Welcome.---------- March 2020 ---------- Rich Miso Ramen The broth made from 100% white soup has a thick texture with a rich depth of flavor and umami, followed by the aroma of miso. The chewy curly egg noodles provide a satisfying bite. The char siu, finished with a crispy texture, has a rich and tender fatty part and a soft lean part with a good chew. The crunchy menma, the sexy colored flavored egg, and the presence of coarsely ground meat add to the experience. The char siu rice bowl is a mini bowl filled with plenty of juicy char siu and a delicious mix of belly and shoulder loin. The cooking method and the sweet taste reminiscent of seven herbs are perfect for those who enjoy a meaty flavor. Even as a light ending, the guilt-free soup goes down smoothly.

Sapporo Ramen Kagayaki Susukino branch, which is open until morning in Susukino, is a blessing. I don't usually have ramen as a late-night meal, but I happened to pass by after 3 am and thought I had to go in! Although there is usually a long line, I was able to enter at a time when there was no waiting. I sat down with another reviewer who was patrolling the area and ordered two types of ramen, including the limited edition original miso ramen. The clear soup with miso balanced perfectly in the soup, swirling with richness and flavor. The miso flavor was rich and had a good depth, enhanced by the fresh ginger. The minced pork, stir-fried bean sprouts, and other ingredients complemented the soup well. The medium-thick curly noodles were cooked perfectly and had a great texture that blended nicely with the flavorful and creamy soup. The half-boiled egg added a nice touch of color to the ramen. The chashu pork was tender and the fatty parts melted in your mouth. Although I don't usually have ramen as a late-night meal, I felt satisfied after eating it this time, especially after drinking. I didn't even feel the need to eat lunch that day. While the three basic ramen flavors depend on the mood, miso seemed to be the most fitting for me at that time. I have a feeling that I will be drawn back to Sapporo Ramen Kagayaki Susukino branch at a time when there is no line. The restaurant is located at 1F Oomatsu Building, 3-1 Minami 5 Jonishi, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido.

As a way to end the night of drinking, I went to a miso ramen shop in Susukino. It was past midnight and there were about 10 people waiting in line, so I waited for about 30 minutes. Once inside the shop, I noticed that it was small and cozy, with a slow turnover. The miso ramen had curly noodles with a rich miso soup that was delicious. The meat was tender, and the refreshing flavor of the white leeks balanced everything out nicely.

I ordered the original miso ramen. The soup had a perfect balance of garlic and ginger, making it very easy to drink. The ground pork was seasoned just right, creating an elegant yet impactful ramen. The noodles were thick curly noodles that went well with the soup, and I could easily finish a bowl. The hot oil remained delicious until the last bite.

