The 3,300th place is here! October 2021, Day 1 of my trip to Hakodate. There is a shop in Hakodate that was listed in the top 100 shops in 2020. I used to think that I shouldn't eat sweet things, but I recently realized that was a mistake. When researching for my trip to Hakodate, I couldn't help but be curious about this place. They serve crepes with a 30-minute expiration date. I arrived just before 12 pm to avoid the crowds after visiting Hakodate's popular spots like the Red Brick Warehouse, Hachiman-zaka, and the British Consulate. It was a bit off the beaten path, but I could tell by the group of school trip students nearby that I was in the right place. I got the Strawberry Mille-feuille for 750 yen and the Strawberry and Cheesecake for 750 yen. I enjoyed them on a bench right next to the shop. I can't remember the last time I had a crepe. It was folded in a compact way, not the typical shape you see. I chose the popular No.1 choice, the Strawberry Mille-feuille. The soft and slightly chewy dough, the cream inside, it was delicious. It was much tastier than I expected. The crispy pastry was a nice touch, as well. The acidity of the strawberries balanced the sweetness of the crepe. I used to think crepes were too sweet, but they were really delicious. The words written on the paper wrapping the crepe, "Sweet things make the world smile," were so true. I'm glad I came, this was one of the best sweets I've had this year.

When Natu researched Hakodate, they found a crepe shop near the top of a hill where they bought crepes after having breakfast at the morning market and purchasing Hakodate's famous rabbit goods. They arrived around 11 o'clock and had to wait with about 10 other groups before being able to enter the shop, which only allows up to 3 groups at a time. They ordered a strawberry mille-feuille crepe along with coffee, which was delicious with crispy mille-feuille layers inside and chewy crepe outside.

The shop with a 30-minute expiration date. This is my second visit in a year. There was only one group in line on a weekday, so I was able to enter right away!! The first time I went, I tried the popular strawberry mille-feuille, but this time I had the seasonal limited edition melon! The melon was incredibly sweet!!! It was really delicious!! I usually don't like sweet things and don't eat them much, especially cream because it feels heavy, but the cream here wasn't too heavy and the sweetness of the fruit made it enjoyable. I will definitely visit again when I go to Hakodate.

Visited on Sunday at 2pm. There were about 15 people gathered in front of the store, most of them eating crepes. Only 3 people were waiting in line. The wait time was about 10 minutes. The line never seemed to die down afterwards. The most popular strawberry mille-feuille crepe was sold out, so I had the white peach mille-feuille crepe instead. It's been 20 years since I last had a crepe, so my review may not be reliable, but I think the popularity comes from the fluffy and creamy texture of the crepe and the crispy layers of mille-feuille. The cute interior, friendly and kind staff, and overall pleasant atmosphere make this a great place. Thank you for the meal.

I waited in line for about an hour because the shop only allows 3 groups inside at a time. It was worth it because I bought a strawberry mille-feuille and some chocolates. The mille-feuille was warm and the custard cream was not too sweet, with a crispy texture. The strawberries were sweet and sour, very delicious! I devoured it all. The truffle chocolates were also delicious, with a creamy filling inside.

Long time no visit. Even though I have been to Hakodate many times, I couldn't go out due to business trips... But! This time, miraculously, I finished early. My boss suggested we do some sightseeing before heading back. Thank you so much♪ And so, I came here! Angelic Voyage♡ They have refreshing summer crepes! Peach, blueberry, matcha, and the classic custard banana, among others. The popular mille-feuille types were sold out. This time, I chose the honey lemon♪ It was a weekday, so there weren't many customers, and I got to eat right away! The refreshing lemon sauce, honey-soaked lemon, and the sweetness of honey. The chewy texture of the crepe dough was excellent! There was a round crispy pastry inside, so I could enjoy the texture as well. Ah, it was so delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I am visiting Hakodate City in Hokkaido. Angelic Voyage is known for their Chocolat Voyage, a small cake made of chocolate and cream that I have always wanted to try, but they only sell it in boxes and not individually, so I have never bought it as I wouldn't be able to finish it. However, their crepes are also delicious, and I have visited the shop multiple times. The crepe I had this time was melon, a limited-time flavor for the season. Since there is no seating inside the shop, I ate the crepe standing outside the store. I always do this. There is a trash can provided, so I made sure to dispose of my trash properly. I tried the crepe right away, and it was delicious as always. The crepe itself was moist and chewy. Inside, there were chunks of red-fleshed melon, whipped cream, and a meringue cookie. The melon was juicy and the whipped cream had a rich milky flavor. The crispy sweet meringue cookie added a nice touch. I enjoyed it once again. Since the shop may close when they run out, I strongly recommend visiting early if you want to try it. I went on a weekday before 2 pm, and they still had all the crepes available. Don't miss out on these delicious crepes, give them a try.

Angelic Voyage, a highly recommended restaurant by friends and family. I finally went there and lined up with about 8 people at 10 o'clock. I tried the most popular dish, the Strawberry Mille-feuille, and it was delicious! The taste of the mille-feuille was amazing!

I've been wanting to go there for a while now! I thought there would be a long line, but I was able to purchase it quickly!
- Strawberry Millefeuille Crepe
I was surprised by how quickly they served it. It's a popular place with good operation. The crepe was thin and chewy, giving it a texture similar to a milk crepe. It was more like eating a millefeuille than a crepe...! The strawberries were not too sour and easy to eat. I was curious about the limited edition melon flavor, but I think I made the right choice by sticking to this signature item.
- Chocola Voyage
I've been wanting to try this because the wife of my former chiropractor used to rave about it (even though it's far away). It's hard if you eat it right away, but if you wait for the perfect time, it's just amazing...! It's similar to Snow in terms of texture, but it's smooth and melts in your mouth. Plus, there's a lot of it! If you love chocolate and cream, you should definitely try this. Personally, I highly recommend this one. I'm so glad I finally got to visit this place that I've been wanting to go to for a long time! Thank you, Wu-ta!!!

