I made a reservation by phone the day before and visited for the first time. The restaurant is run by one chef, who serves seasonal dishes using ingredients from Hokkaido. The elegant and skillful dishes, the chef's smile, and the clean atmosphere of the restaurant make me feel like I will definitely come back again.

I had previously posted about this restaurant on my blog, and I absolutely love it because the food is delicious. I didn't have much time, so I opted for the 2000 yen course, which turned out to be a good portion size and incredibly tasty. The vegetables were fantastic, and I was impressed by the delicate and luxurious flavors of both the pasta and risotto. Overall, I was blown away by the quality of the food.

In Maruyama, a popular Italian restaurant offers a 5000 yen chef's choice course. The menu includes dishes like raw ham with matured flavor and saltiness, fresh mozzarella with a subtle presence, and strawberries for a new way of enjoying them. The meal also features rosemary focaccia, asparagus soup with various textures, pasta with horsehair crab, tomatoes, and azuki greens, gnocchi with blue cheese sauce, and a dish with octopus, mantis shrimp, and oysters in a tomato sauce. The main course is a roast of black wagyu beef, served with various condiments. For dessert, there's yogurt gelato, mugwort panna cotta, and kiwi from Ehime. The meal ends with a choice of coffee, espresso, tea, or herbal tea, along with a selection of wines. The quality of the ingredients is impressive, making this restaurant stand out in terms of value for money and overall satisfaction.

I made a reservation the other day and visited this hidden gem of a restaurant. The owner was friendly and provided excellent service. I ordered the chef's choice and the ingredients were sourced from local producers. The dishes were all delicate and showcased the natural flavors of the ingredients. They had a great selection of organic wines as well, which added to my overall satisfaction.

Today, my husband invited me to lunch without telling me the restaurant. We ended up at "DAL 1982" without a reservation. The lunch menu had three options: PLANZO A for ¥2000, B for ¥3000, and C for ¥5000, all including tax. We chose PLANZO A for ¥2000. The food was disappointing - the soup lacked flavor, the vegetables were bland, the pasta was tasteless, and the risotto had a fishy taste. The dessert was a mixed bag - one dish had a delicious orange pound cake with caramel ice cream, while the other had an unpleasant soy sauce ice cream. Overall, the experience was a letdown despite the high ratings on Tabelog. We won't be returning.

Located at Minami 6 Jo Nishi 22 Chome, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, DAL 1982 is an Italian restaurant that opened in the Maruyama area in November 2017. The name "DAL 1982" signifies the owner chef Komatsu's birth year, with "DAL" meaning "from" in Italian. The restaurant aims to express gratitude and experience through each dish. I visited for lunch, choosing the 5,000 yen course. The chef greeted me warmly in the simple and cozy interior. The meal consisted of dishes made with seasonal fish, vegetables, and ingredients carefully selected by the chef from trusted producers. From ham to eel, each dish was beautifully presented and delicious. The wine chosen by the chef perfectly complemented the meal. The peaceful atmosphere created by Chef Komatsu made the dining experience even more enjoyable. I look forward to visiting this wonderful Italian restaurant again in a different season.

I visited the market for the second time during the year-end and New Year period, and they were only offering à la carte menu. Luckily, I was able to make a reservation, but the table seats were fully booked throughout. The city was crowded during this time, and without a reservation, everywhere had long queues. It was a good decision on my part. I sat at a table, and the spacing between tables was wider than I expected, so I didn't mind the surrounding glances or conversations. This might make me consider not sitting at the counter next time. It didn't have as much impact as the first visit, but I was satisfied enough. The owner, Mr. Komatsu, seemed gentle. My companions were also pleased, so that was good. All the change was given in new bills. It's quite rare to find a good Italian restaurant in Sapporo where you can eat à la carte. I'd like to come back at night someday. --- ◆ Duck Meat - Tender with a sweet taste of fat, delicious ◆ Shiitake Mushroom with Caciocavallo cheese ◆ Beef Ragù Garganelli - Plenty of beef, tasty ◆ Risotto with Karasumi, Cod, and Chinese Cabbage ◆ Ezo Venison Roast - Delicious sauce, rock salt, whole grain mustard to taste. Drink details omitted.

