グルメハンター・酔いどれ天使
On November 6, 2016, at 6:30 PM, I met up with a friend in Minami Hiragishi, Sapporo, for drinks at a restaurant located right near the subway station. The exterior of the restaurant looked like a casual izakaya, and inside, there were L-shaped counter seats and a few table seats. We ordered a highball, awamori, lemon sour, and various dishes including gyoza, simmered beef tendon with tofu, salad with coriander and steamed chicken, cucumber with miso and mayonnaise, cream cheese with changja, and salmon flakes oil noodles. The gyoza was delicious, with a crispy exterior and juicy filling. The simmered beef tendon with tofu was flavorful but a bit too salty for my taste. The coriander and steamed chicken salad had a strong salty dressing, which I didn't enjoy. The cucumber with miso and mayonnaise was a simple and tasty dish. The cream cheese with changja was a unique combination that worked well. The salmon flakes oil noodles had a good texture and flavor, with toppings like green onions, chashu, bamboo shoots, soft-boiled egg, and daikon radish. Overall, the restaurant had a retro atmosphere, and the young staff seemed to enjoy their work. However, the entrance area was cold and had condensation on the glass, causing jackets to get wet. This is something that could be improved.
