The texture was chewy and crispy, and it was incredibly delicious! The coffee was surprisingly authentic. I tried the chocolate whip, which was simple yet had a deep flavor.

I came here for dessert after having curry! This crepe shop is located inside the Otaru Sankaku Market Alley and has a wide variety of menu items. In addition to crepes, they also have fluffy soft serve ice cream. I chose the famous Otaru Creme Brulee crepe (550 yen). They make it right in front of you after you order. The shop had spot coolers for relief from the heat, so it was quite comfortable inside. It was ready in about 5 minutes, so I ate it in the shop. The crepe skin was incredibly chewy! It was interesting (laughs), but a bit difficult to bite into, which was a bit of a downside. The creme brulee was cool and the whipped cream was mildly sweet, which was nice. Also, it would be nice if they had a trash can for crepe wrapping paper inside the shop. Thank you for the meal!

When touring Otaru, I felt like having something sweet and casually entered a crepe shop. I didn't have high expectations as I hadn't researched it, but decided to give it a try. It was in the midst of Golden Week, so there were about three groups waiting, with the line extending outside the store. There was a young female staff member working diligently to cook the crepes. This time, I decided to try the caramel banana crepe, which I don't usually eat. What left an impression was how the cooked crepe was carefully cooled before being rolled up. If the crepe is rolled up while the dough is still warm, the cream becomes too runny, so it was great to see the process. I took a bite and... what a surprise! The dough was incredibly chewy!! I love crepes and have tried them in many places, but this dough was one of the best I've had. Moreover, the banana wasn't just on the top, but also hidden underneath. This makes a big difference in whether you finish it out of habit or enjoy it until the end. It was a lovely shop that made me wish there was a crepe shop like this nearby.

It's a student named Wakai Ko-chan who is running the shop alone. While 90% of the menu is sweets, there are only 3 meal options. It is said to be affiliated with the Unoka family, and indeed there were steamed buns on the menu. You pay in advance and they start cooking when you order. The swirling and handling of the crepes is skillful. Oh no, even though they were cooked, they took a while to finish. "Tuna mayo corn is ready!" Maybe it took time because the dough was cooling. Warm tuna mayo corn is a bit awkward. Tuna mayo with corn and lettuce is a marriage of flavors. Corn is an essential ingredient in the salad. The balance of tuna and mayo using bonito is good. The dough is slightly sweet, and the chewy texture when cold is strong. It's better to wrap meat in it than fish. It was easy to talk to Wakai Ko-chan, and the atmosphere was nice. Thank you, it was delicious.
