On January 29, 2016, I visited after a year and a half! The nice guy at the restaurant welcomed me with a big smile saying, "Oh, it's been a while!" This kind of hospitality is definitely a plus! Today’s curry was vegetable curry, and I ordered it very hot along with warm chai. Even though it was rainy, the place was bustling with lunch customers, which was delightful. Ahh! I just had such delicious food! I felt really satisfied, especially with the cheese naan, which was still amazing! On April 12, 2014, I suddenly felt like having cheese naan, so I jumped in for lunch! There are many Indian restaurants in Amagasaki, but this one was full at lunch time! The branch next to Maruhachi seems to be popular too, so that’s great! My husband and I always get the cheese naan set together. Every time we visit, the quality hasn’t dropped, so we can enjoy our meal without worries. I have a video of it on YouTube, so check it out. As expected from a historically prominent restaurant, the level of quality is the highest around. On October 19, 2013, I made a visit after quite some time! I’m sorry for not visiting sooner! Recently, there have been many Indian and Nepalese restaurants popping up in Amagasaki, but after comparing cheese naans, this one is the best! The amount of cheese, the way it’s baked, and the taste are all top-notch! The curry is mild and rich, perfect for Japanese tastes. I heard they are opening a new branch, so I hope the taste stays just as good! On July 17, just two days later, I returned because my daughter wanted to have lunch! She ordered the B lunch set, and of course, I got the cheese naan set! Once again, it was so delicious! My daughter exclaimed, “Mom, please give me a piece!” and when she tried it, she was blown away, saying, “Wow! This is amazing!” The taste is addictive! Since I came around 2 PM, it was not crowded, allowing us to enjoy our meal leisurely. Sorry for staying until just before 3 PM—I'll be back again! On July 15, 2012, I used my lunch break to visit. I was surprised that this restaurant wasn’t on Tabelog! I hadn’t been here in a while but have visited many times since. The staff, as always, consist of handsome guys! It was almost full since it was a Sunday afternoon. It makes me really happy to see how popular it is. I hadn’t tried their cheese naan before, so of course, I got the cheese naan set. The pork curry they served me said, “You like it spicy, right?” I was so touched they remembered! The cheese naan arrived, and wow! This is exactly the cheese naan I was searching for! It was stretchy, creamy, and served hot. I was thrilled with how generous they were with the cheese! The pork curry was made spicy, and it had big pieces of meat. It had been a while since I had their curry, but it was delicious as always. I couldn’t finish the three pieces of cheese naan, so I had to share with my friend—it’s incredibly filling. I think this is the best Indian restaurant in the area, and they have the best-looking staff too! With such delicious cheese naan nearby, I definitely need to come here more often!

Since I discovered this cheese naan, I can't eat it anywhere else. I always order the cheese naan, and I often go for the daily curry special or chicken curry. The curry's spiciness can be adjusted, so I think both spice lovers and those who prefer milder flavors will be satisfied.

I wanted to eat some delicious curry, so I asked a friend for recommendations and found a great place. My wife ordered the cheese naan set, while I chose a different set. We could select from chicken, pork, dal, keema, or today's special for the curry, and there were five levels of spiciness to choose from. The drink menu was also extensive and offered a nice variety. The naan is unlimited, but I was so full from the portion size that I couldn't go for a second helping. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the taste, portion size, service, and price!

I found myself craving Indra Dip again after a while, so I ended up going there. When I tried to sit at a table with my child, they kindly recommended a tatami mat seating area, which was very considerate! The lunch was 980 yen, and they brought out drinks first. The salad arrived, followed by a large naan, and I got to choose two types of curry: chicken and the daily special keema with egg. It was great to enjoy two dishes! The chicken tikka was hot and filling as well. I appreciated that naan refills were available, although I didn’t get any this time. I've noticed that more places are starting to charge extra for naan refills, so I hope Indra Dip continues to do things the way they have. Everything was delicious, and I finished my meal completely. I paid with PayPay. Thank you for the meal!

It was really huge...! It was delicious. The hot dish was the best. I’ll definitely come back. The service was amazing; even though I didn't order a drink, they kindly offered me one! I was also able to adjust the spiciness of the curry.

I had a craving for Indian curry and decided to try this restaurant that I had been curious about. Since it was past 1 PM, I was able to get seated right away. Even though it was a weekday, there were about four other groups there. The cost performance is amazing at under 1000 yen! The meal includes a choice of drinks (with two types of lassi), salad, a choice of two curries, tandoori chicken, papadam (a thin cracker-like snack), and unlimited servings of large naan or rice. I chose chicken and the daily special curry, with a spice level of "hot", which was perfect for me. I couldn't finish everything, so I took the naan home, and it was still delicious even when cold. My partner ordered the cheese naan set; the cheese was gooey and abundant, making for a huge portion. I definitely want to go back again. Thank you for the meal!

I visited on a weekday evening. It was not crowded, so it was easy to get in. I ordered the two curry set and changed to cheese naan. The cheese naan was really exquisite. The accompanying chicken was also delicious. The curry was average, but the set came with a vanilla ice cream for dessert, making it a good value for money.

