I visited this restaurant for a princess's birthday, so I ordered individual dishes instead of a course menu because there might be some picky eaters. The potage soup, assorted sashimi, tempura, matsutake mushroom tempura, oyster fry, scallop butter grilled, and steak sushi were particularly delicious! It's relatively affordable to enjoy delicious food, with private rooms, a good atmosphere, and great service. I highly recommend it! Thank you for the meal!

From private gatherings to work meetings, I have been a long-time patron of this establishment. The convenience here is remarkable, with options for private rooms, booths, and a counter where smoking is allowed. There are plenty of seats available, and the private rooms even come with air conditioning. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes and a decent selection of drinks. In addition to the regular menu, there are always seasonal dishes made with fresh ingredients. The quality of the food and drinks is suitable for business entertaining as well. When you can't decide where to eat, this place is always a safe bet. I look forward to continuing to frequent this place in the future.

Today was my first visit to Marusan this year. Coming here always gives me a sense of comfort and high expectations. Today, I decided to go for seafood dishes, ordering sashimi of sea bream, shark ray, flounder, and spear squid, along with fried blowfish fins as a side dish, and island pickled scallions and freshly boiled 540 as accompaniments for drinks. The side dishes were excellent, but the sea bream sashimi I had today was amazing. It was incredibly rich and flavorful, with a perfect balance of umami and sweetness. Sprinkling it with coarse salt brought out the maximum flavor of the sea bream. Thank you for always providing such delicious dishes. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious offerings today as well.

We went to a year-end party with our family. We had a private room where we could relax, and the staff were all polite and kind, making it a fun time. This time we had a course meal, but the a la carte menu also looked delicious, so I want to try it next time. This is a recommended restaurant for entertaining clients or having a girls' night out.

It's on the upper floors of a mixed-use building! The menu didn't have photos, so it was a bit difficult to choose, but all the dishes that came out were delicious and I was really happy ♡♡ I especially liked the chawanmushi and ginkgo nuts! If the menu was easier to read and the private rooms didn't feel a bit cheap, it would definitely be a 5-star rating!! It was a delicious restaurant that I can recommend to others ♡

Today was the day I had been looking forward to for a while - dinner with a building owner. It had been a long time since we last met, so I was really excited. The evening turned out to be amazing - we started off with a toast of Juyondai sake, which I had never seen before. Then we had other rare sake like Jikon and Kyuhei. The owner knows I love squid and abalone, so we had some really high-quality ones. The presentation of the dishes was so beautiful that it was hard to take photos. We had a variety of dishes, including fugu sashimi, grilled abalone, and other fresh seafood. The black abalone from Sanriku was served as sashimi and steak, and it was a rare treat to have both male and female abalones. It's not often that I get to eat abalones of this size, so it was a special experience. Thank you to the presidents of T and H companies for the wonderful meal!

Today I visited Maru-san completely privately. Unlike the usual entertaining atmosphere, coming here privately makes it feel like a completely different restaurant and very comfortable. We used a private room for two people and enjoyed a delicious meal leisurely. The highlight today was the thick-cut sirloin sashimi. I usually enjoy steak with wasabi soy sauce, so just hearing about rare sirloin sashimi made me think of wasabi soy sauce, making this a menu item I really loved. Since I had curry as the last course the other day, today I ordered my second favorite dish, crab meat and egg porridge. The elegant broth-based porridge perfectly rounded off today's meal!

I visited Maaru-san after a long time because my former boss, whom I respect, came to town after 3 years. This time, I changed things up and picked several items from today's menu to order. We enjoyed a sashimi platter (yellowtail, flounder, scallop), crab miso meat, fried herring, tempura of true cod, and pickled mackerel while reminiscing about the past. For dessert, I ordered garlic rice curry, which is my favorite. The soup of the day was miso soup with shirako, and it was delicious. As always, all the dishes I ordered were of high quality and left me completely satisfied!

There was a mix-up with the reservation, so we ended up ordering a la carte instead of the set course menu. Despite the high prices, my best friend ordered generously, so I didn't hesitate to indulge. Everything was fantastic. The main focus was teppanyaki and Japanese cuisine, so we had a bit of everything today. I used to gather and eat abalone myself in my childhood, but now it's a luxury item, so it was nostalgic to enjoy it. The wagyu beef sashimi melted in my mouth. The cod milt tempura offered a different flavor profile. The sirloin was cooked perfectly and also melted in my mouth. The standout dish was the chawanmushi - the crab was delicious, but the broth was exceptional. We also went through several bottles of wine quickly. It was a fun time, filled with old stories and delicious food that added a nice touch. Thank you. I was truly impressed by the amazing hospitality.

On the second day of my business trip to Sapporo in July 2022, I had a dinner that was one of the best receptions I've had in over ten years. The main dish was the sirloin steak, which was incredibly tender and flavorful. The restaurant also offers a great selection of affordable and delicious wines. Other dishes, including foie gras and seafood, were also delicious. When I gave the taxi driver the address of the restaurant instead of the name, he knew exactly where to take me, indicating that it is a popular spot. This experience made me realize why this restaurant is so highly regarded.

Today, I visited Maru-san for the first time in a while (over a year and a half?). The number of customers in the restaurant was still lower than before the pandemic, but the lifted restrictions made me feel a little more at ease and allowed me to enjoy my time there. Instead of the usual omakase, I decided to order a la carte. I had tempura of shrimp, abalone, and seasonal sashimi (scallops, salmon, and red snapper), as well as deep-fried white fish and 540 potato fries. Choosing and enjoying only delicious items is a unique experience that Maru-san offers. I had a delicious meal today as well.

