A traditional cafe I used to visit often. The chairs are a bit hard. The set menu of eggplant and minced meat cheese brown stew for 1000 yen has the nostalgic taste of Showa era. Especially the bread is old-fashioned and dry. It's rare these days. The thin layer of butter on top remains unchanged. I don't feel like ordering any other menu. Thank you for the meal.

I entered the restaurant around 5:00 PM during Obon. There were available seats. I ordered a powered drink that tasted like fruit milk and it was delicious. The music and atmosphere of the restaurant were great. It was nice to have magazines available too. The stew looked delicious, so I would like to revisit.

When it comes to visiting an old-established restaurant, ZAZI, the must-try dish is the white stew. However, there is another dish that I always end up ordering, and that is this pasta called "Italian." It has a perfect quality with a touch of homely feeling. Sometimes, I feel like having lunch here to enjoy the cozy and stylish atmosphere. The service is always reassuring and has a hint of sophistication. It seems like it has improved slightly from before, but still, they only accept cash, which hasn't changed.

Visited around 6:30 PM on a Sunday, after about 2 and a half years. It's been a while series. Since they close at 7 PM, I only ordered a drink. I got an Ice Irish Coffee for 630 yen. I think last time I came during the day on a weekday, I ordered gratin. It arrived shortly after. The ice on top was enough to soothe my tired body. Thank you for the meal! #Sapporo's correct answer

Today is a chilly day with occasional rain, perfect for warm stew. I had lunch at a shop I've been going to since my student days. I had pork and potato stew with brown bread, along with a power drink. The same combination that I've been enjoying for decades brought back nostalgic memories of days gone by.

About 30 years ago, I used to come here often with friends. I was feeling nostalgic and wanted to do some work, or rather, just wanted to sit down and maybe have something to eat. I visited this place on a weekday evening and there was only one other customer. I remembered that the stew was popular here, but I felt like having pasta, so I ordered the Zajimeat for 800 yen and a hot coffee for 110 yen. Maybe I should have gone for an energy drink instead. The combination of egg yolk, Japanese-style meat sauce, and perilla was delicious. The customer who ordered the stew looked like they were enjoying it, but then they started smoking, which was a shame. I finished up my work and left. The restroom is Japanese-style!

There are many types of spaghetti, and stew seems to be popular, so after some hesitation, I chose "Za Meat" spaghetti! It has a sweet and savory Japanese-style meat sauce that is the restaurant's original sauce. Delicious! It was enjoyable even while twirling the pasta. Jazz music was playing in the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant, and the staff were kind and courteous, allowing me to enjoy an elegant lunch. Next time, I'll try the stew! Thank you for the delicious meal.

There are few cafes where smoking is allowed, and about 80% of the customers smoke. It's nice to be able to smoke in the city. I ordered a ham sandwich set and waited for a while. I was torn between that and the spaghetti, but ended up choosing the ham sandwich. It was different from what I imagined; it made my mouth dry and the flavor was weak, so I couldn't finish it without ketchup. If I come back next time, I'll try the spaghetti. Thank you for the meal.

It was lunchtime and the restaurant was almost full, but I was able to enter without waiting! It was a smoking-friendly place. I had the stew set with chicken and mushroom cream stew, iced coffee, and bread for 1000 yen. I also had the pasta set with Italian pasta and iced coffee for 910 yen. I will come back to eat the hot stew again. It was delicious!

Since my student days, there has been ZAZIさん, which has been around since 1976. The ham sandwich is 800 yen and the bread is fluffy. It's also quite filling. I also had the chicken and mushroom cream stew with bread and a power drink for 780 yen plus 220 yen. The stew tastes like clam chowder. The power drink tastes like fruit milk and it's been about 40 years since I last had one in my university days. The cafe is also very cozy and comfortable. Thank you for the meal.

I visited around 11:00 am on a regular day. The restaurant was empty and relaxed. I ordered the Pumpkin Stew Set (with a drink) for ¥1,000. The stew in the pot was simple and thick, with a slightly lumpy texture at the bottom. Despite its simplicity, eating it with a large piece of bread made me feel warm inside. The restaurant seemed popular as customers kept coming in one after another. The restroom was traditional Japanese style, adding to the retro atmosphere of the place. It gave off a vibe of being loved by locals for many years. Smoking is allowed. Overall, it's a cozy and relaxing restaurant.