Susukino Area. 3 minutes walk from Susukino Station, 3 minutes walk from Toyosui Susukino Station ◇ Business hours 18:00-5:00 (Lo4:50) Saturdays and Sundays 18:00-6:00 (Lo5:50) ◇ Closed on No holidays ◇ Cash payment only ------------------------------ Kifuu One of the most popular restaurants in Sapporo. Today, there were about 15 people waiting around 8:00, but it still felt good, so I decided to line up. At Kifuu, my wife likes miso, and I like salt. I remember that the rich miso was a type that divided preferences. Soy sauce and salt can be enjoyed in a orthodox way. When choosing miso, there are 4 types of miso to choose from. ✔Original miso ✔Sapporo rich miso ✔Rich miso ✔Spicy miso In addition, ✔Raw soy sauce ✔Light salt Hmm, it's a tough decision. I had the rich miso before, and my wife liked it, but it didn't suit my taste. After much consideration, I ordered: ◆Original miso (950 yen) ◆Light salt (880 yen) Although I waited outside, after ordering from the ticket machine, the service was quick! [Original Miso] My wife's order, I tried a little of the soup first. Delicious!! The hot soup with a lid of oil film is the true Sapporo miso ramen! When I tried my wife's, the soup with ginger melted in it was also delicious! The wilted bean sprouts in the soup did not have any off-flavors, and it added depth to the taste of the soup in the second half, which was also delicious! The balance of sweetness and richness of miso and clear soup is good, not disappointing the expectations of tourists who want to eat Sapporo miso ramen. [Light Salt] Although it is called light salt, there is a thick layer of oil and it is quite oily. But the saltiness is not strong, so you can enjoy it refreshingly. As you drink the soup, you can feel various things like umami, but it is not very noticeable due to the amount of oil, and the expansion and depth of the taste is not that great. [Noodles] The noodles are very impactful with a medium-thick curly noodle! It is a yellow Sapporo noodle, but the curl is strong, and the noodles are hard and thick! It's so impactful! The noodles have a good bite. The noodles are very hardcore, but when they blend with the soup a little, they become chewy and show a different side. A unique noodle with a strong impression. It goes well with miso. The noodles are too strong for salt and do not match well. [Chashu] For the original miso, there is a melt-in-your-mouth braised pork, soaked in flavor. And I was surprised by the amount of ground meat. It mixes well with the noodles and soup, making it incredibly delicious. Who wouldn't like this? For the light salt, there is chicken chashu. It is moist, tender, and has no odor, very delicious. Wonderful ♡ [Other Ingredients] The green onions use high-quality green onions without spiciness. It's juicy and has no peculiarities, making it appealing to everyone, but as a green onion lover, I feel a little unsatisfied as the umami seems to escape. The seasoned egg is a colorful brand egg. The taste is not too strong, and it does not interfere with the taste of the yolk, and the seasoning of the white removes any odor, making it perfectly seasoned. Very delicious! The menma has become thicker. It has a crunchy texture, is lightly seasoned, has no strings, and has a safe and unobtrusive finish. I prefer it to be a little more flavorful. Considering the contents of the ingredients, the price seems reasonable. [Overall Evaluation] Looking at the ingredients such as chashu, menma, and eggs, it is clear that the restaurant has been significantly upgraded compared to the previous impression. In conclusion, the current original miso is one of the top Sapporo miso ramen flavors. Other menu items depend on personal preference, so it seems like a good idea to try the original miso first or share it with others. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal ♥

Delicious food is enjoyed by everyone, but when it comes to ramen, tastes can vary greatly. This ramen shop is located in the bustling district of Susukino in Sapporo City. It is within a 5-minute walk from Susukino Station on the Namboku Subway Line and Toyohira Susukino Station on the Toho Subway Line, so it is easy to find. I visited with two friends after 9:00 PM. ● Service: There is no special service, but as the shop often has lines, they efficiently manage the queue and guide customers to their seats. Unfortunately, they use a ticket system for payment, which I personally dislike. It feels rushed to pay upfront, especially when you haven't received any service yet. ● Atmosphere: The shop has only counter seats, so it's not spacious, but there is enough personal space. The interior is new and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere. ● Menu: They offer miso, shoyu, and salt ramen. The base is a light broth (a blend of white and clear broth) with a rich miso flavor. I ordered the original Sapporo miso ramen. ● Food: The rich miso base is not overly salty, and the added grated ginger enhances the depth of the soup. The medium-thick curly noodles pair well with the soup, and the noodles are cooked to the perfect firmness. Toppings include half a boiled egg, chashu pork, menma, and chopped green onions. The ramen is straightforward but perfectly executed, surpassing expectations. ● Overall: Despite the wait in line, this ramen shop is highly recommended and is one of the top choices around Susukino. ■ Seating: Counter seats x 10 ■ Visit Details: - Date/Time: Sunday, 9:00 PM - Number of People: 3 - Reservation: No - Crowded: Full house - Wait Time: 30 minutes for 12 groups ■ Amenities: - Wet towels provided - Disposable chopsticks - Restroom: Shared with the building, separate for men and women, standard style, with washlet, cleanliness level B (S-C) ■ Key Points: - Worth waiting in line for a meal

I gave up on the long line at Keyaki and Sumire, so I came here instead. I arrived about 15 minutes before they opened and there were 8 people ahead of me. Luckily, there were 10 counter seats so I was able to get in on the first round. After some hesitation, I asked the woman for a recommended miso ramen. It was 920 yen and came with an egg, which was nice. I usually only eat salt ramen, but this miso ramen had a rich flavor while still being refreshing, and I ended up drinking quite a bit of it. When I left the restaurant, there was another long line. It seems like you have to wait in line to eat Sapporo's soup curry and ramen...

