This is a place in Shiraicho 1-chome, Kitahiroshima City, along Takadai Street, but for detailed location, as always, please check the map on Tabelog. I visited this yakiniku restaurant for the first time for a farewell party of a certain group, and this time I tried the 4000 yen course with "all-you-can-drink" at night. First, sauces like tare, salt and pepper, lemon juice with spicy miso, gochujang, grated garlic are served, followed by pickles and grilled vegetables. Let's start by making a sauce while enjoying the kimchi. The kimchi itself tastes like store-bought kimchi. Next is the drinks. We started with a toast of draft beer, which was surprisingly light and not very bitter, and other drinks included soft drinks, shochu, sake, highballs, and carbonated cocktails. Surprisingly, the "kachiwari wine" was sold out. Next, I will explain the grilled meat and horumon that are served one by one. 1: First, the kalbi was roughly cut and had little marbling, tasting like regular beef belly meat. 2: Next is the sagari, which tasted more like beef thigh meat than offal. 3: The raw lamb was just regular lamb meat, but I would have preferred to eat it with bell's ginger tare. 4: Next, we tried the kimchi-flavored horumon and salted horumon, both of which lacked the rawness and flavor of horumon. 5: The last plate only had tongue and liver, but the tongue was clearly frozen and lacked flavor. 6: The liver was raw, but slightly cut small, lacking the feeling of eating heartily. Finally, although I did not eat it, rice balls were served last, and they were quite large. This time, I chose the 4000 yen all-you-can-drink course, but I felt that saving 1000 yen significantly affected the quality of the meat.