ZAZI is my favorite place because their chicken and mushroom cream stew is so delicious! Even in the summer, I crave it for lunch. I always end up going back for the stew, even though I consider trying their pasta or sandwiches. This time, I also had a banana cake for dessert. The stew set includes stew, bread, and a drink (coffee, cola, or energy drink). The buttery bread and hot stew are so tasty. The moist and rich banana cake is irresistible, even when I'm full.

ZAZI, a restaurant in Sapporo, was recommended by a classmate's mother. The first visit was with the classmate, where we had meatball stew. I ended up ordering the pumpkin stew set meal every time I visited. The stew was served in an enamel pot, with a nice balance between stew and soup. The bread was buttered and round. The owner seemed to like old movies, keeping a comfortable distance from other tables. The second floor was sunny but hot. If you order a cola, it comes in a bottle. The atmosphere is cozy, located near Tanuki Koji on the west side.

I have been visiting this café since I was a student. My favorite is the Zajimeat, with lots of cheese, a little Tabasco, and a slightly spicy meat sauce with raw egg yolk and shiso. I had a power drink instead of coffee this time. The stew, which you dip bread into, is also delicious. I love the unchanged atmosphere from the past. When a seat by the window on the second floor is available, that's where I always sit. I visited on January 23, 2022, and noticed that there was one less table by the window, possibly due to a leak from the rain or the impact of heavy snow.

The store itself is not bad, but due to some issues, I left the cafe and took a walk in Tanuki Koji. I visited a few bookmarked stores along the way, but still had some time until evening. Since it was raining, I decided to find another place to kill time. I chose to visit "ZAZI," a retro-looking hidden gem that I had bookmarked. It was a bit hard to find, but the cozy wooden interior made me feel comfortable. I ordered the Pumpkin Cream Stew, which was served hot and had a light and creamy taste with a hint of sweetness from the pumpkin. Although the stew lacked ingredients other than pumpkin, it was still delicious. I also bought a Marble Cookie to go, which had a crispy texture with a buttery flavor and a subtle sweetness from the marble chocolate. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and would like to try their spaghetti or cake next time.

I came to have lunch on a regular day. It's been a while since I last came, but it's still smoking allowed here... I don't smoke, so when I see people smoking during meals, I lose my appetite... I ordered spaghetti at Zajimeato, while my companion had Napolitan. For dessert, we had cheesecake and pudding. The spaghetti had a nostalgic taste, which I really enjoyed. The pudding was also quite filling, but not too sweet, and had a creamy texture, so I was able to finish it.

Chocolate cake and drink set with iced tea for 750 yen (tax included). There were tables and counter seats on the first floor. I relaxed at a table on the second floor. Both the first and second floors allow smoking. There were many smoking customers, mostly middle-aged men. Not recommended for those who are sensitive to smoke. The cake was average. The tea was okay. The atmosphere was good for lingering.

This is Zazi's first visit. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is nice, just my style. I actually wanted to have a parfait, but couldn't find a dessert I liked on the menu. When I asked the staff for recommendations, they just said "everything." That kind of response was a bit annoying. So, I ended up staring at the menu again. I decided to go for the cream soup pasta and coffee set. I had the coffee first and took a breather, then the main pasta dish arrived. I took a bite and thought, hmm, it's just okay. Plus, the soup was lukewarm and the pasta portion was very small. The restaurant's design is nice, but the food taste is average at best. Overall, it was a disappointment.

I had read about this cafe in a book introducing cafes in Sapporo and was curious to try it out. It was recommended for its delicious stew, so I decided to stop by when I felt a bit hungry. Inside, jazz music was playing and there were small tables and chairs lined up neatly. The cafe had two floors, but I chose to sit by the window on the first floor. The waitress, though not very friendly, had a somewhat pleasant way of serving. I ordered the pork and potato stew, along with bread and coffee. The coffee I ordered before the meal had a refreshing acidity and richness. The stew arrived in a small pot, piping hot, and the bread was topped with butter, making it very appetizing. The taste of the stew, somehow familiar, brought back memories of my student days.

The old-fashioned café had a nice atmosphere. I had been curious about it for a while for a work meeting, so I decided to stop by. The first floor always seemed a bit intimidating, with a vibe that made it seem like you needed to be a regular to go in. But once I went in and up to the second floor, it had a calming atmosphere that was perfect for working on my laptop or reading a book. It seemed like the savvy girls knew how to make good use of the café. I ordered a café au lait, which had a rich coffee flavor with a good amount of cream. I think it was quite delicious. It's a great place to stop by when you're a little tired from walking around.
