Orders are placed using a tabletop touch panel, with a wide variety of meats and side dishes to choose from, and when you order meat or side dishes, they arrive quickly, which is also a great service. I visited this restaurant in March when it first opened, and then returned 5 months later. When it first opened, the staff's operation was terrible. However, on my recent visit, I was pleased to see that the staff's performance had improved significantly. I ordered the King Course, but I noticed that the 5 famous meats were smaller and thinner. It was disappointing, but since it was an all-you-can-eat, I could order more without feeling like I was losing out. My friend and I both ordered the King Course, and it was nice that one of us could have unlimited soft drinks while the other could have unlimited alcohol and soft drinks.

Yakiniku King Sapporo Toyohira branch. I made a reservation and visited. The parking lot is spacious and empty, but as expected of a popular restaurant, the inside was crowded. You really need to make a reservation. The Premium Course includes 6 items that are not offered in other courses. It includes specially selected domestic beef, huge thick-cut tongue, grilled shabu shabu, thick-cut kalbi, specially selected rib roast, and steak. We mainly ordered the thick-cut tongue, and my sons were also satisfied. However, I felt that the food took a little longer to arrive compared to other restaurants. Maybe because they were busy? Or because it's a new place? But overall, we were satisfied. It was very delicious. We will visit again.

The Yakiniku King, located near my home, opened in March this year. I had been meaning to go there, but it wasn't until July that I finally made a reservation for the evening slot, which was the 30th group in line. About 2 hours after making the reservation, I received a call to come in. It took me about 10 minutes to walk to the restaurant. I asked about the ordering rules and decided to go with the Premium Course, which includes special items like premium domestic beef ribs, giant loin, grilled shabu-shabu beef, thick-cut tongue, and special ribeye steak. I don't usually go for all-you-can-eat options because I don't eat that much, but this time I was exhausted from coming back from Naka-Shibetsu. Yone-chan, who eats a lot, joined me, making it a balanced order for the three of us. The dishes had a mix of delicious items and some that were more mediocre, but it was a fun experience. The fact that it's located nearby is a big plus. I'll definitely be back again sometime.

This is a new restaurant that opened on National Route 36 in Toyohira-ku, Sapporo City. Despite the high prices in the yakiniku buffet industry, Yakiniku King seems to offer a fairly affordable option now! The King Course is 3,498 yen including tax. The Korean fair offers delicious Sundubu and stone-grilled magma fried rice. The four popular menu items, thick harami and kalbi, are very satisfying. The hot black oolong tea is also delicious. I will definitely come back again.

Additionally, there is a weekend and holiday limited "Lunch Course" (1,980 yen excluding tax/2,178 yen including tax). We chose the "King Course," which includes all-you-can-drink soft drinks and a variety of desserts and side dishes. We enjoyed the pot pickled one pork loin, seared sukiyaki-style kalbi, the popular King Kalbi, tender hormone, bibimbap, stone-grilled menu, and more, all of which were delicious and satisfying. I used to go to the Higashi-Naeho store, which was a 30-minute drive away, before the pre-opening on the 11th and the opening on the 16th. Now that a store has opened in my neighborhood, only a 10-minute drive away, I visited on the 17th. I was prepared to overlook some issues since there would likely be many new part-time staff. However, the problems were more than I expected. Despite arriving at the store at the 5 pm opening time and waiting in line, several groups who had made reservations were allowed to enter ahead of us without waiting. The reception was disorganized. The food service after ordering was extremely slow. Even when ordering through the touch panel, the food was not brought to us promptly. It took an hour to get the condiments we requested, and 30 minutes for the meat. We had to remind them to bring our beer. The ordered meat never arrived. At one point, all we had on the table was the lettuce that arrived 20 minutes later. Just 10 minutes before the end of ordering time, they asked, "Is there anything you haven't received yet?" It was frustrating. The part-time staff couldn't figure out how to check the order history on the touch panel. The lack of training was evident. With this kind of service, there was no way the food could taste good. I was disappointed.
