Day trip bath and lunch set for 1000 yen. They want to separate the evaluation for day trip and overnight stay, but for now, I will post the review here. The bathhouse only has 3 shower stalls. It could be a problem if you clash with other group customers. Lunch is served from 11am to 2pm. We arrived around 1:40pm and were able to have lunch after bathing. The menu changes daily, and this time it was a luxurious lunch set for 500 yen. It may not be enough for men in terms of portion size. Even though we were the only customers, the coffee maker was on and we could enjoy freshly brewed strong coffee. I highly recommend the lunch set. I would like to visit again.

New Tokachi Shintoku Onsen Hotel has undergone a major renovation and reopened as Tokachi Shintoku Onsen Wabi. The main building has only 4 rooms (the new building is mainly for group stays), with a rate of 12,000 yen + tax per adult for one night with 2 meals included, using a discount to stay at a reasonable price. I stayed there recently. The main building has been renovated to emphasize a Japanese aesthetic, with a luxurious ryokan-style atmosphere. There were only 4 guests staying in the main building on the day of my visit, while the annex was occupied by university students on a group trip, making it quite lively. The hot spring water quality is a simple carbonated iron spring, and the bath is small with added water and chlorine circulation, which may disappoint some hot spring enthusiasts. The room was spacious and comfortable, with traditional Japanese elements like wooden furnishings and names of different types of wood used for each room. The meals were decent, with a variety of seafood dishes and local specialties like Tokachi beef and soba noodles. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but improvements could be made in terms of the hot spring facilities and service.

I went on a business trip to Niitoku-cho. I heard about this place from my colleagues and decided to make a reservation. I was expecting a hot spring inn, but the communal bath was not as spacious as I had imagined (-｡-; a bit disappointing. The dinner and breakfast had a good amount of food. There were plenty of side dishes, and the rice was delicious. If I have the chance, I would like to stay here again. Thank you for the meal٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
