At the Coco's in Eniwa, they also serve shaved ice. This year, they had seven different types of shaved ice, so you can try a different one every day! They come with lots of whipped cream and plenty of syrup, making them the best shaved ice. And the best part is, they are priced in the double digits! I hope they continue this next year too! The strawberry shaved ice was delicious as always. It had a generous amount of frozen strawberries on top of the whipped cream, with extra syrup. And it also came with condensed milk, making it perfect! I also tried the butterfly pea flower shaved ice, which changes color when you pour lemon syrup on it. It turns into a beautiful purple color, and the blue candy on top pops and crackles in your mouth, adding a fun texture. I love shaved ice, so I wish they would serve it all year round, but I know it's probably difficult to do so.

I went out for dinner. I didn't have anything specific I wanted to eat, so I had warm vegetable salad and cut steak as snacks, and since I was driving, I had non-alcoholic beer. There are quite a variety of salad and vegetable dishes, so it's like a casual dining experience similar to Saizeriya. The warm vegetable salad was surprisingly delicious, but the cut steak was a bit disappointing. The serving robot was cute.

Mini-sized pasta has appeared. It's perfect for when you want to eat a lot of salad but don't want to consume too many carbs. However, mini-sized pasta cannot be made with low-carb noodles. I enjoyed it with my favorite Caesar salad. Thank you for the meal!

Today, I finished work early and planned to go small shopping for the first time in about 2 years. I was going to look for something at Cainz and Joyful A-OK. But before that, lunch! Since the lunch was delicious the other day, I decided to stop by again. Even though the wind and rain are getting stronger today, the weather is supposed to get worse tomorrow on my day off, so I decided to go out today. I chose a regular menu item from the lunch menu. I like spicy food, so today I chose the ⭐️ Beef Steak and Jambalaya one-plate lunch with spiciness level indicated on the menu. The plate came with cut steak, jambalaya, salad, fried egg, and a mysterious green sauce. I think the green sauce was for the steak, maybe salsa sauce? It was delicious with a spicy kick. The jambalaya was full of onions and corn, and it was delicious too. However, for some reason, it didn't come out piping hot. When it was brought to the table, the steak was already cold, and the jambalaya was warm, which was a bit disappointing. But the taste was satisfying, so I'll let it slide. There were other spicy menu items, so maybe I'll try those next time? Thank you for the meal.

Over 10 years ago, I used to work here part-time while doing my current job. This was my first time actually dining in at Coco's. After my shift, I used to often buy pizza to take home since it was cheaper. I thought about trying the Jambalaya or the Baked Wrap that I used to make, but I was personally drawn to the words tomato and basil, so I chose the Chicken and Warm Vegetable Genovese Plate for 790 yen. I also got a drink set for 490 yen. I didn't have any particular thoughts about the food. I did regret not choosing something different though. I usually don't have dessert after a meal, but since it wasn't my own money, I opted for the Chocolate & Vanilla Ice Cream for 190 yen. The chocolate ice cream was delicious. I wish I had just gotten two of those instead. I regret not choosing both as chocolate. The prices mentioned are excluding tax. You can order using a tablet and earn Rakuten points.

Today I had the day off and before going to Homac in Eniwa to look for something, I couldn't decide which restaurant to have lunch at, but I chose Cocos. It was raining heavily and quite crowded due to the time, but I managed to find a seat at the back of the sofa! Phew, it's relaxing! The recommended lunch menu had pasta and hamburger options, and since I don't make hamburgers at home anymore, I went with the hamburger. It was a slightly different menu, with a mini dessert included and a soup bar available. ⭐️ Demi Tamacocotte Hamburger Lunch The hamburger in the cocotte container came with a side salad and a mini dessert, and I chose rice. I ordered using a tablet! After a while, the lunch arrived, beautifully plated like a one-plate dish. The hamburger was served with demi-glace sauce in a pan. It was delicious while piping hot. The dessert was just the right amount, and I finished it all! I thought I might try the pasta lunch next time. As a COVID-19 precaution, they provided hand sanitizer and spaced out the seating by one seat. It was delicious.

Today, I had a busy morning sending my mother to day service, going to my own medical appointment, and then finding the car inspection place crowded in the afternoon. Since the car inspection is in the neighboring town, I decided to have lunch first. I couldn't decide where to go, but ended up choosing Cocos. It had been a while since I last visited. They had lunch sets with pasta and hamburgers, and since I had pasta for dinner last night, I opted for the hamburger set. There were other tempting options, but I chose a set that came with rice or bread and access to the soup bar. However, they didn't ask if I wanted rice or bread when I ordered, so I ended up with rice. I also ordered a dish with a hamburger and cut steak. I chose chicken consomme soup, but there was also tomato soup available. The hamburger had a sauce with lots of green onions, while the cut steak had a light ponzu sauce. The meat was a bit greasy for my taste, perhaps because I'm starting to dislike oily foods as I get older. For dessert, I had the lunch menu's panna cotta with red bean and rice cake, which was delicious. Overall, I was satisfied and would definitely go back if I have the chance.