I, a free person on the day, contacted a friend to have lunch and was told that there was a reservation at a restaurant, DAL1982 in Maruyama, where an additional person could be accommodated. The chef was the only one working, so they had a limit on the number of guests (six people in total with three groups seated at the back table). A couple of walk-in customers were turned away as the chef didn't want to compromise on quality. We arrived 30 minutes late due to some circumstances, but the service and cooking were both meticulous and we did not have to wait, making it a comfortable experience. We ordered the B course, where you choose between meat or fish. The appetizer was a sweet Akaike-gawa taro soup salad, which was more delicious than expected. The two types of focaccia served alongside it were milk and walnut. The warm vegetable dish included romanesco, beets, and Hokkaido carrots among 10 different vegetables, and the seasoning really brought out the deep sweetness of the vegetables. The pasta dish was spaghetti with squid and basil, with the chewy texture of the squid and the aroma of fresh basil combining beautifully with the sauce. The risotto with Shiitake mushrooms from Obihiro and Shichinose-cho king shiitake mushrooms had a perfect balance of the mushroom's umami and the saltiness of ricotta cheese. The main dish was pork from Hotsukaido with a good amount of fat that was light and clean. The freshly caught Monki soy sauce was skillfully prepared, with the skin's fat, texture, and aroma showing the chef's meticulous work. The turnip sauce paired well with it, but I couldn't quite understand why they included bell peppers. For dessert, there was panna cotta with soy sauce sorbet, accompanied by espresso and chamomile. It was a light Italian dessert with a touch of Japanese essence. The course cost 3000 yen, but it was very satisfying. I hope the restaurant gains popularity with its carefully selected ingredients. It would be great to see a Sicilian restaurant in Hokkaido that utilizes local ingredients. I haven't been to the relocated Fratelli's shop in Niseko or Maruyama recently, so I should check it out.

Opened in 2017 in Minamienzan, an Italian restaurant with a simple and elegant exterior. While there is no dedicated parking lot, it is mentioned that the "Enapark Minami 8 Nishi 22" about 2 blocks east is available for parking. Inside, the restaurant has a deep layout with counter seats leading to table seats at the back. The atmosphere is quiet and calming. For lunch, they offer three options: PLANZO A, B, and C. I opted for "PLANZO A" (2,000 yen). The first dish was a combination of strawberry and octopus, a unique pairing with olive oil that worked well together. The freshness of the octopus was impressive, especially the crunchy texture of the suckers. The warm vegetable dish was presented in a distinctive stone-like container, showcasing colorful and finely cut vegetables. Each vegetable had a hint of sweetness complemented by a well-balanced saltiness. The pasta dish consisted of a rich meat stew sauce spaghetti with wagyu beef, black pork, lamb, and pheasant. The sauce had a deep, savory flavor with a lingering umami taste. The meat was tender and flavorful, blending perfectly with the sauce. The risotto featured Tokishirazu and fuki vegetables topped with karasumi. The dish had a refined and flavorful taste, highlighting the natural umami of the ingredients. The rice had a firm texture, adding to the dish's overall appeal. The dessert included a blue cheese cake and ice cream, both delicious and satisfying. The blue cheese added a salty kick to the sweet dessert, while the moist texture of the cake was impressive. The ice cream had a creamy sweetness with a hint of citrus sauce, providing a refreshing finish. The meal ended with a cup of "KIMBO" Napoli coffee, a smooth and enjoyable coffee. The restaurant's layout and ambiance were pleasant, with lively conversations at each table. The staff provided excellent service, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The owner even personally delivered the dishes, engaging in enjoyable conversations. I look forward to returning to this restaurant.

Nanen-yama is a lovely Italian restaurant located in a quiet residential area, previously a cozy izakaya called Manbou. The chef creates delicious dishes in a warm and inviting atmosphere. They also offer natural wines that pair well with the gentle flavors of the food. Dinner can cost around 10,000 yen per person if you enjoy wine and a full meal. It's not the kind of place you'd visit casually, but perfect for an occasional treat.

The food was delicious and the owner was lovely. It's difficult to make appetizers with so many vegetables at home. The dessert at the end was also thoughtful to share. It was a truly wonderful time. I will come again.

DAL1982 is a restaurant owned by Komatsu-san, who seems to have been born in 1982. Komatsu-san is from the Hakodate area, located at 2107 Minami 6 Nishi 22, in a residential neighborhood. The restaurant opened at the end of November 2017 and celebrated its first anniversary at the end of November 2018. It was featured in a special edition of Sapporo's gourmet restaurants. The interior has a warm and cozy feel rather than being extravagant. I tried a variety of dishes, all of which were delicious and satisfying! They offer both a la carte and course options, with prices that are not too expensive. The course menu for dinner ranges from 5,000 to 8,000 yen. The warm vegetables were delicious, and both the pasta and risotto were tasty. The customers seemed to be mainly local residents, with a slightly older and calm atmosphere during my visit. Although there aren't many reviews, it is a popular restaurant so making a reservation, especially on weekends, is recommended. The staff were gentle and polite, making it a great place to dine. I would definitely like to visit again!

B Lunch ¥3000・ Lily root soup and focaccia ・ Assorted warm vegetables ・ Pasta with donko, king shiitake, and butterbur ・ Jersey beef and red chicory risotto ・ Hokkaido beef and caciocavallo hamburger with bamboo shoots ・ Kinako panna cotta with soy sauce ice cream. Sapporo's lunch may be a bit pricey, but it focuses on seasonal and Hokkaido-produced ingredients, bringing out the five flavors of the ingredients with cooking methods. The seasoning is simple and does not interfere with the ingredients. A warm seasoning. A course suitable for the phrase "eating while feeling the season". Designed to bring out the aroma in the mouth by paying attention not only to seasonal ingredients but also to the temperature of the dishes. When it comes to temperature control of ingredients, there are not many restaurants in Sapporo that can compare.
