At the end of October, we took a Peach flight from Osaka for a 2-day trip to Hokkaido with 3 people. Next to Hotel Shikanoyu Hanamomiji, there was a souvenir shop. Hokkaido limited edition potato snacks: 380 yen Blue Pond Caramel Soda flavored: 120 yen Furano Melon Caramel: 150 yen. We enjoyed eating the potato snacks while strolling in the morning at Jozankei, with delicious air and autumn leaves making it even tastier. We had the caramel at work, bringing back memories of Jozankei. Just for your reference, the Jozankei Product Center Central Store.

"Sankaido Product Pavilion" Sapporo, two people. As always, it's a budget travel, but this time we stayed in Jozankei. Well, staying in Sapporo leads to spending on eating and drinking everywhere, so it might be cheaper to just stay in a hotel and use the local discount. Check-in was at 4:30, but for dinner they said, "It will be more relaxed around 7:30," which made my wife unhappy, but I can manage, so it's okay. My wife grumpily sips her beer, but I resist. Since we had time, we wandered around a bit. The place we wanted to go to was closed, but nearby was a product pavilion. It wasn't anything special, just a shop, but there was nothing that caught our attention. In the end, we bought kamaboko, my wife chuckled at the kamaboko with cheese. Here is my review: it's just kamaboko, but I open it as a snack with beer. The taste is predictable, but it's not good compared to Kamomei or Izutsu Suisan's products. It's not up to standard, but it's fine for pairing with cheap beer. We enjoyed it."

I received this as a souvenir from Jozankei in July 2020. I started hearing more and more travel stories from nearby places. It was a pudding-flavored steamed bun. It was cute in bite-size and very sweet. It was delicious when eaten frozen! Thank you for the treat!

My son, who is currently on spring break in March 2017, is actively involved in circle activities on days when he doesn't have a part-time job and is rarely at home. The day before, he told me that he would be staying overnight at Jozankei Onsen for circle activities starting tomorrow. I wasn't too worried about him. When he returned, I asked him how Jozankei Onsen was, and he replied that it was okay. He brought back white peach dango as a souvenir. They are small skewered peach dumplings that are cute. The taste is full of peach flavor and it's easy to enjoy the spring-like dango in a convenient size. Thank you for the meal. ✿ฺ(๑´ڡ`๑)✿ฺ.

"Yes. I received this product as a hot spring souvenir (lol). I actually bought a different one, but couldn't resist the temptation and ended up eating it, so I got this one instead. What are you doing to me (lol). Sometimes they sell this here too. Ahem. Anyway, I also got one hot spring manju. So that's okay. And then I bought these "Potato Korokoro" here. It's like fried rice crackers with cheese inside. There are a few sticks of brown cheese inside. They are super delicious (*´Д`*)ハァハァ with a fragrant cheese flavor. Just pure cheese (lol). If they sold just the cheese sticks, I would buy them even if the price went up (´・ω・`). The rice crackers part was tasty too, with a hint of cheese flavor, but the brown cheese sticks were overpowering (lol). It was perfect for a relaxing tea time (*´Д`*)ハァハァ"

"Moraimon~♪ Moraimon~♪ Honwaka pappa honwaka pappa, Teiensankei Shokuhinkan Chuoten♪" This time, I received a gift of traditional Japanese sweets. It was the same kind of sweets I received not long ago. It seems that traditional Japanese sweets are popular souvenirs from Teiensankei. Teiensankei and traditional Japanese sweets go well together. I have passed by the store of Teiensankei when I visited there, but I have never been inside. I am thinking of visiting it next time. When I tried the sweets, I didn't smell much of bamboo, but I could sense a nostalgic scent of dango. They come in a set of two small balls on a skewer, so you can eat them in one bite. It seems like lately many things come in sets of two, is it just a coincidence or something related to the number two...? I have encountered this at a ramen restaurant and a kaiseki restaurant in Yoichi, and now with these sweets, making it the third time in a row... Anyway, the taste is good, with sweet red bean paste inside. The outer layer doesn't have a strong bamboo flavor. It's a nice snack to have with tea when you're feeling a bit hungry in the afternoon. Stay tuned for the next episode: "Strange, fantastic, mysterious, and surreal adventures♪"
