A friend who had to move due to work wanted to introduce his girlfriend, so we made a last-minute one-night trip and ended up at this restaurant. I'm not familiar with the area, so I couldn't explain it well, but the restaurant was very stylish and stood out on the first floor, creating a good atmosphere. It seems that it's a place they often visit together, so they seemed like regulars. We were warmly welcomed and had a happy night. After toasting with beer, I tried the sangria that his girlfriend was drinking, which looked delicious. It was really good. We had dishes like liver pate, octopus ajillo, bagna cauda, and several yakitori skewers... The classic thigh skewers were moist and packed with the flavor of the meat, reaching a decent level. The white liver was also delicious. It's hard to find a place where you can eat that. It was nice to see a variety of rare cuts of meat available. I thought that having a good atmosphere and good food means a high level. Even if it were in Tokyo, it seems like it would be popular.

I went to have dinner. The interior of the restaurant was designed with wine barrels as a motif, making it an exciting place to be just by going inside. I forgot to take a picture of the skewers, but the vegetable skewers like okra and eggplant were very delicious. Other dishes also paired well with wine and I was very satisfied.

I visited this restaurant on a Friday night because it had high ratings on both Tabelog and Hot Pepper. The location is great, just a short walk from Susukino Station. The interior is stylish with a lot of counter seats, and the staff are friendly. We used a coupon from Hot Pepper for a free white liver mousse when ordering a bottle of wine, so we got a bottle of red wine for 4000 yen. We also ordered their charcoal-grilled yakitori platter, smoked cheese with cream cheese, beef carpaccio, and their signature yakitori dish, among others. The portions were generous and we ended up spending around 10,000 yen for two people, including the cover charge. The food was delicious and went well with the drinks. Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience.

A bar-like restaurant in Sapporo!! The staff are young and the place is not very spacious, so you can hear the conversations around you!! It's definitely Instagram-worthy!! The red meat was really delicious!! The grilled chicken skewers were decent.

Hello everyone! I'm posting a review that was missed for organizing photos. I went alone to have dinner at Yakitori & Wine Barsamico. The skewers were delicious, especially the tuna and soft-shell shrimp. However, the cream gratin with Hokkaido scallops had too little sauce, making it a bit dry. I prefer the cheese baked dishes here. I like the combination of yakitori and Western dishes, but the crowded counter made it a bit uncomfortable. Thank you for the meal!

The atmosphere was great, and sitting on the sofa seat was very comfortable. The seasoning of the food was really delicious! Especially the crab miso ajillo, grilled dish, and risotto. I want to eat these two again! The alcohol was served in stylish glasses, and everything was delicious without any misses. I also liked the somewhat hidden location. However, the time it took for the food to be served was too slow... I went alone and informed them that another person would join later, maybe that wasn't a good idea, but it took nearly 45 minutes for the food to arrive, so I spent that time feeling miserable, drinking alcohol and eating edamame. I was waiting anxiously because it seemed like they were understaffed and I was the only one there, but the food just wouldn't come... I entered the restaurant on an empty stomach, so it was a very tough time. This experience was a good lesson for me.

It was my first visit. The service from the staff was polite and good. I really liked the taste of the yakitori and beef. The seasoning and sauce were especially delicious. The edamame appetizer was seasoned with soy sauce and was very tasty!

Yakitori and wine, huh... The modern space with barrel curves and dynamic designs seems to suit young people, but it's also accommodating enough for those in their late 40s like me. It's all about your mindset, I guess. We invited a reviewer we hadn't met before, but unfortunately, we arrived late. Apologies. Nevertheless, we greeted each other quickly and raised our glasses! It's great that we communicated in advance... that's the good thing about Tabelog. The restaurant was bustling, but the staff's response was good. The dishes had a generally strong flavor... quite salty. I felt they were all average, nothing exceptional. Definitely more geared towards the younger crowd. Oh, here comes the fashionably late C-san! C-san's attack! ... Miss!... The party is in hiding... but it quickly turns into a fun time... everyone is a drinker, so the alcohol flows freely. And everyone is in their 40s. A refreshing community (laughs) And hehe... the newcomer is oh! The same age... oh, nice to meet you! Everyone is in a good mood now! It's all friendly and peaceful... Alright, onto the next place! Let's go, guys!

