I had always wanted to go there. It's quite expensive, and I didn't have anyone around me to go with, so I hesitated. But after seeing Kegani's review, I really wanted to go. So I had MyRebi arrange a visit for me. We started at 5:00 PM. I arrived about 10 minutes early, but the curtain was already up, so I could enter the store. It's always nice when you can enter the store before the start time, so I was grateful for that. I was served tea while waiting for my companion to arrive. We started a bit late. First, we had two beers. They were served in thin glasses and were delicious. Inside the counter, there was a father and son team, and in the hall, there was the wife. We had about 6 rounds of sake, starting with Hokkaido x2, Tohoku x2, suddenly Saga, and then Aomori repeat course. There were so many different kinds that I couldn't remember them all, so please refer to the photos. They clearly stated whether the food was homemade or store-bought. I really liked the store-bought seaweed tsukudani. They offered choices at different points, like "Do you want to eat this?" The Hakodate-grown asparagus was soft, sweet, and delicious. The abalone was tender with a knife in it. The seasoning was just right. The firefly squid lightly blanched in hot water was prepared by the chef himself, and the extra effort made it exquisite. The hairy crab, king crab, and botan shrimp were excellent. The live oysters from Akkeshi were great. The rare cuts of tuna (forehead, cheek, chin) were amazing. I could really taste the difference. The Ulva sea lettuce was something new to me, and it was delicious. The wakame was only half of the usual amount. The raw wood ear mushrooms with grated daikon were large and farmed on logs. The homemade tarako looked like karasumi. The homemade squid shiokara didn't taste like shiokara. The grilled sea bream sperm sac was a delight. The shishamo from Murekawa, a set of male and female, was a safe choice. The sashimi assortment was recommended, and I added some of my own choices. The dried shirasu and mantis shrimp claws were nostalgic and had a strong mantis shrimp flavor. At this point, they took requests for repeats. If you didn't request a repeat here, you couldn't go back to nigiri. I asked for a repeat of the seaweed tsukudani, a very typical choice. For the nigiri, I ordered what I wanted. However, Uni was limited to 2 pieces. The Uni was excellent in color and taste. The scallop was a bit below my expectations. The otoro and chutoro were top-notch. Thank you for the meal. I will come back again for a special occasion.

This is a shop located a little outside of Susukino along the national highway. It was my first time visiting, but I was very satisfied. The total payment was only 15,000 yen. A lot of dishes were served one by one. Although refills were available, I ended up just enjoying delicious food and drinks on the day of the Hanshin Tigers' victory, and before I knew it, it was already closing time. It seemed like there was all-you-can-drink and you could get refills on dishes, but without being asked, they switched to serving sushi and I didn't feel the need for refills. However, I was full and didn't feel the need for refills. The shop is run by a kind and friendly head chef, a lively female owner, and a quiet son. I would like to visit again when I go to Sapporo next time.

It was a visit on a regular night. I called ahead to make a reservation and was warmly welcomed by the chef, the hostess, and the staff. The customers seemed to be mostly locals. The cost performance was excellent. I think I tried everything I wanted to eat in Hokkaido here. Even though I ate a lot and was full, when I asked for the bill, they kindly asked if it was enough. You should go there on an empty stomach! I definitely want to visit again when I'm nearby. Thank you for the delicious meal.

The defiant sushi counter, Sapporo Sushi Kin, offers a set menu with appetizers, sashimi, and all-you-can-eat sushi, along with unlimited beer and sake for 15,000 yen. Payment is cash only. You can enjoy the food and drinks without worrying about the bill. As a first-timer, I was unsure and ended up ordering almost everything the chef recommended, which left me unable to eat much of the sushi. The chef's explanations were so captivating that I ended up ordering too much, so first-timers should be cautious. ⚠️

The counter was full so we sat at a table. We toasted with beer and enjoyed a course that included Oma tuna sashimi, hiburi with negi in vinegar miso dressing, grilled eel, simmered abalone, assorted sashimi, fresh oysters, shellfish, and sushi rolls. It was very satisfying! Thank you for the meal! 🍣🍺

