I made a mistake in the order of my posts, but the day before going to Minamisanriku Town, I stayed overnight in Chitose City because my flight was early. I found that my beloved Mongoru-san's second branch was near the hotel, so I made a reservation and headed there. The interior of the restaurant was beautiful, and the style was the same as the main branch. Each table had a shichirin grill, and we grilled the meat for 15 seconds on each side. The owner had been working at the main branch for a long time and was very friendly. We enjoyed our meal slowly. The sauce and meat were both excellent, so I want to visit this branch regularly as well. Thank you for the delicious meal! (-人-)

Tender meat. Delicious without any strong flavors. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is like a casual izakaya, mainly frequented by locals, especially older gentlemen. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making it suitable for dining with children.

The lamb specialty was easy to eat as it had no strong smell. The dishes came out smoothly and the restaurant had a hidden gem vibe compared to the main store. The interior was simple and the staff were friendly. I was satisfied with the delicious meat.
