The interior was clean and had a calming atmosphere, indicating it's a good place. The menu featured two types of curry, "Soup Curry" and "Rou Curry," and I chose the soup curry I was looking for. The spiciness level starts from 1 and goes up to 10 for free. Anything higher incurs an additional charge. Even at level 10, the menu warns that it's "Big Eruption! Super Spicy," so I decided to start with that. And of course, I went for the large rice portion (300g) since it's free. As always, I ordered a draft beer. After about a 10-minute wait, the "Soft Bone-in Chicken Soup Curry (1,180 yen)" arrived. The plate was filled with delicious-looking soup curry and rice. How did it taste? Oh, it was incredibly delicious! The rich spiciness of the soup curry was irresistible. The bone-in chicken was easy to remove from the bone with a spoon, making it easy to eat and full of flavor. The Hokkaido vegetables were fresh and vibrant. The rice, cooked with turmeric for liver health, was perfect when soaked in the soup. When I heard that you can eat their curry in Sapporo, I had to visit. First, the interior of the restaurant is slanted, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. But I gathered my thoughts and ordered the Soft Bone-in Chicken and Hokkaido Vegetable Soup Curry for a whopping 1580 yen! Considering the location, it seemed quite expensive. As for the taste, the soup was similar to the original store and of a high level. It was delicious. The broth had a unique umami flavor, was thick and easy to drink, and I couldn't stop sipping it. However, the vegetable preparation and presentation were different from the original store. It felt a bit sloppy and the vegetables were not cooked properly, which was a shame. Compared to the original store, it felt incomplete. I would rate the soup 80 points, but the rest... needs improvement. I hope to see better in the future. Now, I need to visit Furano again soon.
