet Tonkatsu Bento" was a rare and fatty fillet cutlet. It was a bit small in size and suitable for lunch. The fillet cutlet was rare and had a lot of fat, typical of rare cuts. The edges of the cutlet were just fat. It came with sauce by default. The bento also included cherry tomatoes, potatoes, purple cabbage, carrots, and lettuce. The bento was a bit on the smaller side, weighing 352g in total. The "Kitajima Barley Pork Rare Fillet Tonkatsu Bento" was a unique bento with a rare and fatty fillet cutlet. It had a greasy texture typical of rare cuts. My usual companion, who doesn't like fatty meat, rated it 1.0 stars. The receipt correctly stated "Rare Fillet Cutlet Bento," so I believe there was no mistake. This bento may be recommended for those who enjoy fatty cuts. The cherry tomatoes had a good quality. Next time, I'd like to try something without fat. (laughs) It was a delicious meal.