Pineapple and coconut crepe for 800 yen. It's a soft crepe dessert with plenty of cream and decent amount of ingredients. It's fluffy and delicious, but nothing extraordinary. Considering that crepes in general cost around 500 yen, it's not bad. The expiration time is 30 minutes, probably because the dough absorbs moisture. Popular items tend to sell out by lunchtime.

After finishing breakfast at Hakodate Asaichi Market, I went in search of dessert and found "Angelique Voyage" nearby the former American Consulate in Hakodate Motomachi area. The closest station to the shop is about a 5-minute walk from Hakodate City Tram's Suehirocho Station, and I arrived around 9:15 AM, just in time to get a spot. There were 9 people including myself waiting for the shop to open, and more people joined the line as the opening time approached. Finally, at 10 AM, the shop opened! I ordered their popular strawberry mille-feuille crepe, which has a 30-minute expiration time. The crepe is handmade to order, with layers of thin, soft crepe filled with fresh cream, refreshing strawberries, and crispy flakes for texture. It was delicious and freshly made! I got it to go (only available for takeout) and enjoyed it outside the shop. By the time I left, the line had grown to over 20 people waiting. It was a great experience!

I had heard about Angelic Voyage's crepes before, but didn't know what to expect. I tried it with high expectations, and it did not disappoint. The crepe was incredibly delicious, with a softness that melted in my mouth. I was told that the shelf life is short, but I quickly understood why once I tasted it. It was the first time I thought a crepe could be so delicious. If I have the opportunity to visit Hakodate again, I would definitely revisit this amazing shop!

I lined up as the 4th group starting 20 minutes before the store opened on Saturday. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes until I could enter, around 10 minutes after opening. It seems like there is always a line no matter the time. I tried the classic Strawberry Mille-Feuille and the limited-time Pistachio and Raspberry Chocolate Cream. The Mille-Feuille had a crispy pastry with a perfect amount of sweet cream that paired well. The Pistachio had crunchy chocolate flakes, chocolate cream, and the sweet and sourness of raspberries. The nutty aroma of pistachios was perfect! The chocolate flakes stayed crispy until the end. The coffee was a bit pricey at 500 yen, but it was mild and paired well with the crepes. I also ended up buying some pastries and popular chocolates for delivery, and before I knew it, my bill was 8000 yen... Just a heads up, they don't accept cards.

A popular shop located away from the center of Hakodate city is known for its crepes with a 30-minute expiration time. The top-selling item is the strawberry mille-feuille. I would like to try the crepe as a crepe and the mille-feuille as a mille-feuille. It was difficult to eat from the paper bag.

Angelic Voyage Main Store @ Hakodate. It's a popular spot, so lining up is a must. Depending on the time, there may be times when you can go without waiting. I tried the Strawberry Mille-feuille crepe. The crepe was chewy and moist, with crunchy mille-feuille inside for a great texture. Not too sweet, which was nice. It was delicious!

The strawberry mille-feuille had a custard cream that wasn't too sweet, the mille-feuille was crispy, and the strawberries were sweet and sour, very delicious! I finished it all in one go. It was raining, so I wished there was a place to sit and eat.

Located in the middle of the stone-paved slope in the representative tourist area of Motomachi, Hakodate, this sweets shop is takeaway only with no seating inside. Despite the long line that formed even before opening, the turnover was quick, and I was able to purchase the classic strawberry mille-feuille (800 yen) right away. The sweets have a 30-minute expiration time, so I enjoyed it on a bench in the nearby Motomachi Park. The mille-feuille had a crispy texture, likely to preserve this crispiness, they set the short expiration time. It was very delicious, but the high price and lack of eating space were a bit inconvenient.

As it was a popular shop, I checked the location on Thursday night and went around 4 pm on Friday, but it was already closed. So, I lined up on Saturday morning. While waiting in line, they showed me the menu... and I found out they had a new matcha flavor. The people around me were buzzing with excitement. Since it was my first time, I simply chose the strawberry mille-feuille. I'm looking forward to enjoying the chocolate voyage I bought as a souvenir.

[Waiting Time] Visited at 3 pm on a holiday. The place is takeout only and there were about 30 people waiting outside. Waited for about 30 minutes. [Strawberry Mille-feuille] Ordered inside the store and it arrived in about 5 minutes. The sweet smell makes you walk faster while carrying it. I can't wait to try it. Parked my car in the parking lot, so I took a bite right away. The combination of strawberries, cream, and crispy pastry is amazing. The cream overflows with each bite and it's so delicious. This is by far the best crepe I've ever had. The expiration time is 30 minutes.

【Angelic Voyage】 Crepe with a 30-minute expiration date on the second visit to Hakodate. The creamy cream must be delicious~ The line with a one-hour wait is still far away. I wonder how many hours they waited... One of the shops I want to eat at even if I have to wait in line.

I had been curious for a while and finally got a chance to go. On a rainy weekday, there was a line of about 10 groups before the 10 am opening. I tried the crepe with a 30-minute expiration date. It was chewy! The cream was not too sweet and refreshing! You could easily eat two of them!
