The shop is located at the edge of the off-market market. If the North Gourmet Pavilion is considered the entrance to the off-market market, this shop is located towards the exit. There are only a few reviews for shops that handle seafood, such as Sato Shokuhin and North Gourmet, so I will review this shop. Next to it is the affiliated restaurant, Hokkaido Shun. In recent years, the Sapporo off-market market seems to have become a market for tourists, and since the seafood I wanted was out of season, I was a little hesitant, but I decided to buy souvenirs. It was a blizzard, so I decided to walk around within walking distance, and the shop owner recommended me to try some samples. Although I wasn't in the best condition to eat after a meal, I was offered samples of crab and crab soup. After that, I was recommended to "reduce the price of the crab," but I wanted sea urchin, salmon roe, and hokke fish, so I asked if they could be cheaper. The answer was, "I can't make it cheaper than this because it's already cheap, but I guarantee the taste." It was a bit higher than the market price I had researched in advance, but it seems to be cheaper within this market. (There were even cheaper hokke fish at the opposite Hokkaido Fishing Ground No. 1 store...) I believed the words of the shop owner and purchased saltwater sea urchin, homemade soy sauce-marinated salmon roe 100g, and extra-large striped hokke from Rebun Island. <Impressions of the purchased items> I purchased saltwater sea urchin for the first time to experience the original taste of sea urchin. I could taste the sweetness and melting texture of sea urchin, but I felt that it was too refreshing and lacked the rich, creamy taste I was expecting. Personally, I prefer the richness of bafun sea urchin... The salmon roe was delicious. The hokke fish was unusually large and thick, but due to the timing, it was light and bland in taste. If you prefer impact, the striped hokke is fine, but if you prefer taste, it may be better to stick with the true hokke...