When you enter the alley from Susukino Shinjuku-dori, you'll notice it right away... bright red alphabets shining brightly. Oh, the popular Genghis Khan restaurant next door also has red neon lights... No, they both have their own unique style... Here, a wine barrel-themed cute exterior leads to a bustling bar-like atmosphere inside, where customers blend in like art pieces. And here... I made it to the mini offline gathering☆ Although I had to cancel due to work, I managed to arrive late by rushing to the subway. Sent a LINE message. I'll be there soon, so please recommend two skewers of yakitori☆ Enjoyed the first round in the crowded restaurant, entered 30 minutes before it ended. Apologized for being late... Huh? Oh, the host is a bit upset? The latecomer lightly ordered yakitori, which seemed to be a no-no... Even among friends, manners are important... But everyone was drinking happily without minding that★ It was the last call for all-you-can-drink, so I ordered a shot and another Sapporo Classic, tasty~ Another round please~ Ate the snacks on the table properly. Then quickly paid the bill. Thanks to the kind consideration of everyone... Thank you for the meal. So, where to next? It should be close, right? What building? Oh, it's close after all, that's the organizer for you☆ It was delicious. Thank you for the treat.

Located about a 4-minute walk from Susukino Station, this shop is tucked away down a narrow street. The interior is not very spacious, but it is stylish and popular among women. I came here for yakitori and ordered several types along with salad, prosciutto, and cheese. I opted for the Spanish prosciutto, which paired perfectly with wine due to its rich flavor and saltiness. The yakitori was also very delicious. The food, atmosphere, and service from the staff were all excellent! It might be a good idea to make a reservation before visiting this place! Thank you for the wonderful meal.

It's been a while since I wanted to drink in a stylish atmosphere from early hours, probably my 4th visit here. I made a reservation for 6 pm so I was the first one there! I came by 7 pm hoping to get the half-price coupon for yakitori, but maybe they ran out? The place is not too big, has a stylish atmosphere, and serves delicious drinks, so it's always popular with couples. Around 6:30 pm, couples started coming in one after another! This time, I opted for the all-you-can-drink option and had iburigakko, various yakitori, salad, risotto, etc. Everything other than the yakitori was drizzled with balsamic vinegar, which I like, but they all tasted the same to me... The yakitori, on the other hand, took some time but was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of salt. It's a bit pricey, but highly recommended! Since it's a popular spot, making a reservation is a must. It was a wonderful experience in a lovely setting, thank you for the meal!

I came here looking for a place where I can use my T-points and enjoy delicious yakitori and all-you-can-drink. I want to explore more yakitori restaurants this year, and this place seemed promising with good reviews and tasty-looking meat. With the premium coupon on Tabelog, I got a 30% discount on my bill, which was a great deal! I made a reservation in advance to use the coupon and also used my remaining T-points. We enjoyed the all-you-can-drink plan with a toast of Paul Star. We ordered a meat platter, six skewers, white liver yakitori, and more. The meat platter had a nice variety, and the skewers were delicious with salt seasoning. The white liver was flavorful and not too gamey. Despite the slightly lukewarm sauce on the bagna cauda, the overall experience was enjoyable. With some drinks and food, the total bill for two of us came to just over 10,000 yen, but with the premium coupon and T-points, we ended up paying around 3,000 yen per person, which was quite reasonable. The staff, even the young part-timers, were attentive and made us feel comfortable. Thank you for the meal. I will definitely come back again!

Today's all about meat! I visited this restaurant after a long time, which is known for its delicious white liver. The white liver here is tasty without any strong taste, and you can also enjoy beef misji meat and shrimp ajillo. They have a wide variety of alcoholic drinks, so you can have a fun time drinking here. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is nice overall, but the place seems to be popular among groups of girls and couples. It's a great spot for a girls' night out or a date, but it might take some courage for a guy to come alone. 😆

Even on Sundays, there is a great deal with all-you-can-drink for 3,500 yen. The highly recommended white liver was absolutely delicious. We thought we might need to order additional dishes a la carte if we were still hungry, but surprisingly, we ended up being quite full with the all-you-can-drink option. The location was a bit hard to find, but it's right next to the Genghis Khan restaurant that always has a line, so it's easy to spot (lol).

