Opened in 2017 in Minamienzan, an Italian restaurant with a simple and elegant exterior. While there is no dedicated parking lot, it is mentioned that the "Enapark Minami 8 Nishi 22" about 2 blocks east is available for parking. Inside, the restaurant has a deep layout with counter seats leading to table seats at the back. The atmosphere is quiet and calming. For lunch, they offer three options: PLANZO A, B, and C. I opted for "PLANZO A" (2,000 yen). The first dish was a combination of strawberry and octopus, a unique pairing with olive oil that worked well together. The freshness of the octopus was impressive, especially the crunchy texture of the suckers. The warm vegetable dish was presented in a distinctive stone-like container, showcasing colorful and finely cut vegetables. Each vegetable had a hint of sweetness complemented by a well-balanced saltiness. The pasta dish consisted of a rich meat stew sauce spaghetti with wagyu beef, black pork, lamb, and pheasant. The sauce had a deep, savory flavor with a lingering umami taste. The meat was tender and flavorful, blending perfectly with the sauce. The risotto featured Tokishirazu and fuki vegetables topped with karasumi. The dish had a refined and flavorful taste, highlighting the natural umami of the ingredients. The rice had a firm texture, adding to the dish's overall appeal. The dessert included a blue cheese cake and ice cream, both delicious and satisfying. The blue cheese added a salty kick to the sweet dessert, while the moist texture of the cake was impressive. The ice cream had a creamy sweetness with a hint of citrus sauce, providing a refreshing finish. The meal ended with a cup of "KIMBO" Napoli coffee, a smooth and enjoyable coffee. The restaurant's layout and ambiance were pleasant, with lively conversations at each table. The staff provided excellent service, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The owner even personally delivered the dishes, engaging in enjoyable conversations. I look forward to returning to this restaurant.