Special Tali Set → Cheese Naan and Drink → Mango Lassi Spice Level → Spicy (Medium Hot). Each ingredient and curry was delicious and appealing. It's surprising that the prices haven't changed despite rising costs. Thank you for the meal!

We arrived with four people at 12:00 on Sunday. We barely managed to get a table! We ordered the B set, choosing two types of curry. The special curry of the day was something like "eggplant something," which I couldn't catch fully, but it sounded delicious, so we went with that. We ordered chicken curry and the special curry, and after waiting a few minutes, the lunch set was brought out along with an enormous naan. Is this really the price?! It even came with a lassi… My husband’s favorite place, it’s the best. By the way, we had a second helping of naan. We were so full. Thank you for the meal!

The authentic Indian cuisine was delicious. The naan was large and very filling. I loved that I could choose the spiciness level of the curry! The rice was fluffy and tasty. It was also great that dessert and drinks were included. The staff had a cool demeanor.

I went to the restaurant around 11:30 AM on a weekday. There were no customers waiting, so I was able to enter smoothly. The lunch menu here has great portions, and I always leave feeling full. The curry is delicious, but the cheese naan is especially tasty and highly recommended.

It's so delicious! I ordered a cheese naan set, and it was so good that I ended up eating one piece without dipping it in curry. By the way, I looked up "papadam," and it turns out it's a thin snack kind of like a cracker. It was on top of the naan. I've never seen it before! Whenever I come to a curry restaurant, I always find myself struggling to finish that last piece of naan because I'm so full. But I can’t help but order the cheese naan again... It's the cheese naan's fault!

I ordered cheese naan, which was loaded with cheese and made me very satisfied. It seemed like it had a lot of calories. The restaurant was dimly lit, spacious, and allowed for a relaxed dining experience. The Nepalese staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable. Since it was a weekday evening, there were fewer customers, so I could enjoy my time without any rush.

As it’s close to the nearest station, I often visit Indra Dip. Considering the great cost-performance, lunch is usually the best time to go, but today I visited during dinner. Since we usually go as a couple, we ordered the couple set. First to arrive was a mountain of salad and papadam. Eating the abundant vegetables with my favorite dressing, alternating between the salty papadam and salad, was just perfect and made the meal enjoyable. The table also had green chutney, which added a unique flavor that was quite addictive. The dishes were served quickly, and by the time we finished the salad, the table was filled with naan, curry, and seekh kebab. The seekh kebab arrived sizzling on a hot plate, steaming and piping hot. Made with mutton and chicken mince, this Indian skewer dish is similar to Japanese tsukune. Taking a bite of the juicy kebab, the aroma of spices was delightful. In the set, you could choose either seekh kebab or tandoori chicken, and for ease, I tend to select the kebab more often. Squeezing some lemon over it made it even more refreshing. Since it’s served on a hot plate, the charred vegetables were delicious and disappeared quickly. Although I was torn between cheese naan and garlic naan, I decided to go for cheese naan this time. The naan stuffed with generous cheese was sweet, chewy, and exceptional. For the curry, we could choose two from all the options, and we ordered the classic saag mutton and the chicken dopiaza, which I hadn’t tried yet. The chicken dopiaza features chicken, onions, and bell peppers in a tomato-based sauce and is a bit more Western in its flavor. With large pieces of chicken, it was very satisfying. We opted for the Hot spice level, and even though it had a kick, the tomato base made it very easy to eat. The spinach curry from Indra Dip is our favorite, and we typically order it Sweet to balance with the other curry. The mutton had no strong gamey taste and was solid and filling, fitting perfectly with the curry. Both curries were delicious, leaving us very satisfied. Additionally, we ordered a cream tikka that I had been curious about for a while. It arrived on a hot plate with four large pieces of chicken and vegetables. The chicken was tender, juicy, and the richness and sweetness of the cream made it a great companion to the curry. Although it was quite a hefty dish leading to a feeling of overordering, I’d definitely want to try it again when I have room in my stomach. For drinks, I was torn between lassi and cold chai, ultimately opting for chai. It was subtly spiced, leaving a refreshing aftertaste with a hint of sweetness from the syrup, effectively cleansing the palate after the curry. Finally, we enjoyed ice cream for dessert, concluding our dinner for the evening. During lunch, if you order a set, naan is unlimited, and even during dinner, if you use a coupon from Tabelog, you can have unlimited naan with a set. Since it’s close to the station, I highly recommend visiting at least once!

I visited the restaurant with my junior colleague, and this was our third time there! Each time, we check the menu, but since I want to try two types of curry, I always end up ordering the same ones. This time, we had seafood curry and spinach curry. First, we were served a salad with a delicious orange, thick dressing. The naan is freshly baked, huge, and always fills me up. By the way, you can get unlimited naan refills. After we almost forgot about dessert, we were pleasantly surprised with vanilla ice cream. Thank you for the meal!

