I visited this restaurant after trying a few ramen and soup curry places around Susukino, but they all had long lines. This place has 8 counter seats and offers authentic meat dishes. I ordered two thick and juicy cheese hamburgers, 400g, with a side of small rice. The hamburgers were so thick and juicy, with meat juice pouring out when I cut into them. They were flavorful on their own, but the onion sauce on the side was also delicious. The cheddar cheese on top was a nice touch and added to the flavor. The neighboring tables had delicious steak and hamburger dishes as well. They offer Hokkaido specialties like lamb steak and lamb hamburgers. The lamb hamburger was even shaped like a donut. This is a great place for when you're in the mood for a hearty meat dish.

Visited on June 6, 2023! Thick-cut bacon & sunny-side-up egg burger 200g for 1,650 yen. During lunchtime, you can add a salad and miso soup for 275 yen. The hamburger was tender with juicy meat, the bacon was really thick-cut and tender, and the sunny-side-up egg was perfectly runny. The cooking was outstanding and the meal was very delicious.

The order arrived in just 10 minutes! The plate looked lively and appetizing. The Steak & Hamburger, veggies (carrots, eggplant, potatoes), and Napolitan pasta made for a satisfying visual feast. I was recommended to eat the hamburger as it is, as it already had enough seasoning. The meat was seasoned just right, not overpowering the natural flavor. The steak was to be enjoyed with the onion sauce on the plate or the soy sauce with garlic provided on the table. The soy sauce with garlic was quite strong, so I found the citrusy onion sauce to be more enjoyable. With 400g of meat, veggies, Napolitan pasta, and 200g of rice, I felt like I might have ordered too much, but everything was so delicious that I finished it all in no time. I was craving for Sagari steak. I really wanted to eat it. It's not easy to find Sagari steak, so I decided to visit this place. It was a bit slow because they were short-staffed. I ordered the Banking Tender, 200g. I didn't need rice. It took some time for the dish to be served. The vegetables and pasta on the side were carefully prepared. The meat, for me, could have been a bit more rare, but it was tender and delicious. The sauce was also tasty. I wish they had a lunch menu, that would be nice. Thank you for the meal!

This is my first visit. The interior of the restaurant is small with only counter seats. I had a 200g hamburger & 300g sagari steak with Camembert cheese topping. Since it was lunchtime, it came with rice, salad, and miso soup. The sagari was tender, juicy, and incredibly delicious. The hamburger was also tender, and when eaten with the garlic-based sauce, it was very satisfying. I tried eating half of the sagari with just salt, and I could enjoy the taste of the meat as I chewed. The owner was also very friendly. The prices are a bit high, but I want to come back once a month.

Since I was near the main street, I decided to stop by here. It's a small place with only a counter. And on this day, it seemed like they were short-staffed. The recommended lunch set includes hamburger and 100g of meat. My companion had the shoulder loin, and I had the harami (skirt steak). The hamburger was delicious. The shoulder loin was better than the harami, which was a bit tough.

There are two restaurants within a 10-minute walk from Susukino Station, and I visited the one with higher ratings. I have ordered delivery from here a few times and it's one of my favorites, so I always wanted to visit the actual restaurant someday! However, it's not easy to take my 0-year-old with me to a hot restaurant, so I decided to go during the trial period of childcare. In the month of my birthday, the black beef is also half price! I also had a bottle of beer. It's so delicious when you drink it at the restaurant, I wonder why. The cheese is overflowing with the hot dish. When I cut it in half, the meat juice is amazing! The outside is crispy and the inside is fluffy hamburger. The garlic rice we shared is also too delicious! It has a strong garlic flavor, so it might be dangerous during work. Each order is carefully grilled one group at a time, so there is a wait during busy times. However, the taste is worth the wait. The hamburger has a perfect balance of juiciness and tenderness, and it goes really well with the onion sauce. The hanging tender steak also allows you to savor the goodness of the lean meat. It is one of the best hamburgers I have had in recent years. Considering the quality, the prices are quite reasonable. I ordered the hamburger and hanging tender steak along with a non-alcoholic beer.
