I visited this restaurant for the second time recently with friends for a gathering. Even though it was my second visit, I was still very happy. I apologize for not having any photos. We had dishes like beef tripe with ponzu sauce, venison, duck, skirt steak, inner thigh, heart, and beef tendon. Unfortunately, some items like tongue and lamb were sold out, so we couldn't try them, which was a bit disappointing. However, the other dishes were still delicious as always, and I realized once again that they serve good quality meat. I particularly enjoyed the skirt steak this time.

The hormone dish was delicious no matter which part we ordered. We even tried bear meat (*^^*) There are unique cuts available, so be sure to try them. They have a wide selection of Japanese sake and shochu, so be careful not to drink too much (lol). I was satisfied, so I will visit again.

I visited this restaurant while traveling. The specialty Shimacho was incredibly delicious. It is served with grated radish, making it light and refreshing. The staff recommended eating it grilled on one side, which was a great tip. I also enjoyed delicious grilled meat such as thickly sliced tongue and fresh grilled liver. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is very friendly. You order from your smartphone and the food arrives very quickly. It's definitely one of my favorite restaurants.

Half private room with a nice atmosphere. Ordering from a smartphone can be a bit of a hassle. They offer unique options like bear meat. The service lacks friendliness. The taste is average, depending on the dish, not bad. Visited at 9 PM, the restaurant was empty, allowing for a quiet meal. They only offer one type of red and white wine, so it would be nice to have more variety.

I saw online that there was a yakiniku restaurant where you can eat game meat, so I decided to try it out. I ordered liver, small intestine, duck, and venison tongue. I wanted to try pigeon from the menu, but they didn't have it in stock so I couldn't try it. The duck was especially delicious.

I was drawn to this place because I heard they offer rare types of meat to taste. Most of the dishes are already seasoned, so when it feels too strong, rice, drinks, or water help. The thick cuts were juicy and delicious. I would like to know when the seasonal limited meats will be available.

About 10 years ago, I went to a restaurant called "Horumon Ginga" with a senior colleague from work. The location and name of the restaurant have changed since then, and the interior is now quite stylish and clean. I like this place because they offer a variety of horumon meats and different types of game meats. All the meats are fresh, and I especially enjoyed the thick and tender beef liver. I also tried bear meat, which was lean but became juicy when cooked, with a delicious flavor and no gamey taste. The skirt steak was as tender as diced steak, allowing the true meat flavor to shine through. I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

One of the must-visit shops when you come to Sapporo. Thank you for welcoming us even though we arrived just before the last order. My favorite place, which I supported through crowdfunding before it moved, did not disappoint today either. Since it was close to closing time, I could only take a photo as a record. Thank you for the meal.

I went with my seniors! The meat was fresh and all of it was delicious, but the beer here was amazing! The creamy foam of Sapporo Classic Beer was a perfect match for the grilled meat at this Sapporo yakiniku restaurant. I feel lucky to find such delicious beer here. I will definitely come back again!

Visited GINGA, which has been renovated after moving. We ordered the course menu and a la carte dishes as drinking companions. We ordered the course with all-you-can-drink for 7700 yen, and it was quite cost-effective! They served various good dishes. The Hokkaido three kinds of meat platter was amazing! Lamb, Ezo deer, duck! They were delicious and had no gamey taste! Of course, we were also satisfied with other meats. I would like to visit again.

This restaurant is highly recommended, and it's not just about the meat. When you come to Hokkaido, many people enjoy having a Sapporo Classic beer. This restaurant has been certified for providing delicious Sapporo Classic beer, and you can enjoy the "Perfect Classic" here. Please give it a try. As a reflection of my usual habits, I will include lots of photos (lol).

I went to try some game meat. Started with a salad with liver and thick-cut tongue as a warm-up. The beef here is also top-notch. Delicious. For game meat, I chose Ezo deer tongue and bear. Both have no gamey smell and no strong taste. Ezo deer is protein-rich, while bear has a sweet flavor. I recommend this restaurant to anyone interested in game meat.

On the third day of my trip to Hokkaido, I wanted to try Genghis Khan (grilled lamb) in Sapporo, so I went to Yakiniku GINGA, a restaurant that specializes in Hokkaido-produced grilled meat, offal, and game meat. The restaurant recently relocated, but it was already well-known for receiving awards such as Michelin before the move. The interior has floor tables, counter seats, and semi-private rooms, so I chose a semi-private room. You order using a tablet, and although it's a non-face-to-face system, the staff will explain the recommended points for various types of meat because they have a wide variety and are very particular about their selection. I was interested in trying the assorted platter that includes game meat and offal, but the cuts of meat for grilling were reasonably priced and looked delicious, so I concentrated on ordering those. The fact that you can enjoy such good quality meat at a reasonable price is amazing! I couldn't help but eat too much. I hadn't paid much attention to Hokkaido-produced grilled meat before, but there are so many great cuts of meat available. There were various new encounters. Not only the meat itself, but the sauces like tare, salt, miso sauce, and even the drinks were excellent. I started with draft beer and also tried Nikka's coffee gin, which went really well with the fatty offal. The restaurant is open late into the night, so it might be a good spot for a quick second round. I was interested in trying many types of meat and had plans for a second and third round, so I ordered a la carte this time. However, they also offer all-you-can-drink courses, which might be a good option if you want to try a variety of dishes.