After finishing work at Tachibana Station, I had a lunch set on the south side of the station. The lunch B set was priced at 980 yen and included two types of curry: chicken curry and the daily special, which was mushroom keema curry. It also came with naan, rice, a salad, two pieces of chicken tikka, and a drink (oolong tea). The naan was large, with a delightful buttery flavor, and had a crispy exterior while being fluffy inside, making it very tasty. The two types of curry didn’t have significant differences, so perhaps I made a poor choice there. The chicken tikka was infused with strong charcoal flavor and was incredibly delicious, with very little dryness—it was moist and tender! Finally, the drink service was a nice bonus, leaving me very satisfied with the meal. During lunch hours, the place was packed, particularly with women, which explains the full house. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

The special tari set salad, rice, seekh kebab, chicken tikka, naan, curry, and a drink cost 1190 yen. I switched the drink to beer, which added 250 yen. I chose cheese naan, but I ended up with four pieces that were mostly just blocks of cheese. The curry, which was spicy pork and dal, had just the right amount of heat and was delicious. The service was also good, as they adjusted the beer selection to guide our choices.

On the way to do some shopping at Costco in Amagasaki with my wife, we decided to have lunch. My wife hadn’t been in the best of moods since the morning and was silently fiddling with her smartphone in the passenger seat. I made various suggestions like "How about this place?" or "What about that one?" but received no response. Just as I was contemplating what to do, she said, "I found a highly-rated Indian restaurant in Tachibana!" It seemed she had been searching on Google. Of course, I didn't dare to oppose her suggestion. Following the directions from Mother Navigator, we made our way to the area near JR Tachibana Station, somewhere we had never been before. After parking in a coin-operated lot, it was just a minute's walk. The restaurant is located just south of the station. The surroundings have various nice-looking izakayas and dining places that seem convenient—definitely a spot I’d consider visiting for drinks. A woman who was walking ahead of us entered the restaurant we were heading for. The interior was long and narrow, and there were quite a few customers inside. There were also many solo diners, which gave me a good vibe that the food might be delicious. The menu had a rich selection of lunch options. The B lunch, which includes Chicken Tikka and allows you to choose two types of curry, seemed like a great deal. I opted for the same choice as my wife, planning to taste four different curries: chicken curry, dal curry, keema curry, and the curry of the day, which was eggplant curry. We decided on medium spice level to match my wife’s preference; I would have chosen extra spicy without hesitation. The salad arrived first. I always find the dressing at Indian restaurants delightful, and this one especially tasted great. When the main plate came out, the naan was fluffy and warm. Compared to the Indian restaurant we usually visit in Nishinomiya, the aroma here was slightly milder, but it was still quite tasty. The curries had a similar base flavor but varied in ingredients. The spiciness was sufficient, and I was satisfied without needing extra hot. The chicken tikka was particularly to my liking. It was boneless tandoori chicken, with just the right amount of spiciness. For drinks, I chose lassi, although I usually prefer chai. However, since I tend to sweat a lot, I opted for a cold drink to prevent getting drenched afterward. My wife had mango lassi; I tried a bit of both, and they were both delicious! By this time, my wife's mood had greatly lifted. It was a nice restaurant, definitely worth another visit! Thank you for the meal! By the way, while I mentioned it was an Indian restaurant, it turns out it’s run by people from Nepal. The place we frequently visit in Nishinomiya is the same. I've noticed a growing number of these establishments, commonly called "Indo-Nepali." Out of curiosity, I looked up the reason behind this trend, and it turned out to be quite interesting! Apparently, India and Nepal have a good relationship, so there’s no issue there. When I traveled to Europe before, I saw many "Japanese restaurants" owned by people who were obviously Chinese, and according to local Japanese people, the dishes were entirely different! However, I believe the situation here is quite different.

It's been a while since I visited Indra Dip! The lunch specials are a great deal, but I haven't been able to come during lunch, so I opted for dinner. I ordered naan and curry, and even though there’s no unlimited refills, one serving is surprisingly filling. Interestingly, there were two other solo diners besides me. To my surprise, I got a complimentary lassi! I usually have chai, and it was so satisfying... so delicious! I will definitely come back for lunch. Thank you for the meal!

I've been wanting to visit this restaurant for a long time because it's highly rated. The staff were friendly, and the food was outstanding. My companion, who isn't fond of spicy food, absolutely loved it and kept eating happily. The naan was quite large, and I had to give up on getting a second serving because it was so filling and delicious—I wish I could have eaten more. I plan to go back again!

The naan was refillable, but before I had a chance for seconds, I was already satisfied and full. The cheese naan was unbelievably delicious. It was loaded with cheese, and that cheesy part was exceptionally tasty. It was so good that I'd be willing to go just for the cheese naan. Also, the charm of the staff added to the experience. They were cheerful, smiling, and joking around like lively Indians, which made dining in the unique atmosphere enjoyable, not just because of the delicious food but also the fun ambiance. They were quick to refill our water whenever it ran low. Of course, the curry was also delicious. I opted for the lunch special where I could choose two types of curry from five different options, including a daily special. However, the cheese naan was so good and filling that, even though I usually have no reason to go to Tachikawa station, I would love to visit again. My sister chose a dessert-free menu, but when my dessert was brought out, the staff graciously included one for her as well. The friendly staff who had been joking just moments earlier impressed me again with their kindness. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're feeling down, thanks to the menu and the restaurant's atmosphere.
