The sushi (pine) comes in a set of 10 for 3200 yen. Pine includes medium fatty tuna, salmon roe, sea urchin, and others, which is different from bamboo. There is no drink menu, and the prices of drinks are unknown. Also, the prices of seafood dishes (such as oysters and sea urchin) are market price.

I visited this place alone on a weekday, which I had been curious about for a while. The restaurant is called "Ichinimai Sushi Take" and the price for a set meal is 2,500 yen. When I entered, there were two tables on the left and a few seats at the counter in the back. The restaurant opens at 6:00 PM, but the curtain was already open when I arrived. There were already customers inside. I ordered the set meal with three different types of sushi, and chose the one called "Take" in the middle. The rice was small and the toppings included ikura and 10 pieces in total. The sushi chef, a cheerful man, seemed to be working alone and quickly prepared the sushi for me. I asked about a lunch photo I saw on Google Maps, and he explained that it was from the previous owner and they no longer serve lunch. The restaurant is now independent from the nearby restaurant called "Kintaro Sushi." The seasonal menu at the time included Chip from Lake Shikotsu, which looked delicious. Overall, it was a great meal.