Today, I finally visited a place I've been curious about, a top 100 barbecue restaurant. Excitedly, I entered the restaurant. It seems that only course meals come with all-you-can-drink, so I decided to order items individually. I started with a lemon sour for a toast. The drink menu had a wide variety of shochu and whiskey, and I was surprised to see Ichiro's Malt available. I ordered my favorite liver, as well as rare items like deer heart, deer tongue, shochu, and sheep milk gelato. The liver was incredibly delicious! It was the best thing I've eaten recently. I couldn't resist ordering a beer as well. My companion was in ecstasy over the thick-cut tongue and mountain wasabi rice! Everything was delicious, albeit a bit pricey, but I left completely satisfied. Thank you for the meal!

We used it for a meal with four people. The former Hyakumeiten, GINGA, has been renovated. I had visited once before the renovation, but this was my first visit since the renovation. We reserved the tax-included 7700 yen meat and 9 kinds of hormone comparison course. The fact that there is an all-you-can-drink option with the Perfect Classic on the day is also attractive. The special feature is that you can eat hormones that you can't usually eat at a regular meat shop. The appetizers are homemade kimchi, namul, and green beans. There are 9 types of meat. Heart, Shochu, Sibire, Ezo deer, lamb shoulder loin, duck, glasses, kainomi, and chuck rib. I was surprised to see Sibire on the menu. They were all juicy and had a soft texture. Grilling over charcoal is also a good point. The homemade kimchi and namul for the appetizer were also delicious. Looking back, I thought the amount of meat was a bit small, but with 9 varieties, it was actually a decent amount. Three types are served on one plate, and that is repeated three times. Each piece of meat is about one piece, so the quantity may feel a bit small, but each one was delicious, so the satisfaction level was high.

I have been here many times, but I always forget to take a photo because I get so caught up in enjoying the delicious meat. This time, I miraculously managed to snap a rare photo (haha). The Shimacho, liver, skirt, heart, venison tongue, cheek meat, and clean-up items are all must-order dishes. It was really delicious! You should go try it.

This restaurant used to be known as Horumon Ginga and was selected as one of the top 100 yakiniku restaurants by Tabelog. After relocating, it is now called Yakiniku GINGA. The menu focuses more on offal dishes, but also offers a variety of high-quality meat options. They serve not only beef but also unique meats like bear and deer, which are rare to find outside of Hokkaido. The taste is generally good, with fresh ingredients, but it can become a bit monotonous and tiring on the jaw due to the freshness of the meat. The restaurant has a strong selection of alcohol, creating a fun atmosphere for enjoying meat and offal dishes with drinks. If you're interested in trying bear meat, this place might be worth a visit!

A dining building with many slightly upscale restaurants. This restaurant is a rare place where you can eat various types of game meat. While there are many places where you can eat Ezo deer, this place might be on a different level. They have things like brown bear and mountain bird, some of which I've never heard of before. I tried the Ezo deer and mountain bird. The wild taste of the game meat and the chewy texture of the muscles were amazing. Orders are placed using a smartphone, which is quite modern. The restaurant seemed to be doing well. I want to challenge the brown bear next time I come.

Located in Susukino, Sapporo, Yakiniku GINGA offers a Hokkaido-style barbecue experience with local ingredients such as Hokkaido beef, bear, deer, and even lamb. We mainly enjoyed the hormone dishes, which were not too fatty and had a rich flavor without any unpleasant odor. We also tried the duck meat and Ezo deer tongue, both of which were deliciously prepared. Overall, all the meats were tasty and well presented. ✨

Sapporo, located in the northeastern part of the Susukino area, is a yakiniku restaurant called GINGA. This Hokkaido-style yakiniku restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including Hokkaido beef, hormone, game meat, and lamb. The tender texture of Hokkaido beef, the delicious fat of Hokkaido Suffolk, and the hearty game meat all come together for a satisfying meal. Originally focused on hormone dishes, they also offer various cuts that are irresistible. You can enjoy a little bit of everything, making it perfect for solo yakiniku dining. I visited in February 2022 and had a great time sampling different dishes, including the delicious Hokkaido beef and game meat. The restaurant has a modern ordering system, and I enjoyed a Perfect Classic cocktail before diving into the meat dishes. The Hokkaido beef harami was tender and juicy, while the Abe beef sirloin had a rich umami flavor. I also tried the duck, Suffolk lamb, and mountain wasabi rice, which were all excellent choices. The combination of Suffolk lamb with fresh mountain wasabi was particularly delightful. Overall, I had a great dining experience at GINGA and would love to visit again to try more dishes in the future.

Located on the 6th floor of G-DINING building in Sapporo, Yakitori GINGA offers a variety of delicious dishes, including various organ meats. The Shimacho and liver in particular are incredibly tasty! They also have private rooms available, making it a great choice. They offer courses that include all-you-can-drink options, so be sure to give it a try!