This system was the best when I wanted to eat and drink to my heart's content. And even before reaching the sushi restaurant, things were already amazing. I feel like I might have the urge to go back to this Sapporo sushi restaurant again. As the Mandela Effect started to occur more frequently, there were requests and suggestions, and after various twists and turns, the day of the meetup arrived. I had read some reviews from reviewers who had visited the restaurant before the meetup, and I arrived at Sapporo Sushi Kan feeling excited. First, with sake, I enjoyed the kegani, taraba, and botan ebi sashimi, all of which were delicious! The freshness was excellent, and the ebi had a nice crunchy texture with a sweet flavor. The taste and texture of the hairy crab were also excellent, and the miso was delicious. Both the taraba crab and beer were good, but they paired exceptionally well with sake. I compared fresh firefly squid with dried squid, and both went really well with sake. The maguro sashimi with tuna brain, cheek meat, and jaw meat were all delicious and melty. The simmered abalone had a nice chewy texture and was full of umami. The sake-steamed enoki mushrooms with grated daikon radish were refreshing, and the enoki mushrooms were also delicious. The homemade tarako was deeply flavorful and paired well with sake. The sea cucumber with vinegar, ankimo, and salted cod milt were all excellent with sake. The fresh wakame with ginger soy sauce had a great taste and texture. The ankimo was delicious, and the homemade roasted nori had a smoky flavor that was fantastic. The manju eel skewers were a favorite, and they made me happy and enhanced the taste of the sake. The sashimi platter with akami, toro, abalone, and seared mackerel, as well as another platter with akami, toro, shrimp, and hokkaido shrimp, were amazing. The hokkaido shrimp and kazunoko with dried fish were also delicious with sake. The nigiri sushi with abalone, hokkaido scallop, otoro, chutoro, and akami was already fantastic before the sushi, and it made me even more excited. The sushi with aomori tansaku, kikusui tamago, and a sake from Saga, among others, were all delicious. The striped jack, chutoro, and more chutoro, botan ebi, and hokkaido shrimp were all fresh and delicious, and the shari was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed the sushi. I felt like I wanted to build a body that could eat more. I couldn't stop eating, it was irresistible, delicious, and enjoyable. My body and soul were satisfied with the all-you-can-eat sushi, sake, and appetizers. I had about seven cups of sake, and although there were some ups and downs, I thoroughly enjoyed the deliciousness. I drank a variety of sakes, including Chitosetsuru Junmai Ginjo, Otokoyama, Kunimare, Aomori's Tadzake, Kikusui, Saga's sake, and more.

I made a reservation for 4 people at 7:00 PM on Saturday and left around 10:00 PM. The restaurant offered an all-you-can-eat and drink course for 13,200 yen per person, which was amazing. We started with button shrimp and snow crab, followed by a variety of seafood from Hokkaido. The chef shared interesting stories and recommended dishes throughout the meal, and we ended with all-you-can-eat sushi (up to 2 pieces of sea urchin). The selection of drinks was also impressive. It was a fantastic experience, and I heard that many famous people visit this restaurant. I will definitely come back. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Hello everyone, I wanted to check out the review of Mairebi-sama and ended up at a dream sushi restaurant where you can enjoy all-you-can-eat sushi with all-you-can-drink options! Perfect for a New Year's party with friends. We went to "Sapporo Sushi Hitoshi" where we had reserved a private table for four people. The table was already set with a mountain of tuna sashimi. We started off with some beer and a sashimi platter including cod roe, botan shrimp, abalone, yellowtail, tuna, and more. The botan shrimp head was especially delicious. The chef then offered us fresh oysters, and we moved on to grilled dishes like yellowtail collar and saury. We also had simmered dishes like abalone and clams. The chef kept recommending different dishes and the sake kept flowing. The yellowtail collar was particularly tasty, and the sea cucumber vinegar and tarako were also delicious. We indulged in various sushi items, with the chef taking our orders. The uni and conger eel were highlights for me. Overall, it was a great experience with a mix of course meals and additional sushi orders. I look forward to returning for a more interactive experience at the counter next time. The bill came to 13,200 yen per person. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

The second New Year's drinking party of 2022 was a "Seafood & Sushi Festival." Inspired by the all-you-can-eat and drink course at the end of last year, this time we made a reservation for four people. We started at 5:00 PM when the restaurant opened. Today, we enjoyed sushi in a private area, which was a rare treat. It's nice to have this kind of drink occasionally. Along with beer, we had a platter of sashimi. It's a taste that you can't experience at the counter. Feeling uplifted and cheerful, we ordered various dishes from appetizers to grilled items and simmered dishes. I learned from last time that saying yes to everything they suggest can be overwhelming for someone like me who is not a big eater, so this time I carefully considered my orders. Today, I was definitely aiming for sushi. And we switched from beer to sake! Starting with drinks other than what I had last time. For some reason, the proprietress remembered what I had last time. However, today's drinking party felt like a continuation of the previous journey. And the final sushi included conger eel, mantis shrimp, ark shell, haddock, fatty tuna, salmon roe, botan shrimp, and sea urchin. I was starting to feel full, but I added more conger eel, salmon roe, and egg. With that, today's mission was complete. As always, this place is a hearty sushi restaurant.

