I had a last-minute business trip that turned into an overnight stay in Sapporo. I went out to eat with a colleague from a subsidiary company who had recently transferred here. We didn't make a reservation, but after trying a few places, we finally found a restaurant that could accommodate us. I usually eat seafood, but decided to try some yakitori this time. With the COVID-19 situation improving, people seem to be more active than before. I ordered various types of yakitori, only to realize that they were made with pork, not chicken. In Saitama, where I'm from, yakitori is often made with pork, so it wasn't too surprising for me. But here in Hokkaido, there are many different kinds of yakitori, including some with soup curry flavor. It was my first time trying yakitori with mustard, and it was delicious. I enjoyed some beer and highballs with my meal. Overall, it was my first time trying Sapporo-style yakitori, and it was really tasty. Thank you for the meal.

The specialty of Muroran yakitori is to eat it with mustard, which is a bit different from the usual sauce. And it's delicious! I've been to other restaurants in different areas and each one has its own unique charm. I've been enjoying eating yakitori non-stop.

It had been about three years since our last visit, and we happened to come across this place while walking in the suburbs with my spouse. We have been to all the other Onehei locations in Muroran, Toyako, Date, and Sapporo. Each store has different pricing and flavors. The grilled pork skewers are always delicious with thick cuts of meat. I also recommend the simmered hormone dish, which was incredibly tender and tasty. However, I was disappointed to see them hanging used skewers after customers had finished their meals. It seemed like they were being reused, which I wish I hadn't seen. That's all.

Memo: Accompanied by a old friend who is particular about yakitori, we went to Muroran Yakitori. Previously, it was in Bibai Yakitori. In Muroran Yakitori, we were told that you eat pork with sauce and mustard. First, we had minced pork with mustard miso sauce, and then white pork with sauce and mustard (Muroran Yakitori). The surprising thing was how tender the pork was when you took a bite. Lastly, we had a skewer of seasoned quail egg, which we ate with the shell. Thank you for the meal.

I visited this restaurant for a second round of drinks after a party. Originally, we were supposed to go somewhere to fill our stomachs during the first round, but one of my friends really wanted to eat yakitori. I was worried that it might be difficult to get a table without a reservation since it was the end of the year and there were four of us, but luckily there were seats available. We ordered the classic Muroran yakitori (pork), tsukune, shiro liver, and kashira. We had enjoyed a menu full of beef during the first round, but chicken is delicious too. However, the yakitori place I tried in Muroran earlier this year was even better... I know that Ippin is synonymous with Muroran yakitori, but I couldn't help but wonder if it's different in Sapporo as I savored the meal. Well, it was delicious though.

A colleague from work (originally from Hokkaido) recommended this place and came to visit. I forgot the name of the restaurant, so I asked the staff at the first place we went to, and they knew right away. It seems to be quite famous even in Hokkaido. The restaurant is always bustling with customers. It's interesting that they serve pork skewers at a yakitori place, which might seem strange to people from outside the prefecture. But, as long as it's delicious, it doesn't matter, right? The food was really tasty, just as the locals had recommended. And the prices were reasonable too.

It's convenient because it's near Susukino Station, but the pork intestine wasn't like the one in Muroran. It wasn't bad, but it lacked the Muroran taste. The chicken heart was delicious. I actually prefer pork, though. The white liver had too much salt, so I had to scrape it off with chopsticks to eat it. The liver itself was tasty.

I took an overseas customer who wanted to eat yakitori. The yakitori was delicious. However, I had doubts about the customer service from a man who seemed to be the manager. The moment they realized that our customers were Asian foreigners, they suddenly told us, "Please be quiet." I couldn't argue or leave because we were entertaining guests. Was this a restaurant that doesn't welcome foreigners? It was disappointing.

The atmosphere is not as lively as the main branch in Muroran, but the Muroran yakitori (thick pork skewers with mustard and a unique sauce) is excellent. You can feel more satisfied and full compared to other yakitori restaurants.
Seems like it would be good for a second party or something like that.

We had a drinking party here at a yakitori restaurant from my hometown! It's been a while. The pork skewers, chicken thighs, and liver are served with sauce and mustard. Delicious! The chicken breast and quail egg skewers are seasoned with salt! The quail egg is eaten with the shell. Also delicious! The fried burdock and stewed tripe are also great! There's no disappointment! We started with beer and moved on to brand shochu! We'll definitely come back!