The curly noodles were coated in a rich soup, creating a perfect balance. The chashu was thick and delicious. The miso soup was rich but had a refreshing aftertaste. Even without a drink, the ramen was delicious. I had it at the Autumn Festival and it was very popular, with a long line.

Last night, after visiting a few popular restaurants past midnight, all of them had long lines so I had to give up. I decided to try again and found a place that was open until early morning. I arrived at 4:23 am on Saturday after only getting about 3 hours of sleep. There were 4 people ahead of me in line. The restaurant was open until 6 am. The city was still crowded with people. I entered the restaurant 14 minutes later. I bought a meal ticket from the vending machine. The restaurant only had 9 counter seats. I ordered the original miso ramen for 950 yen (with 100% clear oil, minced pork, stir-fried bean sprouts, and fresh ginger). The soup had a clear and rich flavor. The miso was mild and comforting. The noodles were firm and curly, with a good texture and great soup coverage. Mixing in the fresh ginger added a refreshing taste. The toppings included 2 slices of thin char siu, half a boiled egg, menma, and finely chopped green onions. It was a classic miso ramen, but somehow it felt new and different. I've written a lot, but "delicious" might be the most suitable word to describe it.

I came to Susukino. When it comes to Hokkaido, I wanted to eat miso ramen, so I was looking for a shop for a late-night ramen. I found a shop with a long line on the way to dinner! After dinner, I decided to join the line impulsively. There were also foreign tourists. It was 10:30 pm. In the end, I was able to eat at 11:30 pm! It was the first time in my life that I lined up for an hour for ramen. After hesitating, I ordered the original miso ramen for 950 yen. It's a small shop with only about 8 seats. When I looked up, there were many autographs from baseball players and other celebrities. Even famous entertainers have visited. As for the taste... I saw other reviews saying it's not worth the wait, so I was nervous while eating, but I was on the side of it being worth the wait. What impressed me the most was the noodles. The chewy texture reminiscent of fresh pasta was enjoyable. The ginger as an accent did a good job (laughs). I tried eating without mixing at first, then mixing later. It was great to be able to change the taste! I was worried if I could eat one bowl by myself because I was already full after dinner, so I tried to buy a ticket for a negi chashu-don and ramen to share with another person. However, the chashu-don was sold out. When I asked the staff if it was okay for two people to share one bowl, they kindly said it was fine, which made me happy! It was so delicious that I thought maybe one bowl per person would have been better after all (laughs).

I wanted to eat delicious miso ramen in Susukino, so I entered this shop. I ordered the original miso ramen. The thin curly noodles were well coated in a rich miso soup, and it was very delicious! I wonder if there is butter in the soup? Thank you for the meal!

For lunch, I had decided on Suage+ for soup curry. I thought I could easily get in a little after 2pm, but when I headed to the restaurant, there was a ridiculously long line. It was impossible, so I reluctantly went to "Kikaze" that I was told about yesterday. It was a random time, but on August 31st, late at night, it was crowded, but I was able to smoothly get into the restaurant! I ordered the "Original Miso for 950 yen" and "Small Rice for 120 yen." It was delicious as usual, and I was satisfied. ⭕️

I went on a business trip to Sapporo. I chose a restaurant that serves miso ramen even after drinking, and ended up waiting in line for about 15 minutes at 1 a.m. I wanted to have rice as well, but it was sold out, so I had the Sapporo miso ramen I was looking for. The noodles were thick and had a good texture, and they were easy to eat. As a person from Kanto, I feel like the taste is a bit strong, but I think it's good as a ramen after drinking before having a parfait.

A ramen shop near Susukino station. I ordered the most popular miso ramen. The soup is quite fatty, but surprisingly refreshing and not too heavy in flavor. The noodles are chewy and go well with the soup. The topping of ground pork is a nice touch and delicious!