For a flat fee of 12,000 yen, I could eat and drink as much as I liked. The journey to sushi included a variety of seasonal items such as sashimi, octopus, and oysters. There were also various appetizers to choose from. For grilled dishes, I could choose from 4 types. When it came to sushi, there was a limit on the amount of sea urchin, but I could still eat as much as I wanted. I was a bit concerned about the sushi rice, but overall, I was satisfied!! For more details, please refer to other reviews. I joined late, so there are only a few photos. Thank you for the delicious meal! :)

This restaurant offers all-you-can-eat and drink, and the owner and hostess are very friendly, recommending various dishes. Everything looked delicious so I just kept eating. By the time I got to the sushi, I was pretty full. The grilled oysters and fish were all delicious. In terms of cost performance, this restaurant was very satisfying for me. I definitely want to visit again.

I came to this restaurant after hearing about it from a French chef who is a former classmate and I had drinks with the day before. It was a bit difficult to find the place as there were no obvious signs in the area, but I eventually found it on the second floor after walking around. I met up with my friend and we started with a toast with beer. We opted for the all-you-can-eat and drink course for 13,200 yen, taking advantage of the Go To Eat campaign. The owner recommended various dishes one after another, and everything was delicious. The pace was a bit fast for me to keep up with, but I enjoyed each dish. The menu included items like medium fatty tuna sashimi, abalone, ankimo, oysters, and various types of sushi. The food and drinks were satisfying, and the friendly service and atmosphere made the experience even better. The only downside was that smoking was allowed, which made the place a bit smoky. Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable dining experience that I would love to repeat soon.

Located along the Sapporo Streetcar line, south of the Higashi-Honganji-Mae Station, is Sapporo Sushi Hitoshisan. This sushi restaurant offers all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink for 13,200 yen, where you can enjoy a variety of dishes from shrimp and crab assortments to Oma tuna, sea urchin, and salmon roe. The quality may not be top-notch, but being able to enjoy a wide range of Hokkaido-style dishes is a delightful experience. The family-run atmosphere adds to the charm of this Hokkaido-style sushi restaurant. It's a must-visit spot for sushi lovers in Hokkaido! Visited in November 2021: When in Hokkaido, you have to have sushi, right? That's why I decided to check out Sapporo Sushi Hitoshisan, a sushi restaurant that offers all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink for 13,200 yen. Since it's not possible to do all-you-can-eat and drink alone, I called and made a reservation and headed there. The restaurant is located along the streetcar line and is conveniently close to the city center. While the exterior may seem trendy, the interior exudes a lively local sushi restaurant atmosphere. I started with a highball and relied on the recommendations of the head chef, young head chef, and the lady in charge of drinks to order various dishes: - Homemade salmon roe - Botan shrimp, sweet shrimp, king crab, hairy crab miso salad - Homemade shad roe, cod roe - Tachi ponzu - Grilled octopus with salt - Oma tuna (akami, chutoro), Rausu amberjack, Pacific saury - Dried shiokara (soy sauce, shiokara marinated, mountain wasabi) nigiri - Rishiri abalone, mackerel, Shakotan flounder, Tokishirazu - Tsubugai - Horse dung sea urchin - Sake: Chitose Tsuru Junmai Ginjo, Otoko Yamayuki, Kuni Koi, Kikuizumi from Aomori I started with the fresh salmon roe and gradually moved on to other dishes. The shrimp, crab, and sweet shrimp were delicious, especially the sweetness of the shrimp. The head chef recommended trying different dishes, such as the homemade cod roe, shad roe, and seasonal tachi ponzu. The grilled octopus with salt was a great match for my drink, and the sashimi selection included Oma tuna, Rausu amberjack, and Pacific saury, offering a taste of Hokkaido. The portions were generous, and I thoroughly enjoyed them. Finally, I tried the dried shiokara as a sake accompaniment before moving on to the nigiri sushi. The Rishiri abalone looked beautiful and had a strong flavor, while the Shakotan flounder was fresh and delicious. The meal was filling, and the casual atmosphere and friendly conversation with the head chef and young head chef made the experience even more enjoyable. It was a great way to experience Hokkaido-style sushi in Sapporo.

It has been six months since my last visit. This place is not in Susukino, but in an area off the main street, so it is not well-known, which makes the owner feel a bit conflicted. This time, I had a platter of tarako, yam wasabi, boiled shrimp, crab, whitefish with ponzu sauce, and more sashimi. The sashimi was fresh, the taste was consistent, and the service was warm. I had a great time! Thank you for the meal.