I chose the omakase course at Teppanyaki Nomaru Hemaru for 7,500 yen and went with the beef tongue option. I really enjoyed the initial sashimi course, as I love sashimi. I was so engrossed in conversation that I didn't pay much attention to the food, but it was a fun time with old friends. While we opted for the course this time, they also offer a la carte options, so it might be nice to enjoy some drinks and snacks at a second location. The food was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

The taste is so delicious that it's impressive no matter what you eat! It's rare to find a place where everything from the atmosphere, presentation, to taste is good, but this place is truly exceptional! Everyone I've invited to go with me has been impressed. The many private rooms are also recommended, making it a relaxing place to go with anyone! I've been here several times and I want to keep coming back!

Yesterday, I had a dinner party and visited Maaru-san after a long time. It was a Friday, and despite the ongoing pandemic, the bustling atmosphere at Maaru was truly impressive. I enjoyed a variety of fresh seafood dishes after a long time. The tarako rice bowl at the end was so delicious that I wanted to eat it with warm white rice due to the high-quality tarako flavor.

Today's dinner - it's been a while since my last visit. This restaurant has two locations on the 2nd and 5th floors. Normally, I would go to the 5th floor for teppanyaki, but due to the current situation with COVID-19, that location is temporarily closed. So, I visited the 2nd floor location, which I haven't been to in a while. The seating arrangement doesn't allow for a live teppanyaki experience, but the food is the same as the 5th floor location. I ordered the beef sushi, which was delicious with its tender meat and subtly seasoned rice. Next, I tried the steamed vegetables and grilled leeks, both of which were sweet and tasty. Grilled leeks are a hidden gem on the menu. The main steak dish, served with garlic chips, was also delicious. They offer mustard as a condiment, but personally, I prefer wasabi. They have a good selection of wines to choose from as well. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

I visited this restaurant for dinner on Monday, recommended by a subordinate who lives locally. They made a reservation for us over the phone for a course meal that included several grilled dishes and all-you-can-drink option. We arrived around 8:40 pm with a group of three. The restaurant is located on the second floor of a building slightly north of the main street in Susukino, a little west from the station. We stayed for about 3 hours and had beer, beer, beer, red wine, red wine, sake, sake, sake, sake, sake. The food we had included appetizers, sashimi, foie gras chawanmushi, tempura, pork dice steak, and rice to finish. Everything was delicious, but the standout was the foie gras chawanmushi. It had a slightly Western flavor with a rich foie gras taste, truly exquisite. The portion sizes were a bit small, but just right for adult dining. We drank a lot. Thank you for the meal.

Susukino is the main restaurant of the day♪ I requested to drink at this restaurant♪ The course costs 5000 yen per person, drinks not included. I have a memory of coming here with my boss a few years ago and everything I ate was delicious! So, after a long time, I decided to visit again♪ The food is truly delicious and highly recommended Japanese cuisine! I haven't tried the teppanyaki here, but I have a strong impression that you can enjoy delicious Japanese food! I started with sparkling wine - so refreshing and delightful. Then I switched to sake, "Tajima Sake" - incredibly delicious! I really liked this sake! The attention to detail in the glassware is also nice. The simmered dish was tender and perfectly seasoned. There was also sashimi chips! The sashimi was fresh and delicious. I loved the chawanmushi with foie gras! It had a gentle and delicious taste with a hint of dashi. The tempura and corn tempura were so sweet and melt-in-your-mouth. The salad was crispy and fresh! The pork dish was also explained to us, but I was only half-listening and don't remember the details, so sorry to the staff at the restaurant (ーдー;). It was delicious but the portion was quite generous! I guess if you choose a higher-priced plan, the type of meat changes, maybe to beef. Since they advertise as a "teppanyaki" restaurant, I wonder if they cook the dishes you order right in front of you at the counter? I went to Susukino for a dinner party. It was the usual mischievous duo! Let's eat delicious food and have fun together! I know this place is good for entertaining, but it's hard to take pictures, so it's an unreveiwed place for me. First, let's cheers with a glass of Chablis! It's the best for a toast! It's a refreshing dry wine and easy to drink. The appetizer is asparagus. It's delicious with a flavorful broth. I quickly ordered the chilled tomatoes. It's refreshing and tasty with a tangy dressing. I ordered a sashimi platter. The fish is fresh and delicious! Especially the sea urchin is sweet and melts in your mouth. I added a glass of Kenzo Estate Napa Valley Asatsuyu 2018. This wine costs around 10,000 yen in stores, but it's served here for 1,600 yen per glass. It has a refreshing and fruity taste with a high aroma. It's a really good wine! I also ordered pig feet, which my husband loves! Haha. He really likes this dish. It goes well with high-quality white wine. I enjoyed the simmered shark fin, which has a firm and gelatinous texture. It's like a pudding, very delicious! Next, I had a reasonably priced Marquis de Bordeaux Sauvignon. It's a refreshing wine. I also had Kutchan 540's potato fries. The potatoes are very fluffy and taste great with lots of butter. I had a bite-sized piece of Japanese beef and grilled foie gras. It was an exceptional dish. The sweetness and richness of the foie gras shine through. The deep-fried corn is also delicious. The sweetness is enhanced by frying it. The squid tempura was good, but it felt ordinary compared to the other dishes that day. I had a highball and then switched to sake. I had Jyukichi's Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki. This sake is delicious! It's refreshing and clear. It's truly like the wine of sake. Finally, I had a medium-rare Wagyu sirloin steak. The tenderness of the meat, the melt-in-your-mouth texture, it was so satisfying! I paid the bill and it was a great meal! Thank you!