I wanted to eat ramen after lunchtime had passed, so I searched and found this small restaurant with only 10 counter seats. The ramen was delicious. The soup had a rich flavor but wasn't too heavy, and it stayed hot for a long time without feeling greasy. It was very easy to eat. I tried the miso ramen since it's Sapporo style, but the salt ramen also looked delicious. I want to try the salt ramen next time.

It was Friday night around 8 o'clock. There were 4 people waiting in line. The turnover was fast. The soup was a rich pork bone broth. The miso blend was to my liking, rich but with a refreshing taste. The soup was so rich that the ginger wasn't very noticeable. Each ramen place in this style has its own unique features, so it really comes down to personal preference. I really liked it. However, the restaurant didn't have air conditioning. I was sweating like a waterfall.

I ordered the original miso ramen for 950 yen, with firm curly noodles and lots of white onions on top. It was very delicious! However, even though it's midsummer, the door was open and the weak air conditioning inside made it hard to tell if it was working or not. It was a bad environment to eat a hot ramen in the middle of summer. I started sweating a lot and felt suffocated, so I wanted to leave the restaurant quickly, even if it meant leaving some of the ramen. The air conditioning seemed to be not working properly. Despite that, I managed to finish my meal. The delicious taste makes me want to go back again, which is frustrating.

I arrived around 8:00 PM on Friday and there were about 5 people in line, but I was able to get a seat right away. I bought a ticket for the original miso ramen, which seemed to be a popular choice, and received my bowl within about 5 minutes. The broth was light yet rich in flavor, and even after finishing the soup, I didn't feel thirsty, allowing me to fully enjoy the delicious taste!

The difference in the original miso corn rich miso-based soup allows you to enjoy miso ramen with completely different expressions, both with a good miso aroma and smooth egg noodles, truly Sapporo miso ramen. The original has a nice accent of ginger and is delicious, while the rich one has a thick white soup that sticks to your lips, which is the best. It's no wonder there's a line forming before the opening for this bowl.

I recommend "Kifū" for those who want to eat Sapporo miso ramen in Susukino late at night. They have no regular holidays and are open until dawn. They also open for lunch on some weekdays. Their ramen, which expresses the "Sapporo taste," is their specialty. It features a rich soup, "tamago-men" commonly eaten in Hokkaido, and tender chashu. You can enjoy Sapporo miso ramen that is carefully crafted with each ingredient. It takes about 8 minutes from ordering for the rich miso ramen to arrive. The soup is not the basic "original miso" style, but a white soup made entirely of clear broth. The soup is slightly foamy in a clean white bowl. Toppings include white and green onions, half a flavored egg, chashu, corn, and more, beautifully arranged. The soup is a rich blend of chicken bones and pork bones, creamy and thick, but not overly thick. The medium-thick egg noodles have a slightly firm texture, showing good elasticity and deliciousness in the soup. I was walking around Susukino looking for a ramen place to end the night, and my eyes landed on the soy sauce ramen on the menu, so I decided to go in. It had a refreshing yet deep flavor, making it the perfect ramen after a night of drinking. Looking around, it seemed like most people were ordering the miso ramen. I was lucky to not have to wait in line when I went in, but when I passed by the restaurant again later, there was a long line outside. It made me crave miso ramen even more!笑

I went to the restaurant after finishing work on a business trip at 10 p.m. There was a line, so I waited for about 30 minutes. There were various types of ramen, but since it was my first time, I purchased the original miso ramen and a lemon sour with a food ticket. The small restaurant only had a counter, and I was seated in a corner where I had a hard time finding where to look as I faced the profile of the customer next to me. The lemon sour arrived first, and I waited for a while. I started to regret not getting a beer, as it wasn't my favorite type of lemon sour. It tasted strong, like shochu. The miso ramen, on the other hand, was amazing. The medium-thick curly noodles were chewy and satisfying. The chashu was like thinly sliced pork belly, with a perfect balance of fat and meat. The soup was rich and flavorful. Of course, I finished every last drop. It was worth the wait.