I enjoyed delicious seasonal ingredients. I started with two beers, then switched to highballs. For the meal, I began with a dish full of shellfish, with the crab being particularly tasty. Then I had Kawahagi with liver soy sauce. In between, I had simmered hamaguri, grilled octopus, oysters, etc. I also enjoyed Chip from Lake Shikotsu, squid with wasabi, and medium fatty tuna sashimi. For sushi, I mainly had shellfish and sea urchin, which were delicious. The meal lasted about 3 hours, and we finished early the next morning. Thank you for the feast!

The regular dinner with our business partners was fantastic! The sautéed abalone was incredibly tender and delicious! We also enjoyed dishes like shishamo, crab, Saroma oyster vinegar, fresh salmon roe, sashimi, sushi, and the landlady's special handmade buckwheat soba noodles as the final course. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I had high expectations for this restaurant as it was the true purpose of my trip to Sapporo. As always, my golf buddies had arranged everything for us, so we just had to show up at the restaurant. When we entered, there was no one there yet, and we were seated at the counter. Eventually, my golf buddies arrived. We immediately ordered some beer. This restaurant seems to be popular among golfers, and since it was not crowded, the chef personally attended to us the whole time. We started with a sashimi platter that included splendid Ibaruma shrimp, which was indeed delicious and had a unique flavor of pregnant shrimp. We then had abalone, simmered fish, and grilled fish, all of which were tasty. The seafood in Hokkaido is truly delicious. We then switched to sake after the beer. We asked for a selection of sake to be served to us. They also brought out some asparagus and corn (I forgot to take a picture). They were different from what we usually eat and were incredibly delicious. The asparagus was large, tender, fragrant, and slightly sweet. The corn was very sweet and had a good crunch. We then moved on to sushi, starting with a sea urchin nigiri. The chef explained that farmed sea urchin tastes better than wild sea urchin because they feed the farmed ones good kelp. It was indeed delicious. Next was the red sea urchin, which had an intense and unique flavor that impressed me more than the farmed sea urchin. The chef asked if we wanted more sushi, but I realized I was already full and couldn't eat anymore. It was a shame that I couldn't enjoy more sushi at a sushi restaurant. After that, we had some fruit for dessert and left the restaurant. Thank you for the meal!

In between the sushi, there is a big sashimi platter with various kinds of crab, tuna, squid, and even egg omelette. They also offer options like salted squid to match your preferences. You can choose from a variety of grilled and simmered dishes, making it more enjoyable than a set course menu. People with a refined palate who come to Hokkaido for delicious sushi may find themselves overindulging in the variety available. It's best to avoid eating too much before having your desired sushi made, especially since the size of the rice balls can be quite filling. The miso soup is good too! Whether it's a good deal or not is a bit unclear, but for those who want to eat a lot, this place is perfect.

I went to a 2.5-hour all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink restaurant called "Sapporo Sushi Kin" near the Sapporo Streetcar Higashihonganji Mae Station, recommended by my senior at work. We made a reservation for 3 people at 6:30 pm, but it was full, so we were able to make a reservation for 5:00 pm instead. The restaurant has a counter with 6 seats, and 3 tables with 4 seats each. The head chef and his son were behind the counter, while his wife managed the hall and cooked dishes. We started with ikura (salmon roe), botan ebi (shrimp), taraba crab, zuwai crab, kegani (horsehair crab), hokke (arctic char), shako (mantis shrimp), otoro (fatty tuna), hiramasa (yellowtail amberjack), and hime masu (trout) sashimi. We also enjoyed dishes like yakko (tofu), shishamo (smelt fish), hime takenoko (baby bamboo shoots), yukizasa (sweet herb with a red bean-like sweetness), ankimo (monkfish liver), hamaguri (clam) steamed in sake, asparagus, steamed Ezo abalone, and oysters from Senpoushi. The chef was very skilled in taking orders and explaining recommendations. When it came to sushi, we were asked if we wanted uni (sea urchin) or not, and then we ordered items like tamago (egg), shima aji (striped jack), tokishirazu (unknown fish), hime karei (flounder), murasaki uni (purple sea urchin), and bafun uni (green sea urchin). We also added akami (lean tuna), tako (octopus), shako, and kohada (gizzard shad). The head chef had trained at around 6 different sushi restaurants, including Sushi Zen. The price was originally 10,000 yen but increased to 12,000 yen from May 1st, 2019. Despite the price increase, we were satisfied with the abundance of Hokkaido's seafood and the chef's dedication.