Great cost performance, delicious food, and a stylish casual atmosphere. I went there late and it was almost full. Many groups of two people were there for drinks. The 1000 yen all-you-can-drink option was a nice bonus. We ordered chicken liver, Genghis Khan (grilled lamb), pork, steamed clams in wine, and ham. The skewers were well-seasoned, even though I usually prefer salt, the sauce was also delicious. It's a nice place to casually drop by for drinks and food. Thank you for the meal.

Sapporo Classic beer and yakitori. There are many famous Genghis Khan restaurants around Susukino, but the smell can be a problem for business purposes. Here at this yakitori place, there is hardly any smell of grilled skewers inside. The skewers are also very delicious. The customers are all young, but there is no strange noise, and you can enjoy a relaxing time. The staff at the restaurant are young but calm and kind. The blackboard inside the restaurant has a Kazuo Umezu-like feel, giving off an artistic vibe. Each skewer is prepared to taste the most delicious, just right for me. The lamb skewer has a garlic soy sauce, the tomato has salt, and the white liver has sauce! Excellent choices.

Welcome.---------- June 2019 ----------Long time no see, let's have a drink together, I chose Rosé (= ´∀´)ノTo start off, I had salted edamame with a hint of flavor, refreshing and almost full house, couldn't try the liver pate, wanted to eat that...Salmon Louisbe, a lingering smoky Kahori that continues for a long time, the taste of salmon and strong saltiness that goes well with sake. At first, there is a cool feeling in the Louisbe, but as time passes, it melts in the mouth, becoming a taste that goes well with sake.3-point platter "Kainomi" - Upper Kalbi part, soft Hokkaido meat with a good chewiness, the sweetness of the fat is light and elegant in taste. "Kimo Betsuma-style mochibuta" - Refreshing fatty and tender red meat. "Misji" - The arm part, which is usually tough, is soft and has a rich taste of red meat, I like this. Accompanied by mizuna and wasabi. It's been a while since I last came, but it was almost full house before midnight, amazing...

Thank you, I seem to be a local young person (around 25-35 years old), and I have visited this place a few times after realizing it during a drinking party with friends. The interior of the restaurant is quite stylish, and it seems like there are many good-looking staff members. Besides being stylish, another good thing is that it's affordable. The 2-hour all-you-can-drink course is only 3,500 yen. The chicken dishes are quite substantial, and there is also a wide variety of drinks available. It's perfect for casual drinking parties with friends.

Visited Yakitori & Wine Barsamico Zero for a second round on February 19, 2019, in Minami 5-jo Nishi 4-chome, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido. The meat dishes were absolutely delicious. The skewer menu was extensive and paired well with the wine. The chicken tail was served with wasabi, salt, and sauce, and the sauce had a spicy and addictive flavor. My previous visit was also for a second round, so I didn't stay long and ordered only a few dishes. I would like to revisit the restaurant at a more leisurely pace next time. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I visited the restaurant with my friends who gather regularly. I made a reservation at a place that seemed to have a variety of dishes that we could all enjoy, and it did not disappoint. They had a good selection of skewers, vegetables, meat, and rice dishes. Here are some highlights from our meal: - Duck and avocado salad: The wasabi dressing paired well with the duck, which was flavorful and the avocado was fresh. - White liver skewer (with sauce): The recommended sauce by the staff was delicious, although I usually prefer salt. The liver was tender and juicy. - Gizzard skewer: The portion was small, but it was enough to share among 2-3 people. - Mushroom risotto: The rice was cooked perfectly and the mushroom flavor was delicious. - Tataki: It was surprisingly tender and made a great appetizer. - Caprese pork skewer: It was interesting to have Caprese with pork, but it worked well and was tasty.

This time we went to Yakitori & Wine Barsamico located in Minami 5-jo Nishi 4-chome, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido. Before going to Sapporo, we made various reservations in advance. The design is amazing. The store is built according to the theme down to the smallest details. Cheers with draft beer! We ordered several types of skewers. We had a great time above all. Thank you for the meal.
