I bought 2 salt breads as there were only 6 slices left in the afternoon on Saturday. The salt bread had to be eaten on the same day. I followed the reheating instructions for the salt bread and it was delicious, just like the regular bread. Thank you for the meal.

It's been over 3 years since I last had Nagomi's bread when I was living in Hyogo Prefecture. A coworker made a sandwich with Nagomi's bread for me, but I haven't bought it myself in over 3 years. Despite trying to buy it multiple times and finding it sold out, I was finally able to purchase it after a long time. The staff at the store are very polite. Since it was the first day, I ate it fresh by tearing it apart. It's still delicious as ever. Thank you for the meal.

After Karina left, my wife crossed the road and went into the store. She managed to make a purchase in the 3 minutes it took me to leave the parking lot. When we got home, we dug in... it was delicious! The opening time crowds have disappeared, but there were still many customers. We bought a pack of 6 slices of fresh bread for 486 yen. It was a feast! Thank you! (^^)v

I have been to Sapporo several times, but unfortunately, the bread I wanted was often sold out. So I was surprised to find it in Muroran this time. They had two types of bread: regular white bread and a burnt-looking black bread. Since my husband and I couldn't finish both, we decided to buy the regular bread this time. The black bread is called Kuroyama. It cost 972 yen at Ginnoyoshi. I tried it before going, and unlike other high-end bread, it wasn't too sweet, which was just right for me. I don't like sweet bread like pastries. It was delicious as it is or toasted. I have tried various high-end bread before, but this one stood out for its delicious taste, thanks to being a long-established bakery. I would like to try the black bread next time if I can go again. It's a hidden gem as it's not crowded. Thank you for the meal!

Based on the information I had, this shop seemed to be positioned as a high-class bakery, so I decided to give it a try! It appears to be a chain store, as some acquaintances have been there before. They had good things to say about it, so I was looking forward to it. They offer two sizes of bread: a half loaf and a full loaf. Since I was alone, I opted for the half loaf. The bread was soft, fluffy, and slightly sweet, making it quite delicious. However, considering the price (slightly over 400 yen), I felt that the cost performance was not great. Honestly, I think I would prefer the "potato bread" from the Italian restaurant "Carina" across the street, as it is cheaper and tastier than the bread here.

The store opened in Hakodate on March 19th and the bread is baked in the morning and delivered. On Mondays, before 2 pm, there is a continuous flow of customers coming for takeout, so there is always a line of 4-5 people inside the store. There are many staff members working during opening hours, with 2 staff members outside guiding customers and seeing them off to their cars. This is the 10th store in Hokkaido, with potential for more expansion in places where stores have not yet opened. Although the bread is not baked on-site in Muroran, it is still sold there under the name of a "sales store." I bought 2 loaves but it was too much for my family of 3, so I'll consider pre-ordering 1 loaf next time. The staff were very helpful and even provided separate bags for each loaf. The bread was moist, soft, and delicious, with a subtle sweetness that doesn't get boring. It's a bit pricey for everyday bread, so it could be a treat or a gift. They also sell jam, which I'd like to try sometime. I recommend pre-ordering if you want a 1 loaf size. I'll definitely pre-order 1 loaf next time.
