Today, there were a decent number of customers, but I found a gap to chat with the owner. The beer was delicious, but the best part was the time spent talking. The newly released jiri today was just okay, but the Yamasachi was delicious. Double circle. The size of the shop is just right, bright, and easy to enter. It's amazing how they remember me well even though I only come once every 4 months.

Beer Flight Set 1250 yen + Otoshi 300 yen + Seating fee 300 yen = 1850 yen Located in a bustling area about a 10-minute walk from Kushiro Station, this is a craft beer shop. During the day, it operates under a different name as a café. There was one group of customers before us, and the fact that there were customers in this dark alley suggests that the shop has a certain level of popularity. The interior is designed in white and natural wood, giving off a café-like impression. Orders are taken by calling out, just like in a café. I don't quite remember from the previous shop as I was drunk. I can't recall how much the total amount was, so I'm not sure if the prices on the menu are inclusive of tax. I was brought here by a craft beer enthusiast I befriended at the previous shop, probably because they liked it when they visited the day before (I think. My memory is fuzzy due to being drunk). The beer flight set includes a selection of 3 beers, but I don't remember choosing from the menu. I assume my companion must have chosen for me. It seems that Tsurui-produced beers are the main focus here, all of which had a fruity taste, according to my faint memory. There were also menu items that you probably wouldn't be able to try unless you came to Hokkaido, making it a place where you'd want to try all the varieties.

I found a cute beer bar in a small alley in the center of Kushiro. It's great to see young people running a lively place in Kushiro! They offer a variety of craft beers from different regions. We were served three small appetizers, including umeshu (plum wine), which was a pleasant surprise. With so many beer options, it can be overwhelming to choose, but I trusted my instincts and went with a recommendation. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I definitely want to come back again.

Compared to Yamasachi, Doto is not to my liking. Setouchi Weizen has a nice aroma, but the taste is just okay. I also found chocolate mint ice cream! If you drink Wind and Moon, you can complete the collection.

I like doto the most, but I do not like flower.

Seating fee ¥300, table charge ¥300 is strictly enforced, but you can drink a variety of things and be satisfied. When you mention Instagram, you get free potatoes. Various cashless payments accepted.
