While I personally prefer a milkier taste, my partner enjoyed this shop's version more. The milk-based sweets in Hokkaido always taste delicious, so I wonder if it's just my imagination. The soft sponge cake at the back of the soft serve ice cream was unnecessary for me, but overall, the parfait had a great cost-performance ratio and volume. It was a satisfying meal. They offer a variety of soft serve ice cream and parfaits made with "Yotsuba Hokkaido Tokachi Soft Mix". It can be quite challenging to decide which one to choose when looking at the samples. I decided to order the "Mango and Yotsuba Yogurt Parfait" (500 yen). It was ready in about 3-4 minutes. The soft serve ice cream was delicious, with a rich and creamy milk flavor. The generous amount of mango chunks and sauce, as well as the yogurt's acidity, enhanced the overall taste of the parfait. A pretzel stick was included in the parfait. While the sponge at the bottom was tasty, I personally preferred the soft serve throughout. They also offer "Yotsuba Soft Serve" and "Blend Soft" or "Blend Soft Parfait", where they blend the soft serve with various ingredients upon ordering. These options seem to be popular as well, and I would like to try them next time!
