Gong Cha at Mitsui Outlet Park Kitahiroshima store is a popular shop that has been expanding even after the tapioca boom. The black sugar milk tea is a favorite, and I ordered the Black Sugar Milk Tea S (540 yen). It seems like tapioca is not included, but you can add it for an extra 80 yen. The sweetness was milder than expected. It would probably be tastier with tapioca. Thank you for the meal!

I visited Goncha located on the 2nd floor of Clover Mall in Mitsui Outlet Park after a long shopping spree. I chose a small size Black Sugar Milk Tea with pearls as toppings. The drink was sweet with a rich black sugar flavor and the pearls had a nice chewy texture. My boyfriend ordered a Chocolate Latte with Nata de Coco toppings, which surprisingly added a good texture to the drink. It had been a while since I had a tapioca milk tea, but I was satisfied with the delicious and satisfying taste. The small size was just right for me. Thank you for the meal.

I tried a proper tapioca drink for the first time. Looking back, I have bought them from coffee shops, convenience stores, and supermarkets before, but this was my first time trying one from a specialty store. My impression is... delicious! Thank you for the meal.

A family of five, including a daughter and son-in-law, grandchildren, and wife, visited the North Hiroshima Mitsui Outlet for the first time in a while. The women continued shopping endlessly, so the men and grandchildren decided to sit in the food court. I chose a "Brown Sugar Milk Earl Grey Iced Tea with Tapioca (less sweet, less ice)" from "Gong Cha" for a cold drink. Despite the slight decrease in popularity, there was still a line of about 10 people waiting for their order, which took about 15 minutes. The drink was made with fragrant Earl Grey tea, sweet black sugar, and chewy tapioca pearls, creating a delicious texture. It was tasty but a bit pricey. I would try it again if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal.

Located next to the food court on the second floor of Mitsui Outlet Park in Kitahiroshima area, this shop also has a branch in Sapporo. Despite not being particularly interested in tapioca, I visited for the first time. The shop was popular during the tapioca boom, with long lines forming in front, but this time there were only a few people waiting so I decided to take a break from shopping and try it out. While drinks with tapioca seemed to be the favorite, I ordered a regular "Black Milk Tea (470 yen)" without tapioca. The sweetness of the milk tea was mild, and although I couldn't clearly taste the milk, the base tea was very delicious. The price may seem a bit high, but I would recommend it to tea lovers.

There is a Gong Cha inside the Mitsui Outlet now! My daughter used to have it every day when we were in Korea, so we ordered the Tapioca Milk Tea. I wanted to try the Black Milk Roasted Kinako Oolong Tea, but I found another drink that caught my eye, so I will try it next time.

I transferred from the subway to a bus and headed to Mitsui Outlet Park Kitahiroshima (and then to Dynasty Ski Resort). While shopping, I got thirsty. I took a break at the usual Gong Cha. I got a good deal on Earl Grey tea for 200 yen, no sweetness, with ice. My daughter showed her student ID for a discount, getting a Black Milk Tea M for 330 yen instead of 460 yen, plus 80 yen for Nata de Coco, with less sweetness and ice. We tried some teas at the Akarenga Terrace store, and I found Earl Grey tea more enjoyable than Alishan Oolong tea. I think I prefer Earl Grey tea. Thank you for the meal.

I tried black sugar tapioca milk tea for the first time and found the tea leaves in the milk tea to be a bit bitter. I think I prefer the milk tea from a certain bottled brand. The sweet tapioca pearls were plentiful and satisfying. While the bitterness bothered me, my second daughter seemed to enjoy it, saying "Isn't this good?" as she drank it.

It is a well-known Taiwanese tea cafe that became extremely popular a few years ago and has expanded worldwide, especially in Asia. I visited the Taiwan main store about 10 years ago when it was just starting to become popular in Taiwan. This time, I visited the store inside the Mitsui Outlet Park in Kitahiroshima. I ordered the "Black Sugar Milk Earl Grey (L) (810 yen)" which had a balanced taste between the tea leaves and milk. It is a bit pricey, but even though the boom has passed, there are still loyal fans.

I once treated my younger brother at the Sapporo APIA store, and it was delicious. Since there was a Twitter campaign going on at the time, we decided to visit Gong Cha for tea today. The small tea was 200 yen, and we were told we could add toppings like tapioca for an additional cost. However, the staff said they couldn't do it, so my husband ended up ordering a black milk tea with nata de coco topping, which ended up being quite expensive. In the end, I just got the 200 yen plain tea with tapioca. The staff's attitude was quite arrogant, so I don't think I'll be visiting this Gong Cha store again. Thank you for the meal!

The tapioca boom seems to be coming to an end these days. I finally went to Gong Cha. I had black sugar milk tea with tapioca. I'm not particularly interested in tapioca, but it was overwhelmingly delicious compared to other stores!!! The tapioca's chewy texture is fantastic. The milk tea is also exquisitely delicious. This is clearly popular.

