The sandwich was beautifully decorated like a flower on the inside. However, I couldn't capture the cuteness as I quickly made a mess while eating it. The taste was excellent, with the bread alone being very delicious. The cream had an elegant sweetness that I enjoyed. Personally, I prefer the cream without the black tea flavor. The prices ranged from around 400 yen to 700 yen depending on the filling. The pop-up event is still ongoing for a few more days, so if you're interested, be sure to check it out. If it was just a strawberry sandwich with whipped cream, I might not have finished it. It had more volume than I expected, and it filled both my heart and stomach.

The bread is really good, using Espoir's fresh bread. It's not incredibly delicious, but it's a very enjoyable food that boosts your mood.

The sandwiches are a bit on the smaller side. The bread is similar to what Espoir sells. If you spend over 2000 yen, you get complimentary rusk.

Strawberries for 350 yen, Shine Muscat for 700 yen, and mango for 650 yen. The cream and fruits were of high quality and delicious. The bread was Espoir's shokupan. I usually don't like this soft high-end bread, but I think it goes well with fruit sandwiches.
