I visited the restaurant after about 3 weeks, and it was still delicious!! The dishes were elegantly seasoned, had good portion sizes, and left me feeling very satisfied. The drink menu was reasonably priced, as expected from a resort group like Kyoritsu Resort Group (operating Dormy Inn, etc.). This time, I stayed at a discounted rate using the New Dominn Discount (extended until March 11th) and Furano Discount (until the end of March). I was unsure whether to share the discount information first or later, but this time I will share it later. The flavors were just to my liking, and the meal was so satisfying that I wanted to introduce it again. Although some of the content overlaps with my previous visit, I will write about things that I want to convey to those who will visit in the future. Dress code: The restaurant serves course meals, but it is okay to wear the yukata and slippers provided in the room (including for breakfast). The yukata is not tight around the stomach, so you can eat a lot. About 70% of the guests wore the yukata for dinner, while about 50% wore it for breakfast. Meal start time: You can choose between 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM in 30-minute increments. Inform the staff of your choice during check-in, and they will note the time on your meal ticket. Venue: The dinner venue is the same as the breakfast venue, so it is spacious. It's really spacious. Also, for this plan, although check-in is from 2:00 PM, the large public bath can be used from 3:00 PM. Enter the venue on the 1st floor, hand your meal ticket to the staff, and they will guide you to your designated seat (breakfast is open seating). Appetizers: The appetizers were so enticing. They go well with wine or beer. One of my companions enjoyed them while sipping wine, repeatedly saying how delicious they were. Each dish was delicious. The pickled vegetables had a nice vinegar flavor, and the cream cheese canapé was creamy and won the heart of another companion. This time it was chicken pate (last time it was pate de campagne), and both the chicken pate and the deep-fried shrimp in kataifi dough were unanimously praised as delicious. The marinated scallop with shiso and daikon was also a hit among all of us. We had already finished a drink each by the time we finished the appetizers. Soup (Clam Chowder) and Bread (Olive Oil and Butter): The clam chowder was light yet rich and creamy, with plenty of clams and other ingredients. One of my companions was particularly impressed by how delicious it was. It was so good when eaten with the bread dipped in olive oil. At this point, it seemed like we had already won over the hearts of our companions. Kinmedai Saffron Nage: This time, there were clams included, which were not there last time! Our companions silently enjoyed the soup, and later they mentioned how good it is to eat something really delicious in silence. It's a simple soup, but the elegant taste created by the flavor of the kinmedai, clam broth, and tomato was delightful. I also love this flavor, and just like last time, I was happy to see our companions satisfied with it. Grilled Beef Fillet with Tarragon Sauce and Smoked Salmon Salad: The smoked salmon salad was brought out at the same time, and it was truly tempting. Although it's not part of the course, they can prepare a bowl of mixed rice and miso soup for you... I declined this time, but one of my companions who loves rice asked for it. The beef fillet was as delicious as last time, and this time it looked even more beautiful, with a well-thought-out sauce. This time, black pepper was served separately, which was appreciated as you could season it according to your preference. The grilling marks on the beef gave it a nice touch (maybe it was there last time too, but I didn't notice). The visual presentation was elegant, and the dish felt more refined compared to last time. The smoked salmon salad was the same. Perhaps a different chef prepared and presented it this time, as it seemed more dynamic. Please compare the photos from last time. Although the ingredients were the same, the visual appeal of a beautifully presented dish can make it look more delicious, don't you think? Dessert: Chocolate Roll Cake with Whipped Cream, One Piece of Strawberry, and Strawberry Ice Cream (with Chocolate Topping). Same as last time. The chocolate inside the roll cake was delicious. The strawberry ice cream was.