I finished my meal and headed to "Cocos" for dessert. It's been about 2 years since I last visited Cocos. This is my first review as I haven't posted any before. It's been a while since I ate at a national chain family restaurant in Ebetsu. The restaurant was moderately empty. The menu is the same as other Cocos restaurants nationwide, so it may not be necessary, but you can refer to it as a reference for what's available as of July. I ordered the "Lemon Parfait (¥429)". Since it's summer, lemon seemed like the perfect fruit, especially with the recent hot weather. I was planning on ordering a dessert anyway, but I didn't do any research on what was available, so I didn't know they had parfaits. It arrived in about 5 minutes. The parfait consisted of whipped cream, frozen lemon, lemon macaron, lemon sauce, lemon sherbet, vanilla ice cream, chocolate crispy, and natural water jelly. It had a refreshing acidity and was delicious. It even came with a macaron which was a nice touch. I wonder if the natural water jelly is really made from natural water. It was a translucent yellow color and had a sourness to it, so it seemed like lemon jelly. I've tried almost all of Bikkuri Donkey's parfaits except for the limited-time ones, but this was my first time trying Cocos' parfait, and I was satisfied with the delicious dessert. If I feel like it, I may try their meal menu next time. Thank you for the meal.

In July 2020, I visited a mid-sized family restaurant chain called "Cocos" where they regularly introduce "Fair Menus". One of the highlights of this season's "Summer Fair" menu is the "Twin Curry". This allows you to choose two out of four curry options - "Seafood Green Thai Curry", "Butter Chicken Curry", "Western Style Beef Curry", and "Pork Red Curry" - and combine them into one dish for the same price. While the individual price is slightly high at 1190 yen, upgrading to the "Twin Curry Set" for an additional 300 yen includes access to the drink bar and soup bar, as well as the choice of a mini shaved ice or green salad. Adding the drink bar and soup bar separately costs 290 yen, making the shaved ice or salad part a better deal. I opted for the "Twin Curry Set" with "Butter Chicken Curry" and "Western Style Beef Curry", along with a green salad. The soup bar offered consomme and tomato soup, and I chose the consomme. I also enjoyed a white grape soda from the drink bar while waiting. The salad arrived first, followed by the main dish of "Twin Curry". The colors of the curry roux were different, providing a visual appeal. The "Butter Chicken Curry" was flavorful and slightly spicy, while the "Western Style Beef Curry" had a rich taste but lacked in ingredients. Overall, despite the slightly high price, the quality of the curry dishes was satisfying. I ended the meal with a coffee and left the restaurant, contemplating trying the other two curry options - "Seafood Green Thai Curry" and "Pork Red Curry" in the future.

First visit on 01/16/2020. Today's lunchtime was in Ebetsu City. I saw the sign for Coco's Ebetsu store, and since I had never been to a Coco's chain before, I decided to give it a try. I ordered the Cut Sirloin Steak Lunch 130g from the lunch menu. The lunch came with soup. It arrived in about 10 minutes. The cut size of the sirloin steak was small bite-sized pieces. It was sirloin, so it had a nice amount of oil. The taste was okay. The lunch steak was priced at 790 yen, so it was worth the price. The service was polite and the food was served quickly. Personally, I would be happy if there was a salad bar. Thank you for the meal. I will come again.

Your Majesty's entourage went shopping at the end of the year, followed by lunch at Eniwa Uohan. Your Majesty had Mozzarella and Tomato Omelette, while I had Seafood Sauce-covered Fried Rice. It was delicious, and served on a hot iron plate with the sauce poured over it. However... isn't the iron plate a bit too hot? It's so hot that I can't eat it even though I'm hungry. I can't eat it slowly like Your Majesty, and it's a bit awkward, but I just can't eat it (;´д`). The taste is just as good as before. It's delicious, but it feels like a waste. Thank you for the meal.

I took the JR train in the morning and traveled to "Shin-Kotoni Station" -> "Ishikari Tobetsu" -> "Kitahiroshima" -> "Eniwa". I got off at Eniwa Station and had lunch before work. It was a little past 1 pm on a weekday. I was seated at a window-side table for four people, all by myself. There were about 20 other customers, all women and mostly older. I ordered the Round Cheese Hamburg Steak for 890 yen with wasabi soy mayo sauce. I also got the B set for 460 yen, which came with stone oven bread, green salad, and a drink bar. I chose the tomato soup with egg and vegetable juice from the drink bar. The salad was fresh and full of crunchy greens. The bread was soft and warm. The beef 100% hamburg steak arrived, looking cute and round. I had to cut it with a special fork and knife, cook the meat pellets well, and use a different set of utensils to eat. It was a hassle and I struggled with the technique. I had to ask for a refill of meat pellets halfway through because they stopped cooking well. The juiciness of the hamburger was lost in the process of cooking it thoroughly. It was also expensive and didn't feel very luxurious for the price. I regretted ordering a meal that required so much effort to eat when I was tired. I spent 40 minutes there and paid a total of 1458 yen. After finishing my work in Eniwa, I took the JR train back to Sapporo.

Continuing with last year's reviews, this is about the Coco's restaurant located near JR Ebetsu Station along the old national highway. There is plenty of parking space, making it convenient to visit. My wife loves Coco's, so we stopped by for lunch in Ebetsu. The restaurant has a decent number of seats, but during lunchtime on weekends, it was bustling with families. With a wide variety of Western-style dishes on the menu, it was hard to choose, but we ordered the "Hamburger & Shrimp Fry (890 yen excluding tax)" and the "B set (460 yen excluding tax)." You can choose from 4 types of sauce for the hamburger, and we went with the Japanese-style onion sauce. The B set comes with a drink bar, green salad, and a choice of rice, stone oven bread, or baguette. The dishes arrived in about 10 minutes. The hamburger, made with a mix of ground meats, had a soft texture and was juicy when cut into. Overall, the quality of the food matched the price, and everything was delicious. Adding the set can increase the total cost, but it's worth it for the variety of items you get to enjoy.

I ordered the daily lunch special at Coco's. On Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, you can choose the size of the hamburger, so I chose the 160g Big size instead of the 115g Regular, and also added the lunch drink bar. Today's menu was Bacon Tomato Hamburger & Kesennuma Shima Katsuo Fry.
