Sapporo, Odori. Down the stairs from the side of the Starbucks diagonally across from Ikeuchi. It's a favorite hamburger shop♪ "Handmade Hamburger Factory Toshi (Toshi)" The delicious hamburgers made with a thorough commitment to ingredients and the exquisite salad that changes daily are recommended☆ The recommended dish is the "Wasabi Hamburger"♪ But I also like the Japanese-style onion sauce hamburger♡
<Hamburger>
The hamburger is a juicy coarse ground type packed with the umami of the meat. Made with a blend of meat from Ikeda-cho's Ikeda beef, Sapporo's Yumiminsha pork, and Takuma-cho's Sakurahime chicken, it has a simple taste that brings out the natural umami of the meat. When you put your chopsticks into the hamburger, the meat juice oozes out, which is irresistible. You can choose from several types of sauces and toppings, such as "Wasabi", "Grated Daikon", and "Cheese", but the Wasabi sauce is a sweet and savory Japanese-style sauce with a hint of spicy Wasabi that is very easy to eat♪
<Salad>
Noteworthy is how delicious the salad is!!! A plate full of vegetables that looks like a farm itself. In the beginning, the salad was made with pesticide-free vegetables directly sourced mainly from contracted farmers near Sapporo, but recently it has switched to using completely pesticide-free vegetables from their own garden☆ Radish, carrots, zucchini, cucumbers, tomatoes, leaf lettuce, mizuna, purple radish, turnips, baby greens, etc... The radish is juicy and incredibly sweet when you bite into it, the carrots are rich and surprisingly sweet, and the turnips are soft and their fine texture sticks to your teeth. The mizuna has a transparent taste with a texture that gives a sense of water. Each vegetable has a presence and is full of vitality♡ Vegetables are living things, and their performance can change depending on the season. In winter, vegetables from outside Hokkaido are also used, but overall, the salad at this shop is a plate for savoring the ingredients of vegetables beyond the framework of a "salad". A salad made with a variety of colorful vegetables. Delicious for both the eyes and the body. The content changes depending on the season and the day, which is also one of the enjoyable aspects. A main dish that is not an exaggeration, with volume and deliciousness(´∀`*)♡
★Ikeda Beef★
A breed of cattle called "Akagyu", which is a brown-haired Japanese breed, produced in Ikeda-cho, Hokkaido. It is known for its refreshing taste with a moderate marbling. It is also famous for feeding the sediment of "Tokachi Wine," a specialty of Ikeda-cho, to the breeding cattle, as the high-nutrient wine sediment is said to make the fat meat mellow and delicious. The shop also introduces a photo of producer Mr. Kohara, which gives a very reassuring feeling!
★Moomin Pork★
Pork raised at Yumiminsha in Sapporo's Hayraimachi, known as a brand of pork raised by feeding whey. I thought it was similar to Whey Pork, but Yumiminsha is a cheese factory, so the quality and freshness of the whey seem to be good. Pork raised by drinking high-protein, low-fat whey has a high water retention capacity, so even when grilled, it is juicy and moist. Rice is sourced from Nagayama and is freshly polished in the morning for the day's use, another point of commitment☆
Despite the dedication to these reliable ingredients, the set with plenty of rice and vegetable salad, the Wasabi Hamburger is around 1400 yen for dinner. For lunchtime, the hamburger is slightly smaller, starting from around 1200 yen. The cost performance is also excellent♪ There are many delicious hamburger shops in Sapporo, but the salad here is the only one that makes you feel the "love" beyond the commitment to vegetables. Highly recommended♪