In January 2021 on a weekday, Mitsui Outlet Park was quiet and shopping was comfortable. I usually don't get much exercise, so I sometimes visit and walk around to see various shops, which is good exercise. I decided to have lunch at this newly opened restaurant. I ordered Ginseng Chicken Soup with Rice Porridge and Jasmine Tea. It took about 5 minutes for the food to be served. The Jasmine tea could have had a stronger fragrance, it was just average. As for the Ginseng Chicken Soup with Rice Porridge, the porridge was well cooked and the chicken breast was tender and flavorful! Thank you for the meal♪

On New Year's Day, Sapporo was very quiet with few people and cars. We had my son's favorite dry curry for brunch and took a taxi to Sapporo Station. We then took the Chuo Bus at 1 pm and headed straight to Kitahiroshima Mitsui Outlet. For some reason, my dad ended up buying an iron set from TaylorMade after being able to test it out. I tried hitting the new ladies' driver that was released on New Year's Day after my dad, but I ended up hitting it poorly after just three swings. The staff at the store even chuckled. After walking around, we took a break at the food court. I had an iced latte from 7-Eleven for a break, while my daughter went to Gong Cha for Ali Shan Oolong Milk Tea with less sweetness and added nata de coco for customization. According to the explanation, it has less bitterness compared to regular Oolong Milk Tea and has a refreshing taste. It looks whiter and has more milk compared to regular milk tea. You can customize it in various ways besides tapioca, but it costs an additional 70 yen, which can add up. It seems like the tapioca boom has faded away, but our family is currently into nata de coco! My daughter mentioned that she preferred the regular milk tea from Gong Cha that she had in Korea. Although my son is also into nata de coco, he couldn't try all the juice options on the Gong Cha menu and had to give up. Since Gong Cha originated in Taiwan, it would be nice to have mango juice on the menu as well. Thank you for the meal.

2020/12 Colorful Porridge (Ginseng Chicken Soup) Set 680 yen
MOP FOOD COURT
The food court, which used to be an ice cream shop, is empty, but this place is packed with people! I got the Colorful Porridge Set for takeout, which includes three types of porridge: Black Sesame Tan Tan, Ginseng Chicken Soup, and Ginger Tomato. The rice is sticky and well-cooked. The Ginseng Chicken Soup has a gentle flavor of chicken broth that is both gentle and tasty. The set comes with black tea, which is served in a generous portion with little ice. It's not too sweet and doesn't overpower the meal, allowing the rich flavor of the tea leaves to shine through. Thank you for the delicious meal!

Gong Cha - Mitsui Outlet Park Sapporo Kitahiroshima Store. Visited for the first time while shopping. When it comes to tapioca, black sugar is the best! I chose black sugar milk tea with tapioca. It's sweet and delicious. I love black sugar and black honey. I received a lot of coupon tickets.

This is a tapioca shop located in the Sapporo Mitsui Outlet Park Kitahiroshima, which used to be a Cold Stone Creamery. You can choose your tea and add tapioca to it. There are various customization options available. The tapioca is chewy and delicious. The food court in the outlet is quite fulfilling. Mitsui never disappoints!

After enjoying a hamburger at the MOP food court, my companion with a bird-like mask on their face said, "Of course we're going to a new store next, chirp chirp." And then, with an "Oh, okay..." they led me to a tapioca drink shop. Tapioca seems to have gained a certain loyal fan base, but the booming trend appears to have visibly faded. Quick-service formats have already transitioned to new products, but new store openings seem confident. However, this chain insists, "The taste is good, chirp chirp." I tried the tapioca milk tea... and I think, yes, the milk tea is good. However, the countless konjac... no, chewy tapioca sinking to the bottom, while it does blend well with the drink, I still don't understand what the appeal is. It's a casual drink concept, so there seems to be demand, but what about a year from now... Maybe I'm worrying unnecessarily. "Isn't it delicious?" "Y-yeah..." I wonder if I finished the whole thing... I can't seem to remember...

I came to MOP to buy vegetables. I remembered that Miyu-chan introduced the small tapioca from "Gong Cha" in a review, so I decided to visit! I ordered the Creamy Tapioca (Strawberry). The takeout price is 162 yen including tax, while eating in the store costs 165 yen including tax. The cup is really small, with a diameter of 6cm. It was handed to me in a small paper bag. I enjoyed it at home! The creamy texture was amazing, with plenty of black sugar flavored tapioca in the creamy layer. Underneath the cream was a sweet strawberry syrup. It might not be satisfying for those with a sweet tooth, but for someone like me who prefers savory flavors, it was quite a lot. If I have the chance, I would like to try their porridge next time. Thank you, "Gong Cha"!

This is a place located on the second floor of Mitsui Outlet Park Sapporo Kitahiroshima in Ogu Yuki-cho, Kitahiroshima City. As always, please check the exact location on the map on Tabelog. I heard that a tea specialty shop opened at Mitsui Outlet Park Sapporo Kitahiroshima, so I visited the store out of curiosity. Upon arriving at Mitsui Outlet Park Sapporo Kitahiroshima, I parked my car in the rooftop parking lot, entered the building, and went down to the second floor using the stairs to find the shop. Upon reaching the shop, I went to the register to check the menu. This time, I ordered the "Samgyetang and Ali Shan Oolong Tea" from the colorful porridge tea set, paid, and waited at a table. After 7-8 minutes, my order was called, and I picked up the Samgyetang and Ali Shan Oolong Tea and placed them on the table. The Samgyetang cup looked small, and it contained steamed chicken, fried onions, pine nuts, and shredded chili peppers. I first tried the porridge, which had a subtle dashi flavor and saltiness, and it was enjoyable even on its own. Mixing the ingredients with the porridge, I finished it quickly. The Ali Shan Oolong Tea had a generous amount and was easy to drink with a mild bitterness and astringency. Overall, the food at this restaurant is more suitable for snacking when you're a little hungry, especially for young girls.
