The bike parking is located next to the building, so please do not park in front of the entrance. There were many regular customers chatting with the owner, so it seems like there are a lot of regulars. It's delicious, but it easily goes over 1000 yen, so it felt like the most expensive among the Jiro-style ramen shops.

I finally made it to the restaurant after dreaming about it for so long. However, I made a crucial mistake as mentioned in the reviews - I needed to proactively mention whether I wanted garlic or not, but I just said "with garlic" and that was it, so I missed out on extra vegetables. The flavor was indeed rich. I couldn't find any ladles, so maybe the soup wasn't meant to be drunk... The noodles were thick and firm. The meat was surprisingly large and had a satisfying chewiness. It felt like a good source of protein to me, a bit like a protein shake. I enjoyed the meal, but not being able to add extra vegetables left me feeling slightly unsatisfied. Be careful, everyone. Now, where should I try the next Jiro-style ramen? Maybe I should take a break for a while.笑笑

The deliciousness that you crave regularly!!! It's slightly more expensive than the average ramen, but totally worth it. Among all the Jiro-style ramen I've tried, this is my favorite. [Magic words] First, they ask if you want garlic, and you have to tell them the rest of your preferences. They cheer you on with "Have a good meal!!!" when they serve the ramen and when you leave the restaurant! [Soup] Soy sauce-based. Some might find it lacking in richness. [Noodles] Thick noodles. They seem to have their own flavor, but I'm not certain. They are firmer than regular ramen noodles. I love the chewiness! [Vegetables] Cabbage and bean sprouts. The photo shows an extra amount of vegetables. The regular amount of vegetables might be slightly less compared to other Jiro-style ramen. [Chashu] Thick and tender!!!! Nothing beats this! There are 2-3 slices included.

Today for lunch, I visited Yumemitenanbo-san, a Jiro-style ramen restaurant, for the second day in a row. I purchased my meal ticket from the ticket machine outside the restaurant, opting for 150g of ramen with a cheese topping. Similar to other Fuji Maru establishments, you help yourself to an oshibori (wet towel) and water before taking your seat. The restaurant seemed busy, likely due to a high volume of Uber Eats orders, with only about 5 seats at the counter. The staff appeared to be working efficiently, with a friendly atmosphere. The ordering process was quick and simple, and I requested extra garlic and pork fat. The ramen was topped with plenty of pork fat and vegetables, and the addition of more pork fat enhanced the flavor. The cheese topping, which I tried for the first time, had an impressive visual appeal. The vegetables, consisting of cabbage and bean sprouts, were soft and flavorful. The thick Oshon noodles were delicious and addictive, with a strong and savory flavor. The pork, rich in fat, added a sinful indulgence to the dish. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and would love to come back to try the miso ramen or the shrimp ramen if they are available as specials. Overall, it was a delicious meal.

I have tried almost all the Jiro-style ramen shops in Sapporo, but this is my favorite. The soup, homemade noodles, and tender chashu are all top-notch. I think they must use a lot of ingredients in the soup because the flavor of the vegetables and fat is rich. Considering the deliciousness, I don't think the price is high. Even with the second-generation owner, the taste remains consistently delicious, and the atmosphere of the shop is also nice, so I can enjoy it comfortably. There is no tense atmosphere like in other Jiro-style shops. I love the fat here, so I also order extra fat on the side. Dipping the noodles in the separate dish with tare and fat like tsukemen is amazing. Mixing it with a raw egg is also recommended. Some reviews mention that the noodles are too stretchy, but I have eaten here over 15 times and have never felt that way. For those who have tried Jiro-style ramen before, I think the firmness of the noodles here is just right. I got hooked on Jiro-style ramen after eating here. I will continue to support this place!

Visited on December 11, 2022. It seems like the opening hours are from 6pm to 9pm, haha. They are preparing for lunchtime, so maybe they will have lunch service once they get used to it. Originally started as a delivery-only shop in Kitago, this place is now open for dine-in as well. They attracted customers from Yume wo Katare with their dream of Yume wo Katare. The menu offers two types of ramen: with soup and soupless. Be careful, as they serve a large portion of ramen because it's G-style (lol). I opted for the small ramen for 1,050 yen. The noodles are thick and chewy, so even the small size is quite filling. The taste is okay, not my favorite style, so I can't really judge, but it's edible. It's quite salty, so I recommend getting the small size to avoid the noodles getting too soaked in the soup. The chashu comes in two types: pork belly and thigh meat. I like the pork belly, but the thigh meat was so-so. It's just a matter of personal preference, so don't mind it. Inside the restaurant, you can hear "Good job! Have a good day!" echoing around. [Closed on] Mondays, Tuesdays.
