Midnight ramen is the best! It's light-tasting with thin noodles, perfect for when you're craving something after a drink! I definitely had an extra serving of noodles too. They seem to have natural wine, but I opted for beer! The selection of snacks is great, making it a wonderful place. I often go on days when there’s a bearded staff member, and I really enjoy drinking there! I’ll be back again!

Since it's a street-level shop on the busy main street, there's lots of foot traffic, which gives it a nice vibe✨️ The interior is really chic, just like an urban stand should be. Alright! I started with a glass of wine✨️ The fish skewers are their signature dish, so the appetizer was fried fish bones – crunchy and full of calcium, perfect as a snack with drinks! My companions were as follows✨️ - Cheese tofu pâté with walnut bread – mmm, so stylish✨️✨️ With shredded olives and the texture of nuts, it's healthy too! - Tomatoes topped with Parmesan cheese, grilled on the surface, with lots of cheese✨️ It was so good ( ०௰० )! The flavors burst with a nice roasted aroma and fresh acidity. I started with white wine and then moved on to rosé, chatting about the neighborhood with the master and bonding over various topics‼️ The customers were diverse, making for an inspiring atmosphere✨️ I had a really fun night thanks to all the different people! I had a reservation nearby and was looking for a place to grab a quick drink for an hour before that, and I found a hit. I decided to meet up with two friends and enjoy a drink together. I rarely come to this area, but there seem to be a lot of interesting places! I’d like to explore a bit more. The interior of this stylish place, which opened less than a year ago, only has standing seats. The entrance is wide and open, making it feel great during this season! Plus, the lighting inside is really cool—I wish I could have it at home. Now, let's quench our thirst. The bearded guy said that the place specializes in natural wines, craft beers, and herbal liquors. I started with a limited Coedo beer from Shibuya. Before long, my two friends joined me. For snacks, it seems the main offerings are skewered seafood. We decided to order what each of us found interesting, so I picked octopus tentacle skewers with garlic chive soy sauce and crispy sweetfish with scales. The octopus had a nice chewy texture and a subtle sweetness, paired pleasantly with the fragrant garlic chive soy sauce. The sweetfish, however, was somewhat lacking in crunchiness compared to what I imagined with a Matsukasa fry. I also had two glasses of white wine and one glass of orange wine, which turned out to be quite robust in terms of natural flavors. Our quick pre-drinks session came to an end! When I asked the bearded guy, he mentioned that they are open until 5 AM! It’s pretty rare these days after going through the COVID pandemic, but it's nice to know that you can stay and drink until dawn, especially if you want to catch the first train home. Additionally, after 12:00, they serve ramen made with noodles from Asakusa Kaikarou, which also piqued my interest… I’d love to drop by again when I get the chance!

This time, I ordered the "Fatty Tuna Skewers," which I had been curious about, and the classic appetizer "Fish Bone Chips." The "Fatty Tuna Skewers" had a melt-in-your-mouth texture that spread rich umami flavors the moment I took a bite—it was an exquisite dish unlike anything I had tasted before, maximizing the deliciousness of the fresh tuna. The "Fish Bone Chips" had a crispy texture with concentrated fish flavor, making it a perfect accompaniment to sake. There is a wide variety of sake available, and the staff was happy to help choose pairings for the dishes. I appreciated the attentive explanations from the staff. Is it in Shinsen? It’s a standing bar where the main focus is on grilled seafood skewers. I had firefly squid, octopus, and medium fatty tuna, all of which were creative and delicious. They also recommend some great wines, so be careful not to drink too much! The atmosphere inside is open and welcoming, making it a highly recommended spot.

Finally made it to this restaurant! They offer stylish and interesting dishes featuring fish that pair well with natural wine. That day, they had a special where the first glass of natural wine was half off. So we toasted with a Japanese white wine and orange wine (for me)! They have natural wines in white, orange, and red, as well as craft beer, shochu, and craft gin. There’s also a very easy-to-drink herb liquor that I highly recommend trying when you visit! We were also treated to some mochi pouches as a complimentary offering—thank you! When I thought about it, the four-item assortment actually had more than four items?! Haha. My personal favorite from what we ordered was the Karasumi Cheese Mochi. The space is cozy, which creates a close atmosphere, making it fun to enjoy drinks with other customers and the staff.
