The dishes were outstanding, combining exquisite craftsmanship with beautiful presentation. I enjoyed the delicious and healthy creative Japanese cuisine, which left me feeling relaxed and content. The serene atmosphere of the restaurant added to the overall experience. The dishes, beautifully arranged on ceramic plates, included winter melon, watercress, chestnut-colored carrots, and all exuded a sense of healthiness. The sashimi of saury and amberjack was a masterpiece, delicately sliced and expertly prepared. The saury sashimi, served with freshly grated wasabi, was a delight to the taste buds. The amberjack also had a deep and rich flavor. The dishes, such as the tofu skin roll with azuki beans and the deep-fried root vegetables, were not only tasty but also felt healthy. The fried scallops, celery, ginger, and enoki mushrooms were a warm and comforting tempura dish. The wagyu beef from Yoichi had a melt-in-your-mouth texture, with a crispy side that was simply delicious. The addition of peanuts from Sapporo was a nice touch. The sushi, made with red vinegar, had a strong and clear flavor that I personally enjoyed. The red meat of the saury and the salmon roe were top-notch. Overall, the dishes were satisfying and left me wanting to come back for more. Rating: 4.3 Taste, 3.8 Service, 3.9 Atmosphere, 4.0 Value for money, 3.3 Drinks.
