Today, there were about 15 people waiting around 8:00, but it still felt good, so I decided to line up. At Kifuu, my wife likes miso, and I like salt. I remember that the rich miso was a type that divided preferences. Soy sauce and salt can be enjoyed in a orthodox way. When choosing miso, there are 4 types of miso to choose from. ✔Original miso ✔Sapporo rich miso ✔Rich miso ✔Spicy miso In addition, ✔Raw soy sauce ✔Light salt Hmm, it's a tough decision. I had the rich miso before, and my wife liked it, but it didn't suit my taste. After much consideration, I ordered: ◆Original miso (950 yen) ◆Light salt (880 yen) Although I waited outside, after ordering from the ticket machine, the service was quick! [Original Miso] My wife's order, I tried a little of the soup first. Delicious!! The hot soup with a lid of oil film is the true Sapporo miso ramen! When I tried my wife's, the soup with ginger melted in it was also delicious! The wilted bean sprouts in the soup did not have any off-flavors, and it added depth to the taste of the soup in the second half, which was also delicious! The balance of sweetness and richness of miso and clear soup is good, not disappointing the expectations of tourists who want to eat Sapporo miso ramen. [Light Salt] Although it is called light salt, there is a thick layer of oil and it is quite oily. But the saltiness is not strong, so you can enjoy it refreshingly. As you drink the soup, you can feel various things like umami, but it is not very noticeable due to the amount of oil, and the expansion and depth of the taste is not that great. [Noodles] The noodles are very impactful with a medium-thick curly noodle! It is a yellow Sapporo noodle, but the curl is strong, and the noodles are hard and thick! It's so impactful! The noodles have a good bite. The noodles are very hardcore, but when they blend with the soup a little, they become chewy and show a different side. A unique noodle with a strong impression. It goes well with miso. The noodles are too strong for salt and do not match well. [Chashu] For the original miso, there is a melt-in-your-mouth braised pork, soaked in flavor. And I was surprised by the amount of ground meat. It mixes well with the noodles and soup, making it incredibly delicious. Who wouldn't like this? For the light salt, there is chicken chashu. It is moist, tender, and has no odor, very delicious. Wonderful ♡ [Other Ingredients] The green onions use high-quality green onions without spiciness. It's juicy and has no peculiarities, making it appealing to everyone, but as a green onion lover, I feel a little unsatisfied as the umami seems to escape. The seasoned egg is a colorful brand egg. The taste is not too strong, and it does not interfere with the taste of the yolk, and the seasoning of the white removes any odor, making it perfectly seasoned. Very delicious! The menma has become thicker. It has a crunchy texture, is lightly seasoned, has no strings, and has a safe and unobtrusive finish. I prefer it to be a little more flavorful. Considering the contents of the ingredients, the price seems reasonable. [Overall Evaluation] Looking at the ingredients such as chashu, menma, and eggs, it is clear that the restaurant has been significantly upgraded compared to the previous impression. In conclusion, the current original miso is one of the top Sapporo miso ramen flavors. Other menu items depend on personal preference, so it seems like a good idea to try the original miso first or share it with others. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal ♥
